I got my windows tinted... All 8 windows have bubbles everywhere i called so they can fixed and they keep rescheduling my app..worst service people in this place sooo rude. I paid $220 at the mall and extra $100 for the the 8th window. And trying to charge me $180 to fixed my window

Very poor customer service!!! came in to upgrade my already existing systemAnd was given a price quote by the installation so-called technician and I was cool with it, my car was pulled in to the installation Bay at 10:30 and I was told it would take 3 hours for the worked to be completed which I didnt understand because all I was doing was swapping 1 amp out and installing two others with two batteries mind you my battery is located in the trunk of the car... neither the less my car was not completed until 6:30 that evening.... and the so-called technician did a horrible job once I express my concerns to the so-called technician he got irate and told me there is nothing more he can do so instead of coming to some kind of conclusion the man literally rip everything out of my trunk to all the wiring back and just threw everything that was installed in the trunk and did not reconnect my existing system, walked inside of his business told the service rep to call the police and for me to get off the property because he was ready to go home please do not do business with sound shop, unprofessional staff, and basic knowledge of installing sounds the install had wiring everywhere in the trunk and it looked at like speaker wire for your house dont waste your time I sure did 10/11/2020

This place is amazing! If they don’t have it, witch I highly doubt, they will find it. Excellent and informative service as well.

They have a variety of different alarms, car starters, and sounds for a car, the only thing is its a little expensive and takes a bit to install when you cant wait inside there. So make sure someone else comes in there car if your getting something done

I came here to get my alarm, remote start and keyless entry installed in my SUV and they did a great job again. I visited this place 5 years ago when they did the same to a different car I had back then. I checked other places but they didn’t explain how the whole process would be but at Universal the owner explained in great detail about the whole installation process and also helped me choose the brand that’s best suited my budget. I highly recommend this place.

I been there 7 times and the service is pretty good, cute Latina girl greets you, the technician is very knowledgeable and my favorite part is that if you ask them something they take their time, to make YOU take the right choice for wherever you need, and the prices are so low, oh and their work is flawless.Is far from where I live, but is a worthy long drive, so give it a try, youll be pleased.

My first time there and they did an excellent job on my Toyota Camry. Put the keyless entry and is everything! nice job Universal Car Alarm and sound!

My partner took my Jeep in to have a tv stereo and rearview camera installed; they did an amazing job! The stereo fits perfectly, and the camera works great. I will say that it was a bit pricey for the installation of both stereo and camera, as well as a harness and dash kit, but it was well worth it. I will definitely be coming back.

Horrible costumer service, they have no idea how to talk to people at all, never come back and never recommend to anyone who value their time.

Stupid is as stupid does i ask for a smart start system and the woman at the desk trys to upsell because key has chip in it. I hate when people do that as I know what I want and need and I already have the system on identical vehicle.
