Marshmallows are so soft and fluffy. Many options with no milk. My boys were so happy. The rice krispies are sooo good.

Pretty disappointed. My husband and I were stoked to try these. The “best by” date was today so we wanted to use them today, before they pass that date. We cracked open the cookies and cream mallows and my husband bit into one without fully inspecting it and they were sour! After inspection, we noticed they had mold on them (package was sealed and stored in cool/dry place before opening them today). I added pictures to show the packaging and moldy mallows =/ We purchased multiple versions packs (4 cookies and cream and 3 vanilla). We threw the rancid cookies and cream box away immediately after noticing and inspected the other packs. 2 of the remaining 3 cookies and cream all had mold!2 stars because we had their vanilla flavored marshmallows and those were fine. The best by date for those was two days ago but they didn’t go bad.Hopefully others have a better experience.

If you like marshmallows, you need this in your life! Favorites are cotton candy and original vanilla.Also the cookie dough is AMAZING and arguably their best product 😄Disliked their version of iced pumpkin latte, as it’s a more sour flavor of pumpkin, and more marshmallow you can handle in one sitting 😆Overall this place is awesome to try new things for your marshmallow loving sweet tooth.

Ordered online since I dont have a car. I LOVE them!! I got several different flavors and so far they are all delicious! Both the flavors and textures are wonderful. Will definitely be buying again. Also they were packaged very nicely.

Love the coziness of the space and the menu is pretty good too! There are prepackaged flavor boxes but you can also choose your own flavors.

XO Marshmallow is my absolute favorite place to get delicious marshmallows from! I live in Missouri, so I order online and they ship super fast. I love all the flavor options and the other marshmallow goodies that they offer. I especially love the marshmallow of the month club! Now I can have marshmallows every day!

Ordered online and had shipped to FL and the marshmallows were still fresh. They have a great variety of flavors that rotate with the seasons. Will order again when they have new menu items.

Happiness is.....XO Marshmallow. From the free (over $25) fast shipping, to the many different flavors and all the GF treats. Did I go overboard on my first order? Yes. Do I have any regrets? That my husband is also enjoying the treats. My order also came with some free marshmallows not sure how or why but hey they’re amazing and the one type my husband doesn’t like. 😉 I found this company on TikTok of all places and they just make me so happy! The thought and care that goes into the packaging will make me a repeat customer!!

XO Marshmallow is great for so many reasons! They’re a woman-owned business, they sell amazingly delicious marshmallows in sooo many flavors, and they incorporate customer feedback into their new flavors and products. You can’t get marshmallows like these from anywhere else. They’re sooooo good.

The place is small and cozy! They are taking care during the covid times. They have original flavors already packed and the freshly made ones are stored at the front!! Good flavor varieties and are very soft!!!! I loved the s’mores hot cocoa too!! A must try!

Locked they doors by 615pm when I arrived but employees still in the store and hours operation until 7. They would not make an exception and didnt explain why they closed early. Here on travel and took an Uber for 30 minutes to location just to grab a gift to bring back home.

I took my 2 boys here this past Saturday and we spent 100 dollars on so many different marshmallow creations I could not believe the things they have done with marshmallows. The number 1 thing my kids liked were marshmallow ice cream cones. They looked like ice cream cones but had marshmallow filling instead. They 2 employees there were so nice to us. This will be our new special place.

My husband and I do not particularly care for marshmallows so I dont know why I went in the place. It drew me in because I hadnt noticed it before. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate for the Big Man. Instead of whipped cream topping, it came with what us Seniors would call marshmallow fluff. The husband said it was really good and their is no comparison between marshmallows from a bag and the wonderful homemade marshmallow delight he had from this cute little place.

Marshmallows are one of my favorite guilty pleasures and XO Marshmallows are probably the best gourmet marshmallows Ive ever had. Recently picked up a few goodies for Easter and they were adorable (and tasty)! The chicks are a nice throwback to the store-bought Peeps but definitely higher quality. If you want something really decadent, try the Oh Dough You Didnt (combines marshmallow and cookie dough).

If I won the Super Bowl, the first place I would go is not to Disney Land, it would be to Chicago to visit XO Marshmallow! Words cannot express how incredible these treats are. If they ever decide to add another wonder to the world, it should be this place!! I always feel like I order too much from them and then a day later I have nothing left. The flavours and the visuals on everything they do is incredible. Every time I try something Im shocked because its more amazing than I ever remembered. I think Ive sampled at least one of every type of treat they make and Im always blown away. You can tell every single little thing they do and create is done with love and magic. Every member of the company interacts with speed and kindness and I feel like theyre all my best friends and I dont even know them. Its probably best I dont live in Chicago because I would buy the place next door and stop by every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is a marshmallow world, and were just living in it! Walked into the place, the floors were sticky. Everything looked dusty? My 6 year old was so excited to visit this place but left disappointed. You really have to be doing something wrong if a kid who loves marshmallows hated it. Stale, overpriced, and the place needs a deep cleaning.

