I’m really disappointed with the communication or lack of that occurred while I had my car serviced there. I brought it in Monday at 6PM. I was having battery issues and I needed do the 60k maintenance done. I had called earlier and was told that I can bring it whenever I was able. I was helped by Mark and I also told him that my back tail light was burnt and if I can have the bulb replaced. There is a crack in the tail light so he suggested I replace the whole thing because moisture was inside and it’s just going to keep burning the bulbs. I said okay that’s fine. He also told me that I’d have to leave the car overnight because no one will be able to see it until tomorrow morning. I agreed and left. I never received a call in the morning letting me know if there were any issues they found. The only type of communication I received was at 11:50 AM and it was a generic email letting me know that my approval was required for services. Didn’t get an explanation of why extra services were added. The day before I was quoted roughly $522 and the invoice was quoting me around $1,800. The online link that I was given on the email gave the option of selecting “Not today” on services that I didn’t want done but when I tried to select that option it would not let me submit the approval. I had to accept the services in order to proceed. So I paid triple what I was quoted and couldn’t even get a courtesy phone call to go over the issues and why services were required or necessary . The worst part was that when I got the car the tail light was not replaced. It was one of the main reasons why I went in the first place! The invoice said that an inspection was completed and the lights were checked but now I doubt it because the tail light being out should have been noted on there. Deshon, the employee who checked me out today was helpful and went over what was done on the car and why after I told him no one called me to go over the services. I wasn’t mad at him, he actually tried to get the bulb at least replaced but since my car wasn’t ready until 6:30PM there were no techs around to replace the bulb. I’m mad at the lack of communication and the lack of attention on the issue that I went there for. It wasn’t even noted on the file. So now I have to spend more money else where to fix my tail light. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.
Cesar was a fantastic salesperson for us when we walked into Nissan. He provided us excellent customer service throughout our whole experience. He was very knowledgeable with all of the cars and helping us narrow down to exactly the features we were looking for. Cesar was friendly and relatable throughout our whole time with him. Once Cesar helped us find our amazing car, Shirley was very kind during the financing process. She helped us understand all the different options we had in a quick and efficient manner. We are very thankful for both of them during our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
Service provided was excellent. I was notified as soon as someone was on the way to pick up my car and kept up to date on what was happening while my car was there and what additional service was needed. I was also called before my car was brought back and received my car back to the same location it was picked up from.
Dwayne was wonderful. The check in process was quick and smooth no issues.I received a text message within the hour that my car was ready (oil change). I will be returning to this dealership in the future for anything related to my car.
Nissan has been my car for more than 20 years. My current one has a back lock issue recently after using it for 10 years. The services center failed to fix it and I tried to reach the dealer, looks like we are playing hid and seek here. With an open back panel because the services is not fully finished and still could not open back door, I really wondering if my car issue is too big to be fixed by Nissan. I am not sure if i need use Nissan in the future or the back door is the most hard unit to be fixed over all.
Cesar and Daniel helped me with my first car and they were extremely nice and did things within a timely and professional manner!! They made sure I left the dealership happy and i love my new car. :) if you’re debating whether to get your car at this dealership you definitely should.
Highly recommend working with Felicia. They were patient and efficient every step of the way. Going to any dealership can honestly be a pain spending hours at a time there, but Felicia was quick and transparent about finding a car that suited my needs and budget. I cannot thank her enough! I had some problems where there was noise coming out my car when I was pressing the brake paddle or pressing the accelerate paddle. Initial they said in July that it was backing plate but 3 months later I started hearing same noise so I was very dissatisfied with their service as same problem was occurring just 3 months after, meaning somebody didnt inspect the car fully.However just yesterday I went again as I was not happy at all and this they full took care of it when I complained that I am hearing same noises again and it must something to do with braking system (caliper, brake pads, rotor). This time they full inspected & test drove it and then found out it was the axle of the car where the noises were coming from as it needed to be lubricated, and replace nuts with cotter pins. I dont hear any noises now (its only been 1 day) but I hope it remains that for a long time.Conclusion is that sometimes there inspection is not a thorough inspection or they dont explain well with pictures and diagram where the problem lies. But this time they did print out a whole book of pages showing me where the issues so I would like that to happen more often as its hard to comprehend text sometimes.
I would give them a five, but this was a reschedule. The mechanics were on strike (understandable, I am a teacher and stand in solidarity with their needs), but the service center could have called me to let me know not to come in. When I arrived the first time, they let me know that no one could change my oil, which was a waste of my time and energy.Other than that, I was given my coupon which has expired from that appointment to the next, and they shuttled me home which was kind.
CESAR CESAR CESAR!!!! Go to him he is an amazing salesman!! Because of him we were able to get our dream car! We told him about are bad Nissan experience at the other location in Melrose park, he was very understandable and comforting about the situation! He was able to accommodate with our needs and wants and gave us the monthly payment we were looking for! I received the best customer service. The advisor was very knowledgeable. I do need an appointment when I bring my car for service.I have been twice at this dealer and the service is better. They usually tell me I have to wait two hours or more and I end up getting my car back in less than 2 hours
Second time around, my vehicle was inspected, repaired and now it drives properly how it was suppose to after my first visit. I am paying for the services after my first visit, but I do believe, if I am a valued customer to receive some sort of compensation for the service not being done correctly the first time.
From the start I had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Deshaun could not have been anymore outstanding! The work I needed to have done was very expensive and not something I was prepared for. He was empathetic when presenting the estimate to me which helped soften the blow. Throughout the whole process he kept me well informed and properly accommodated. His friendly smile could be felt through the phone on our calls which reassured me I was in good hands!

