I’m extremely confused how this place has four stars out of 600+ reviews?? All car dealerships could be labeled as scammers but this car sold me a jeep and I took it to the mechanics a week after and the mechanic said the whole body was bent underneath the car I took it back and told the white manager there I forgot his name and he fought me on it saying I was a liar blah blah I ended up being able to exchange it for a different car that cost more but they were extremely rude and just pathological liars if you’re desperate for a vehicle yeah this place accepts bad credit with a little down payment but if you’re looking for a reliable car don’t count on this place unless desperate.

Well, they had a truck I needed for work. I asked about it and all they wanted to do was run my credit before talking about the price or anything. The truck was supposedly just traded in so they had to legally wait. Asked me not to go anywhere else, and then a week later tells me sorry, no deal on the truck. Knowing Im on a deadline! A week wasted and 5 points knocked off my credit for no reason. They ran my trade in, test drove it and never even told me what theyd give me for the trade in. I just got the truck and paid 15k for it, solid running truck too. Never told me what the other truck costed either. Aaron seemed cool, he said hes new there. But if they ask you to stop looking for a vehicle that they got you covered, dont believe them.....its a lie!!! Especially if you have $5k to put down along with a good trade in......they stringed me along. 3 stars is fair, definitely not a 5 star experience as I now need to find another lot to sell me the truck I need for work.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Definitely 0 stars!I got a second vehicle from them because the first one i got was a jeep wrangler 2013 on june of 2020 no more than 10months the truck started shutting off in traffic or any light or stop sign. Took it to their service department for almost a month & couldnt figure out what the issue was, it was a different thing every other day of what it couldve be but never fixed & they wanted to charge $1800 for something that they werent sure if that was the actual problem.They wanted to blame me for all the accessories i was adding & at the end wanted to say it was the battery or the remote start i had put in to the truck which the remote start had been added few days after i purchase the truck.So i trade it in for a jeep grand Cherokee 2016 recently on June of 2021 thinking i wont have issues with it. Same day went to pump some gas it all started leaking saying it was the extra gas but the fuel pump wasnt working the cluster wasnt reading & check engine light kept popping up. The mechanics at their service department just keep guessing the issue but wont fix it. Hasnt been 30 days since i purchased it, been in & out their service department at-least 5 times already & they refused to give me my money back or get a loaner or another reliable working car. Now my car shuts off on traffic i let them know & they keep ignoring the situation....They are thirsty for their good reviews they want you to give them a 5 star before you leave & thirsty for their commissions but their service sucks when it comes to a serious note. Specifically their manager Zobeida! No help at all. Such a ripoff.

Avoid this place.Very very bed service once they sold the car. I purchased the Honda Oddsey car from them in the Month of May. which right, left hand side mirror was break and Car Mat was missed they changed the right hand side mirror and I had done the full payment and they told mirror and mats they ordered and will give next week. Till now I am waiting and had done multiple calls they have not got Mirror and Car mats. I am driving car with break they does not care about that even accident can be happen due to that. When I suggested mirror is available in Amazon i can order it and they can pay the money for it then they are not allowing me. I called multiple times to them they always said company ordered it from China and waiting for delivery.3 months has passed they have not got the delivery of Mirror and Mats.

These people are scammers! They sold me a car knowing it was damaged and in an accident. I went back after I found out 2 days later. They said it would be fixed at there expense . Now they are holding my care hostage! Will not give it back until I pay more. I should of known they were scammers when they asked me to lie to the bank. I let the bank know exactly what the deal is. Now they will lose them and they are being reported to dmv. Avoid these people at all cost !!

BUYER BEWARE! Would give 0 stars if I could. They sold me a Jeep Wrangler with a missing front passenger seat belt. The only reason I did not catch it was because the agent ensured he sat in that seat while I was checking out the car. The vehicle also had an ACTIVE recall on the airbags where the airbags could explode and cause metal fragments to disperse. Selling a car with an active recall is ILLEGAL. I found this out after calling a Jeep dealer when I got home about the seatbelt issue. Additionally, they gave me a key that only worked on the ignition and not the doors so I couldn’t lock my car. I was told I would get the keys for the doors in a week and never got them. They “included” a soft top but it had several missing pieces. Within several months of purchasing the vehicle, I had to do a heater core flush because the heater stopped working. I had to do several other things to get the vehicle in safe riding conditions such as the doors, windows, etc. These are all fake 5 star reviews!!!! Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Beware they ask everyone to give them a 5 star rating when they first purchase the car! Most of these reviews are from happy car purchasers who haven’t taken the car out of the lot yet. If I could give them a rating of 0 I definitely would. I bought a car 3 months ago with less than 20,000 miles from this dealership& now I have to pay over $5,000 in repairs for everything under the hood! They sold me a car with bad tires and worn out old parts. This dealership is unbelievable please learn something from my experience and buy a car from someone else.