Such a fun place! We had the custom smores with dark chocolate, nutella and salted caramel and I took some assorted marshmallows home.

I wanted so badly to love this place but I was pretty disappointed. I went out of my way to come here when visiting Chicago. There wasnt a huge selection of marshmallow flavors to choose from and most of them were super specialized (alcohol-flavored or CBD). I got a Frozen Smore and it tasted like coffee, something I really hate. My friends werent in love with what they got either. I still brought souvenirs home but I probably wont come back again.

Adorable little dessert place! So many marshmallow flavors -I had salted caramel for my smore and vanilla in my hot cocoa. Everyone was so nice and friendly! The smores are made with gluten free graham crackers, which I wasnt a fan of, but I normally dont like gluten free stuff. I got my hot chocolate with oat milk and it was delicious! 🤩

Was looking for some lavender hot chocolate and found this place online. I absolutely love lavender anything so was eager to try. It actually just arrived and I opened it up and the directions say put 3 tablespoons in milk or water. I put 3 tablespoons in a mug of hot water and stirred really good. The mug is not big at all. The lavender is so very mild my husband that hates lavender couldn’t even tell.. also it’s very watery hot chocolate. Just alittle disappointed and was really looking for some thicker more lavender hot chocolate because it’s just taste like watered down white hot chocolate:(

The individual marshmallows.. amazing. the actual s’mores and things were so underwhelming. we had salted caramel s’more, cookie s’more & then the cookie dough marshmallow cone.. we didn’t finish any of them and it was trashed. graham was stale, marshmallow in the cone was hard. & the cookie had a bad texture. however, the individual marshmallows they sell are incredible. lavender honey is to die for.

I actually came up here to go to a different shop! But it was hot outside and we were waiting for this particular shop to open so we decided to come to the marshmallow shop! And let me tell you right now! It is so good! So my sister-in-law has been moaning and if anybody who knows anything about eating if youre moaning while you eat it is most definitely good! If you havent tried it you need to stop in its a little shop yes masks are required and there are no tables but I believe that once everything really starts opening up this is definitely if youre on the North side be a staple for your person I can even see this in the fall and winter because theyre going to change their menu like they did for the summer so absolutely stop in they got treats for kids all things edible stop in its a great place! She still moaning..

The smores we got were amazing (salted caramel is a must-get). The marshmallow on top of the drinks were really good, but the drinks themselves were very average. The place was small, so not a lot of room to sit down and hang out.

We loved out visit. We each tried a smore. Mine was with a salted caramel marshmallow. It was divine. And the made from scratch graham crackers... So delicious. We also brought home a dozen marshmallows for the kids. They have loved every flavor.

I dont know where to start I understand that this is on the cute factor but to me cute also means clean and this play student havent we got there about 15 minutes after the place opened we obviously were the first customers nothing was ready nothing is kind of went out we ended up sitting at the smaller table at the restaurant because the owner was doing her books at the big one every table besides the one that she was sitting at was wobbly the floors were not clean the running boards were also not clean food that we ate there was not good it taste like sweet chemicals all in all it just completely disappointed with my experience.

I stumbled upon this place scrolling through Instagram late one night. I decided to hit their website as well as other socials to check out their reviews before placing an order.When I got to their website I was surprised to see how many options they had, as well as how fairly priced they were. The shipping got here in less than a week. Not only did everything come in the most adorable packaging ever. They went out of their way to include extra goodies!! Being a small business owner myself. customer service is very important to me as a consumer. I find the details to go a long way.When I reached out directly to the company to see if this was an error. They told me they like to do that sometimes to make people smile. ❤ That really touched me. Especially with whats going on in our world. That act of kindness goes a long way. They will now have a customer for life because of this gesture of generosity.If youre looking for something delicious, fun and different. I highly recommend. This would be great for yourself or to send to a friend. I have to say that the salted caramel marshmallows and the turtles were my absolute favorite!

I just got my first package in the mail 5 minutes ago and I can say they are honestly amazing. Best marshmallows I’ve ever had. So fluffy!