I went to Berman Nissan to purchase a 2021 Rogue. Upon arrival I was greeted by Cesar who was great! The car I was interested in was actually sitting on the delivery truck when I arrived, but Cesar was quickly able to get it unloaded.and ready for a test drive. He did an amazing job walking me around the car and explaining all the features inside and out. Once I got back, I knew it was the car for me. The financing process was very smooth and I was happy with the deal Cesar was able to work with me on. Considering the car was on the delivery truck when I got there, I wasnt expecting to be able to drive it away same day. However I was pleasantly surprised when Cesar said they would make it happen. Never trust this service department.I had one sensor go out on the front bumper. I got the car back and now the entire dashboard doesnt work. Touchscreen is out. Dude literally pulled up YouTube to try to fix the problem. Trust the Yelp reviews. I didnt and it blew up in my face.

The worst experience ever. I came to fix my car because the airbag light was on and after waiting almost a day to check it out they fixed it and then it got worse, the system is mess up and I almost got in accident three times because the car started loosing control on the highway and breaking down. Besides the poor customer service that the worker Dwayne Allen provided, he never gave me an answer about this problem.Be careful, they do not not what they promise.

My wife schedule an appointment today for an oil change and a recall . they didn’t have a rental, this is very disappointing and the service does not meet my standards. We can’t wait 2 hours plus for the vehicle we have appointments during our day .the level of service of the staff is not that great. Hyundai sounds like a new dealer we will purchase our vehicles from now on .

I dont know for certain...I know that I brought my vehicle in for the Berman Better Service and the advisor told me around 12:30pm that it would be 90 minutes or less and they didnt have a loaner car like I requested on my reservation 2 days prior. I waited in the waiting area, dozed off after 30 minutes and woke up at 3:30pm. In those 3 hours no one came and told me anything about my service. Went outside, talked on the phone, walked around for another hour. Looked like I saw my vehicle behind the gate parked. Went to the advisor & asked him what was going on and I was told that there was a problem getting some screw or lug apart, cant remember exactly. Asked me to wait 10-15 more minutes for it to be done. I didnt get my vehicle back until almost 7pm. I had other important matters to take care of that afternoon & I was counting on a loaner vehicle to assist me. And for a 90 minute service to turn into an extra 5 hours is quite unacceptable. Not once, did I get a call or text or someone to acknowledge me in the waiting room about the long wait.
I had a great experience buying my car (used) at Berman Nissan. They had an excellent selection of vehicles. Nathan really went above and beyond. After describing my ideal car, he pulled up a new arrival that had not been out for detailing yet, but it was the best fit. Nathan was very friendly and attentive to all of my questions and concerns about the car and it very knowledgable about the features for each car. After a few test drives, I found that the new arrival was the perfect fit! Nathan walked me through the purchasing process and the car was sent in to finish up the detailing and certification. They delivered on their promises and I got my great car within the week! I have had it for a week and Nathan has been available to answer my questions even after purchase. Nathan you are a treasure and Berman Nissan rocks!