A complete rip off finances a car February 2,2021 and February 12,2021 broke down no accommodation or help assist with another vehicle and the metropolitan lending that assist them located in Harvey so rude go look at the reviews 2009 Nissan Murano nothing properly worked after a week transmission electrical issue window motors and radiator bust while I was on the highway they give 15 warranty my car was took in before warranty ended but when I spoke to mike the manger I was told my warranty ended which I expected them to try play on my intelligence when the car been in they possession to be check they sale ppl lemon cars cause no way after a week of purchasing these things start happening then played victim i expect these type of repair and problems after a year or two, but the body of cars look good even the mileage but not worth it once you drive and realize nothing work 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

So i bought a car here and they told me it had a clean fax nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately i got into a small accident. When i had called the insurance company to make a claim. the agent and I made small talk and told me if i was aware of the previous accidents. Now even when i tried to refinance the car they always had an excuse to try to deter me away. Dont use their bank to get a loan i promise you youll regret it. These positive reviews they have are from people too excited on their purchase, they sit you down and ask you to please leave a 5 star review after its confirmed you made a purchase. Stay away from these guys.

Let me go check.” He went and personally looked at all four tires and then gave me an honest condition report. When I asked where they bought the car, Juan said, “I don’t know. Let me check.” He found the answer and let me know. Based on a very impressive phone interaction, I decided it was worth it to drive 90 minutes to view the car.Our personal interaction was even more remarkable. Juan was incredibly professional, completely transparent, knowledgeable, and very relaxed (non-pushy). The car was just as represented in the ad and over the phone. The advertised price for the car isn’t what they were selling of got they were trying to add $2000 to the price of the car plus 30% interest when we are putting $3000 Down on $6995 car now that $ 2000 extra did not include tax or documents fees. I would give them negative stars if o could that dealership need to be put out of business and bulldozed The better business bureau will be getting a complaint I have half a mond to incinerate the dealership with sales guys and finance s in it

Went in for an oil change. The waiting room at first glance looks decent. Then you start to notice the hand sanitizer is empty, the coffee pots are dirty, and then you see the ants. There are lots of ants eating away at food thats been underneath the table for who knows how long. Finally get my car and they didnt wash it. Main reason I choose to come here is because they offer a free car wash with an oil change. This is the second time that they did not want to wash it with the same excuse that it was already too late to wash. It was only 3 or 4 pm. To top it off they spilt a lot of oil and it was just burning away causing the car to give off a lot of smoke. My car was not like that when I handed it over to them. All because I noticed it was then that they sprayed some sort of engine cleaner all over to try and get it off and stop the smoke. This hasnt been the first time I have had an issue with how they return my car to me either. The previous time they also broke off one of the buttons that lowers the windows and tried to tell me that it was loose and already like that. Anyway I wanted to pay and leave and the person at the register was too busy on the phone to ring me up. When they finally finished they didnt even apologize for the delay.Tldr: very poor service and very dirty

I bought a car here 3 months ago. The car was stolen and the insurance refused to cover it(insurance given to me by the dealer at time of purchase). Now the dealer has the car n wont give me back my rims/tires I purchased separately for 1000$ the general manager is ascumbag liar mike even when I offered to pay for the two missing stock tires and rims he still wont give back my rims n tires some people say he kept um is that legal?

The salesman even spoke with my personal finance team and mechanic to make sure they werent screwing me over, after being lectured for 45 minutes everyone came to terms that this was a great deal and now I left the lot with a car with low mileage and very grateful and satisfied!

The process was good. I wasnt expecting to much when I walked into the dealership. But I was very pleased with the way I was handled with care and understanding. I have never bought a car but this place made it easy and affordable. I would have like to put less down but considering I had no car buying history I understood the process. I traveled 248 miles to Windy City Motors to buy a 2013 Volvo XC90. If you dont know Volvo owners tend to keep their vehicles for a long time and finding used ones are harder to find than other makes.Well let me tell you it was well worth the trip. The vehicle is in great condition and priced less than others ones in three different states. The service is top notch and the buildings are nice too.Not only does the salesperson go to bat for you but also the finance manager. If you have challenges in your credit and or work history this is the place to come.I will buy my all of my future used autos here!Windy City Motors thank you for your time and consideration. This place is horrible... They sold my relative a car a couple weeks ago and now the transmission is locking up on the vehicle. When doing the process on getting the vehicle, the sales mans knew she lived out of state. A sales man by the name of Mr. Brown had told us that he would be able to give her a warranty on the vehicle. When signing the paper work, he stated that she would need more money. How did he know she had more money? GOOD QUESTION! When she was going inside her purse pulling cash out thats what his eyes was on. Now the manager by the name of Michael stated that he would be able to fix the vehicle if she gets the vehicle there. Now she have to come out of pocket again 2 weeks later and all she wants is help on getting the car down there. I would advise anyone on here to PLEASE GO TO KINGDOM CHEVROLET TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!

Won a car from me on eBay. Held it up for 3 days and showed up hours late. Never asked questions on the car and proceeded to claim the car had issues even though it doesnt. Was very rude in person, throwing items everywhere and barely talked.
