Like this dealer shop. They provided great services. My daughter got an Acura from this store. I tried to get one for myself but didnt work out for me. The only thing not so good is when you go there, the parking is so limited couldnt find parking for your car to get in to the shop.

Over 3 and a half hours for an oil change and replacing 2 tires. Tried to cheat me out of my warranty as well. When I brought up the fact the wait time is excessive for these services, the service advisor looked at me and shrugged. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Good, flexible Lexus service dept and nice staff 👋🏽 their hourly labor rate definitely reflects the zip code though, prepare you wallet for a whopping 👊🏽 but the extended warranty (best in class by far) demands a certain quality of service so the trade off is worth it in the end 😅 and a great wash EVERY. TIME!

I was unfortunate enough to buy a Honda from them from Elgin..what a nightmare both during purchasing process which took 6 hours and after when my ignition was found to be faulty, key fobs were not connecting to car, brakes, battery and front end alignment needed replacing/ repair...guess I should have learned my lesson from the 3 weeks it took the Kia dealership to fix my husbands car and they gave us car back with no air conditioning in August!!!

They were too opportunistic! Trying to sell me another car and not helping me fix the lexus that i currently own.

Very friendly, polite and professional service staff. They were knowledgeable and let me know everything that needed some work with my car. The issue is that since its a dealership, their prices are much higher than a small repair shop thats not affiliated with Acura or Lexus. I would recommend McGrath if you dont mind paying a premium for quality work and professionalism. If youre on a budget, then look elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. The math doesnt add up, they do not cover anything they say when they sell you a car, but worse will waste your time making you come in to get an expensive quote to fix... even getting the car washed is a hassle. If you are gonna buy here go ahead but dont expect anything special with the service except bad math and lazy service. Oh yeah, no washer fluid with free oil change either....

Some of the sale associates are not honest! My wife traded in 2010 Kia Optima for a MDX. She did not obtain all contracts. They sold her Kia Optima trade in for $,$$$.$$.Meagan who works for McGrath said, theyll give my wife $$,$$$.$$ credit. We take the MDX back in Westmont, ILLINOIS to McGrath Acura. McGrath wanted her to trade in 2007 MDX for another vehicle on the lot! They seem to forgot Kia Optima added to the original breach contract sold.Westmont did not fix my wife first problems 2 years ago. Sold my wife a horrible extended warranty from Senital with a registration form. My wife did not see the Senital terms and conditions after two years after the contract deal for 2007 MDX.Talk about wasted time and we driving back to Rockford, Illinois with bad breaks with our Daughter and Mother!Thank you, McGrath Automotive for your waters, the tolls, your soft checking my wife credit and ruined her credit more today, and for Meagan not being found!