My service agent, Mohammad, was great! He updated me regularly on my car’s status while it was being worked on and surpassed my expectations by helping me track down my extended warranty. I’ll be asking to work with him again in the future.
I spoke with them over the phone about a vehicle upgrade email they sent to me... they ran my credit, said it was good, and told me to come in. I was very clear I did not want to waste my time. When I got there, the salesperson couldnt find the notes from the call I literally just had and basically acted like I just walked in from the street. It was very annoying because I just spoke with them over the phone. I was very clear I did not want to waste my time, but they basically use any tactic to get you to come in. It was such a waist of time on a Saturday. Carvana is such a better option to avoid the salesy pressure and deceptive tactics.

The repair took more than 3 hours, I did not get another car, I waited tired and hungry. Ive had other brands of cars too, but havent had such a bad experience. It was an unpleasant experience.
Had a mixed experience here and it was only over the phone. Mike failed to mention the issues with the car I was interested in and claimed it was perfectly fine and insisted i should come purchase it. We tried asking questions about finances and Mike was extremely vague and not much help. Once again he continued insisting we just come on in and purchase the car. We asked about the accident history and any mechanical problems and he lied explaining there were no issues or anything wrong with it. I am over an hour away from the dealership so wanted some honest answers to my questions before making the trip. Mike was not helpful in this department, he lied about the issues of the car, and overall did not care about a persons safety in the vehicle. He only cared about making money off me because i am a first time buyer and he thought he could finesse! Within the next couple minutes we were connected with Chuck who was extremely helpful and honest! He informed us the car had been in a bad accident with a snow plow and the accident sensors were damaged and not working to the best of their ability. If i can recommend anyone here it would be Chuck as he was honest and thoughtful about me driving a vehicle that was safe and equipped with the newest saftey features.
Worked with Cesar to purchase a certified used car, and it was an excellent experience. Visited several other dealerships in Chicago, and this was the only one where we felt valued as people (not just as a potential sale) and were treated with kindness, knowledge, and exceptional products and services. Cesar answered all of our questions and did the work to find answers to ones he could not (of which there were few). He provided us with a range of options that met what we were looking for, and did not pressure us beyond what we asked for. Everyone we interacted with was excellent - went over finances with Daniel, and he was knowledgable, personable, and clear to the point. Everyone here truly went above and beyond. Went into this dreading the car-buying process, but came out excited and content - cannot recommend the Berman Nissan dealership enough.

Berman Nissan has always been able to assist me in every way possible. This week I had an appointment for my 2010 Nissan Murano for an oil change and a recall. When I dropped my vehicle off, I knew it had a lot of problems already. I mentioned to the service team member that I would like to trade my vehicle in. Right away I was in contact with someone and schedule an appointment for later that day. The person I met with was Leon Deniz. Throughout the entire process Leon made it an enjoyable experience. He asked questions to better understand our needs and answered questions we had as well. Additionally the finance department was very helpful as well and was able to lower our monthly payments! Knowing I was there for at least 5 hours already was draining but my family and I knew we were at the right place. I will definably be back to Berman Nissan of Chicago.

Service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that the price for braked and rotors were less expensive getting them done at the dealer than Pep Boys. From now on. I will always seek dealers service/repairs first.