I went to grab some goodies because my sister looked it up. It’s very cute and quaint. It’s a small little shop. Vibrant colors and the wonderful smell of sweet sugary goodness in the air. It was clean and the customer service was great.The day we went was a bit warm inside. But we had also come from a brisk walk to get to it in cool wind. The prices were ok for the area. The cereal killer was really good. You just have to take a tiny bit of the marshmallow on top then drink. Otherwise you don’t get the full experience of cereal exploding in your mouth. I tried one of each of the after midnight boxed. And 2 of everyone that had in the store. Along with 5 cereal killers. So 4 boxes of after hour, 1 box of strawberry CBD, 16 single marshmallows, and 5 cereal killer shakes came to $150. I’m sure their prices change. But if not you will know drinks $7.95, box of after midnight $11.95, cbd $23.95, single marshmallows $0.75 a pice or a dozen for $8. Just a heads up, they do not take cash. The marshmallows taste exactly like whatever they say that are. I am a testament to that! Yum!!! Annnnnd they are gluten free. And a couple other things they are free from. It’s on the back of the box. Great gifts for Mother’s Day or birthdays. I totally would recommend!

Lovely place. Everything here is to love and try. Must try the Passion fruit marshmallows (limited time only). I tried XO Marshmallow for the first time. I ordered the salted caramel, cookies and cream, and funfetti marshmallows. They were all delicious! I loved the flavors and texture. Their marshmallows are light and fluffy. The packaging is super cute! I have definitely become a fan! I look forward to trying more flavors! If you havent tried XO Marshmallow I highly recommend that you do!

Horrible customer service. My package arrived completely smashed and no longer in a condition that I could give as a gift. I emailed customer service and their response was have you filed a claim with USPS. This is not the first issue that I have had with their customer service but I can say it will be the last as I wont be ordering from them anymore.*I realize that you are not responsible for a package being smashed during shipping however your response to my email making you aware of the problem contained no information on how the store was going to address the product with either replacement, refund or credit only whether I had filed a claim with USPS. Essentially washing their hands of the issue. As this is the second time I have had issues with customer service, a similar issue occurred at Christmas time where the entire blame was put in the hands of the shipper as well. This review is not based on a one time experience

Very cute and amazing marshmallow variety. My husband got the smores hot chocolate which involves graham cracker crumbs and a blowtorch! It was very delicious.My hot chocolate was unfortunately not mixed properly: it was weak but then I found chocolate powder at the bottom when I finished.Tldr: cute, good product, but inconsistent

They have the most unique marshmallows I have ever tried. The place is tight, their drinks are a bit pricey and not as tasty as Ive expected (I got their banana frappe; forgot what its called). If youre a fan of marshmallow, then its worth a try.

The marshmallows are good! They made cute little gifts and stocking stuffers for Christmas gifts. I wish the actual store was bigger and there were places to sit. It’s really just set up for you to purchase the products and then leave. It would be cool if there was an opportunity to hang out and enjoy the treats and such.

I ordered online and was really excited, but I was disappointed with the flavors. The marshmallows I ordered tasted like potpourri and candles...they did smell very good though. While we did like the rice krispie bars, the cookie dough/marshmallow cups were a let down. Not worth the price paid in my opinion.

I heard about this place on a local show and decided to go check it out. I only had cash, so I ended up leaving the store without anything. The employee was not happy that day and really was the cherry on top. The products look delicious, but I don’t have a credit card so it’s guaranteed that I will not be eating there. Would’ve been an amazing hangout and go to place for teenagers without credit cards.(Edit after response: My mother and I went there and the employee told us we could only pay with credit cards and that they don’t take cash. We were going to buy a marshmallow and two lattes with a 50 dollar bill to be specific.In the end we ended up with nothing because we were told cash wasn’t accepted. I don’t know if this is a new change. We were disappointed. )

Very disappointing especially since we were excited to try this place out. Cute set up and 100% kosher beef gelatin which was the plus. BUT the rice crispy treats were stale, the classic smore wasnt melted in terms of the chocolate or marshmallow and my frozen hot chocolate tasted like just crushed ice with a hint of cocoa--it had no flavor. There were 4 of us and we all purchased a good variety of things and we all were disappointed with each item and could not finish our desserts. Over hyped, wasted money, wasted calories and not worth it.

I ordered from their online store. Free shipping at $25 is incredibly reasonable! And oh. my. gosh. They are incredibly delicious. I tried the marshmallow turtles (STAWP IT) and the butterbeer marshmallows (I CANNOT!). If youre looking for a a sweet treat, this is it!

Cute concept, not worth the price. I got the Get Fluffed Up drink. It was $9, 85% marshmallow and 15% drink. Staff was friendly but not worth the price.