This review is for the service dept not sales. I had my 2017 Nissan Maxima taken in for some work. I felt like they didn’t really pay attention to my needs. I asked questions that I wasn’t given a direct answer to. When I finally received my “recommendations” it seemed like it was just a list that they put together with no hierarchy of importance. There was no pressure to get any of the additional‘s which was nice but also no sense of direction. If they’re recommending those things why? What do these services/ parts effect. My service advisor was very nice but I just felt kind of like another number. I could tell that I wasn’t really a priority. And not a big deal but the complementary car wash left dirt and bird poop on my car. I will say though... The complementary pick up and drop off of my car was very nice and staff was friendly. Unfortunately friendly is only one component of good service.
Overall, good service, pricing and great vehicles. I was able to get the perfect car I needed as quick as possible. I went in looking for a specific car and I was in luck for the exact car I was looking for, I had an excellent experience working with Cesar. He was able to guide me to the right direction and process of purchasing my vehicle. I’m glad to be working with Cesar because he had provided 100% excellent customer service and he has a great personality as well. I want to work with someone who understands me and gets that I have goals and this was just a step to it. Thank you again!!!
Recently had my car serviced here and used the valet service they offer. Car was picked up as scheduled and dropped off before the end of my remote work shift on a Friday. I would highly recommend trying their valet service, along with any service your car needs! Awesome customer service from Trevor and the Nissan team!
Purchased my vehicle here 3 years ago and really enjoyed my experience with the sales department. I would think since I purchased my car from here, the service team would be great too. NOT THE CASE. The Service department here is the worst I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication from this place is infuriating. I was told my car would be ready after 2-3 days, we are on day 6. Typical over promise under deliver when it comes to them telling you when something will be done. People make plans and depend on you when you tell them things will be ready by a certain time. I have called 11 times and was told I would get a call back right away if they even answer the phone. Only received 3 call backs. Still waiting on Mohamed to call me this morning when yesterday evening he said he would call me first thing this morning. So, I called at 8:30AM and sure enough I got the Hell call you right back. Its been over an hour. Save your time and go somewhere else to get work done. Dont bother buying a vehicle from here either. Youll get treated like garbage if you ever need to go back. There are WAY better dealerships in the city than Berman Nissan.Also, to add on to this review, when I dropped my vehicle off, I explained that the push to start doesnt always work when I am in the car and if they could check that out I would appreciate it. They clearly didnt check it out because it is still doing that. He said maybe the key fob needed the battery replaced....they didnt do that either.Also, the service team dropped off my vehicle to my apartment(which I do appreciate) and when I got to it there was a huge crack in the middle of the windshield. I cannot believe this is the kind of service conducted by Berman Nissan. Instead of dealing their service department again I chose to go to someone else(Aaron Glass on Armitage, AMAZING WORK) and got my windshield replaced yesterday.UPDATE (6/25/21): I received a call from Mark and Adelita. They sincerely apologized for the situation. They are taking care of all of the issues that I talked about. They did not make excuses and said they were using this as a coaching and learning experience. This is how a customer should be treated. I appreciate the effort they put forth. After the conversation I had with them, I will be giving them a second chance as I believe everyone deserves one.
I purchased a certified used vehicle at Berman Nissan about two months ago. At the time, we noticed that the drivers seat was loose and rattled around while driving. Berman promised to fix the issue. After leaving the vehicle with the service department for 3 full days on separate occasions, the seat remains broken and even more unstable. While most of the folks have been helpful in coordinating appointments, nobody has been able to take responsibility to ensure that the vehicle gets fixed, as was promised when we bought it. I am left feeling very disappointed in the lack of service and integrity of the service group. I would encourage anyone to seek other alternatives for Nissan service in the area. The overall vehicle purchase experience was pleasant, but be cautious of any commitments that Berman makes after you drive the car off the lot. I hope that my experience is an isolated one. But after so many empty promises, half truths, unreturned calls, and lies, I am having more and more difficulty believing it is.

Service needs a little bit of customer service improvement
I’ll never be back. I asked him to remove my information from the system, he didn’t honor my request. They over filled my tires, who doesn’t know how to fill a tire and has a job working on cars? They don’t include filters in a $71 oil change. Long long wait times. And they made me wait in the lobby while he was sending me an email about all the money they want me to spend.
I had an excellent experience here. Very knowledgeable staff that was able to help me through each step of my purchase.

I was recently quoted $950 to fix a clogged sunroof hose when I brought my car in for an oil change. I said I would call back for an appointment. I took it elsewhere and paid $150 to get the hose unclogged and when I called to ask about detailing the vehicle I was told that that isn’t performed at the dealership and told to find a detail shop? What was I being told I was paying $950 for? I’m very disappointed that I was going to be taken advantage of when this service is not even provided there. I was quoted this by a gentleman named Dwayne.
Service here is horrible. I got my New Nissan Sentra two years ago and there’s been a couple of recalls which I understand happens.. but when taking it into service the reps are either really nice and friendly or some are the opposite. Every time I would take it into service they would always try to buy my car or offer me an offer to trade it. Again I know that’s their job to do but they would offer me an amount that wasn’t even enough to payoff my loan to them. But just beware.. there are other options. I ended up selling my car to Carmax and they gave me $4000 more than what Nissan my lender was giving me.

I came in on a random weekday to have them take a look at my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. I left with a 2021 Rogue. Sochi was SO AMAZING. I had never bought a new car before, and was a little afraid of being alone at a dealership. Sochi made me feel so welcome, and really took great care of me. Everything was explained so well to me, I felt valued and was treated with amazing client service. Its very rare to find great service out there and I couldnt be more pleased with my service. I will be coming here for as long as I am in Chicago to have my car taken care of. I highly recommend anyone coming here if you are looking for a car. Also, they have fruit snacks and goldfish.

I arranged an appointment with Michael in sales to test drive a certified used Nissan Rogue Sport. He was ready when I arrived and knowledgeable about the car. He couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. I ended up buying the car and spoke with Daniel in financing. Again, I received more of the same friendly, pleasant treatment. Trevor took amazing care of me and my Murano today! First let me say I bought my car from a different dealership not these guys. So my car only came with 1 key fob and key. I bought what I thought was an authentic Nissan fob online. Turns out it was a fake or just broken. The guys tried everything and found out that it did in fact start the car if put into the fob spot like where a normal key would go but none of the buttons worked even the mechanical key was blank was garbage too. They didnt even charge me since most of the functions didnt work. They still got the fob working to start the car which was my main concern. As I already got a door key.. Well now they have my business from now on. They made a bad purchase into a success for me. Trevor...thank you!
Not sure I want to review this place since it was a very bad service experance. Came to pick car up from service that they said they fixed by removing a aftermarke system to my car that they said was the cause of my transmission shift issue. Paid 525.00 and did not even go 1min down the street to see the car still would not shift and when it did it shift was very hard. No way you could miss this. I went back and wasted 2 hours coming back and forth plus uber. I will wait to do a final review just to be fair to them. I hope they come thru next time. Its been 3 days and no update yet.

Brain provides excellent customer service. He is super professional and his priority it to resolve the issues I have with my vehicle and I feel good knowing my vehicle is in good hands. If I could give him more than five starts I would. I highly recommend Berman Nissan for how they treat their customers.
This is the second time I have been asked for feedback, interestingly the first time I never received anything back from Berman (I left my email). Regardless,. here is my initial response:I needed brakes on my 2014 Nissan Rogue and I decided to try a local Nissan dealer (not the one I purchased from, but closer to home). I could have gotten the job done elsewhere, and probably cheaper, but hey, I figured brakes? Meh - one kid and a wife drive this car too, and I have two other kids in it carted around all the time, so a dealer may be best for brakes. Now originally I made a 1:30 PM appointment over the phone. I was told it would take about an hour to check out the brakes and they would finish up end of day. When I dropped off the car at 1PM (a bit early) I was told Berman would check the car out by 4PM and call me, but I should be able to pick up by COB 8PM. OK fine – I left the car and went on my way.When I got my call I was told I needed rotors too. First time I needed brakes on this car, and of course I am told I need new rotors, not even just refinished, but OK.... Sometimes you wonder, but hey these are professionals and this is a dealer. And a brake fluid flush was recommended, I gave the OK. So the good news this that Berman has some nice coupons online. Brake Pads and Rotors for $429.95 - with no asterisks or any other charges noted. Yay - I can save a few bucks. Bad news, but not so bad, I was asked hey - we are running late, can we keep the car overnight and have it ready tomorrow/” Im like sure, minor inconvenience, but yeah I can work w/ that.So at pick up I notice buried on my invoice a bunch of additional charges for $56.21. I look and I see the Covid Surcharge – PPE, Electronic Doc Storage/Shredding, Freight, Shop Supplies, and EPA Waste Removal charges. Uh huh. Really? Yes I know businesses have costs. I get that, I am a businessman myself. But those costs – those are covered by your regular charges for service. And costs are also not added on to an advertised price or coupon (please recall the “Brake Pads and Rotors for $429.95” noted above – with no asterisks or anything about additional charges). I understand that some businesses have various fees and some charges are tacked on (like sales tax for parts). And I understand some charges can be considered industry standard in some cases. But really this was just a money grab. For example, I am charged an “Electronic Doc Storage/Shredding” fee for a brake job? How do you sleep at night? And COVID, freight, supplies, and waste removal? Come on. Freight? Sheesh. No “additional charges may apply,” no quote for them, just tack on the charges. Beyond even legality, simple ethics seem to be in question here.So of course at pick up I complain and have to go sit and wait for a manager to review. I mean, really, how stereotypical car dealership tactic does this have to be. So after sitting and stewing for a bit somebody comes for me and my bogus charges are reduced from $56.21 to $13.10 (new invoice all completed and all). At this point I have to get back to work and can’t sit around complaining and waiting to get the $13.10 removed. So I pay my $1,072.97 invoice and leave.So I think to myself, hmmmm, next time I need a repair where am I going to go? Next time I need a car where will I go? Or better, when friends, family, neighbors, etc. ask for recommendations who will I recommend? Berman is not high on my list. But hey, you got your doc and shredding fee, so congratulations.
I never have to wait long to be serviced! It’s always nice and clean atmosphere and the staff is always nice and professional! I never had any issues!