So I ordered. Got here in a decent time frame. Opened up my package and marshmallow fluff EVERYWHERE. I took a pic and sent them an email. The next afternoon, I decided to ask on Instagram because I wasnt sure the fastest way to contact them and was afraid if too much time had passed, theyd refuse to help me out. I see on their posts that the PR person for instagram is pretty catty and rude with anyone who doesnt give them a positive response. Risked it anyways and of course, they were immediately on defense which put me on defense. The email person was so much nicer and immediately sent a replacement for my destroyed product...they shipped it 5 days ago. Its tracking says it is still in preshipping and zero responses to my questions. I understand why things are delayed but, really? Seriously? Id rather have my money back. I would like to try the smore fluff but the other marshmallows had zero flavour and Im already regretting the rather expensive purchase. It cost me 26 dollars (WITH a discount code) for 12 bite sized marshmallows and an exploded fluff. This is pretty stupid. Im sorry but I will not be a return customer if this is the type of experience I will have each time.UPDATE 04/12/2020 they refunded only partially after finally answering my email. Then, I seem to have lost the ability to comment on their facebook page. Well, seeing as their facebook and instagram were extremely active compared to their email inbox, I tried there. And this is what I get?!UPDATE 04/16: they blocked me on Instagram and facebook simply for giving a 1 star review when it popped up on my feed. My friend then spoke to them and they accused her of bullying a pregnant woman. She encouraged them to share those bullying emails but they deleted them. They then fully admitted to blocking me for demanding my money back after lying about sending a replacement. Just make your own marshmallows. Theyd have more flavour and less attitude.

XO Marshmallow quickly became one of my very favorite small businesses. Their one of a kind cafe has the best treats around, with so many options and choices for anyone. I always make a point to stop into the cafe when I’m in town and I’m never disappointed! I recently placed on online order and it was super easy and arrived quickly. Ordered rice crispy treats and a marshmallow sample variety pack as a little pick-me-up. They came in adorable XO packaging and WOW were they great. I tried the Vanilla, Salted Caramel, and Cold Brew flavors. This definitely made my day, would suggest to any sweets lover.

Everyone in the shop was friendly and helped us make good choices.My wife had a make your own smore with a Nutella marshmallow. The cookies have a good ginger flavor and are very soft. Definitely a gourmet step up from your campfire memory.My Smaco (smore taco) was both unusual and tasty! I liked the additional texture from the crunchy waffle cone shell. I got the traditional with all vanilla and it was great, but next time Ill definitely mix us the flavors insideWorth a trip!

I have never had anything less than divine from XO Marshmallow. These lady bosses are nothing less than craftswomen who put the utmost care and attention to detail into everything they do from packaging to product. The OMG marshmallow fluff is addicting! It is delicious with their gluten free graham crackers, as a fruit dip, or by the spoonful. My husband loves the marshmallow dream bars, and my son polished off the Oh Dough You Didnt cookie dough cups.

They have the coolest flavors including a delicious butter-beer flavored marshmallow (my favorite). I absolutely loved the staff, they had a new girl working the counter, and she was very upfront with what she could do, and what she needed the owner for, and it made everything feel very relaxed and fun. The owner was super eager to talk about the product, and I get why. Everything there is so good. Definitely a spot to check out.

I ordered XO’s advent calendar online this year, and while we are only on day 9, I cannot express how exciting, fun, and, most importantly, delicious all of the marshmallows have been so far. My partner’s favorite so far was the funfetti (he loves the little crunch of sprinkles). My favorite so far was the blueberry, and my little’s favorite was the strawberry. Because of this impulse buy (I saw something on TikTok about it), I’ve gifted several family members marshmallows for Christmas and purchased more for myself. If you do an advent calendar next year, you can bet I’ll buy it. Thank you!

I haven’t been to their shop, but did recently order online. Omg it was so amazing. Everything is beautiful and delicious. Shipped fast and even those amazing cookie dough cones arrived in perfect condition. I am a marshmallow fiend, and this is going to be my new favorite treat store to order from.

These arent your grocery store marshmallows either, theyre hand made and I dont know what kind of magic they put into them, but they are AMAZING! I highly recommend stoping by this super cute place!

Extremely unprofessional and lacks any humor.Truly disappointed in this establishment. I left a comment about how sweet and delicious something would be - and the moderator/owner blocked me from making any comments simply because I said “well call me Wilfred Brimley because these sweet babies are going to give me diabeetus!” - perhaps if that offends you as a confectioner ... you should not be in the profession of creating sweets.I truly hope you do not treat your physical customers with such a bland attitude. Learn what humor is, learn what a compliment is.... there are plenty of other online retailers that engage with their customers and enjoy having a good time... this confectioner is not one of them.Hopefully in time you learn to be less miserable and become more sweet like the treats you’re selling.