My second time coming within two days. Same advisor attended me both days. I dont know what to say, he was great and very detailed. He was very helpful with everything. Thank you to him for his dedication on doing what he does best.
Mohammed was very friendly from start to finish. He always followed up with me when he said he was going to. He got me a great loaner while my car was being worked on. Always answered the phone when I called and is super professional and knows the answers to all my questions. He is a true feather in the cap of the dealership and the Nissan organization. Couldnt be happier.
Staff was wonderful and courteous. I went in for an oil change that I scheduled online and when I arrived I asked if they could check on my rear wiper fluid because it wasnt coming out. They were gracious enough to squeeze it in as well.Thanks Berman.
The service had been fairly good, although twice the return dates on the oil change stickers were wrong. Not serious, but inconvenient.This time, we had a mask and social distance problem.I reported my concerns to a managers voice mail while I was in the waiting room, stating that not all employees were properly masked, but have not heard back from anyone in charge. The employee did mask up when I told him to do so, and I backed away to maintain social distance, as he had seated himself next to me. I think its worth a drive to a different dealer, until the pandemic is controlled.
Just a total scam place. Ive bought 6 new or used cars in my life and they are the only ones where I felt they totally screwed me, and they did. Just added stuff at the end that I didnt notice until it was too late. I should have done more due diligence but trust me, find another dealer. They take advantage of people and it wasnt just the fact they did me that way, the whole place has that exact feel. Just second class operation.Response: I bought a car 4 yrs ago, so it wasnt recent. They called after this post and the gentleman was nice and said things have changed. I told them on top of overpaying for a certified used car that I had to buy new tires for a yr (10k Miles) later (shouldnt happen unless they used the bare legal min to certify it), had other repairs not the least of which was spending $1700 on repairs last month, I also ended up getting a $182 tax bill that should have been covered by my sale. They invited me in and I told them only if someone pays that bill that I no Ionger have, they said they couldnt because I didnt have the receipt. I just paid it off rather than having to deal with them a few years back because I figured it wouldnt be worth the hassle to try to extract it from them and you just never want to see the people that screwed you.Maybe Berman has changed but when you have the single worse experience by a mile from a car dealership thats been around a long time and it still has the same Berman name, you never go back unless they own up and do something to make things right because my experience was wrong in every possible way. Car wasnt reliable, had a big bill a year later on tires that should have been OK, overpaid, and I got another bill in the mail a year later for no good reason.BTW- Ive posted reviews 2-3x in my life so its only when the experience is extraordinary in 1 way or another and his response using the word recent was measured. He knew exactly the car I purchased and when, but it wasnt recent. If you read it, it makes it sound like maybe I didnt buy a car there.
Worst Service Ever…is an understatement.One could only assume that the dealer where you purchased your vehicle should also provide exceptional service…right? NEGATIVE!!!I originally called Nissan’s service department regarding an issue I am experiencing with my vehicle. After all was said and done, I was told to bring my vehicle in at 945 am Monday, morning. We proceeded with a test drive and began mentioning the difficulties I was experiencing. I was then told by Dwayne, our service rep that I would be receiving a call later today at 3:00 with an update.Now 3:20 pm, I call Nissan’s service to speak to Dwayne or anyone to provide updates. Instead I spoke to Mohammed whom confirmed that there weren’t any notes provides yet (6 hours after drop off). I also agreed to leave my number with Mohammed, whom promised to have Dwayne follow up. An hour later, I decided to call back again, except this time no one was answering the phones, and I kept receiving the answering machine.By this time, I decided to go to Nissan’s services in person and request some updates. Nonetheless, my suspicions were right. Nothing had been done, I was given some mechanic lingo about this and that. Nonetheless the only notes provided where entered at 3:30 pm (after I called in for an update). Indicating that again no service was being provided.After expressing my frustrations, Mark the supervisor decides he wants to assist. Be mindful that Mark thought he could save a customer and not necessary provide exceptional service. They honestly attempted to re-consult and schedule another service appointment. The disrespect, only gets worst. I explained how I purchased the vehicle here, and Mark responded by saying yeah 2015. I could careless if I bought it in 2018, or 2021…I am a customer, do not disrespect me!I continued to explained how disappointed I was with Dwayne, Mohammed and Mark, all 3 were distasteful, unprofessional and unworthy of their employment!PLEASE DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM…I will also be following up with corporate!***I was also informed that negative posts get deleted - therefore I will be posting daily!
They made it very clear that they hate their partnership with uber and I will never be coming back again.
