Walked in to buy face mask and wasn’t sure where to find them. When I walked in I immediately noticed Donna and walked over to ask for some assistance. As I approached Donna, I noticed she was talking on her cellphone, while also on the sales floor. Before I could ask her where the face mask were, she put her finger up as if she was telling me to wait. I thought it was odd but decided to look for them on my own. After a minute of waiting, I noticed Donna was off of her cellphone and fixing items on the shelves. Donna never returned to ask if I’d found what I was looking for or to offer any assistance. I immediately left the store because apparently I wasn’t important enough to be serviced. It’s a terrible feeling to walk into an establishment and be ignored.. and to make matters worse, Donna is actually a little manger of the store. Seems to me that Donna might need a coaching.

Nice store had a good time browsing around ended up spending $60 one suggestion how about universal remotes.

It was nice but didnt have towles. And found some things above $5 was kinda suprised.

Extremely nice employees, only issue is many shelves were empty.

Havent been here in a while but wanted to get some unique stuff for my moms birthday 2/14. Found some nice things plus some snacks she likes. Prices for some things is a but higher than some other stores so choose wisely.

My very young great granddaughter know this store in & out . Five Below had what they waited.

They had everything I was looking for. I came looking for a few japanese snacks: Pocky, Hello Panda, Ramune soda, etc. I found everything I was looking for, and the cashier was very kind. Great customer service.

Fun little place for random gadgets

Love all of the items! Every time they have new toys and you just have to buy them. Amazing choice of candy! Like.. so many gummies. Anytime I go there, I see so many cool prank toys for under $5. I kept hearing that 5 below had all sorts of great things for 5 dollars and I was finally able to get a game that I hadnt played. This game usually sells for at least 25 online.Anyways, good deals and friendly staff. Keep it up!

This store has such a great and helpful team. I lost my phone and thought maybe it could have been stolen. Sergio did a find my phone for me and I discovered my phone got buried with the items I purchased which I bagged myself at checkout. He really made my day. Thank you for taking an extra step to help a customer.

My kids love the wide variety of selection of things from toys to books to candy etc very organized and clean store the customer service is excellent... Kudos to them! Because now and days people are so rude

Nice for electronics​ and art supplies, but dont plan on going there 10 minutes before they ​close as the doors were locked! And the staff will tell you they are closed before their scheduled closed time every other store gives a little extra time but these employees want to go home and cant be bothered.

Excellent prices. Tons of choices. They have pajama bottoms, sport bras, night shirts, and many more interesting finds nice perk is there is nothing there above $5.00.

I absolutely love Five Below it is such a great store . I got a book from there for 5 dollars but in some places that book is 15 dollars I also got a poster for 5 dollars. The candy is also very cheap but it is brand name candy. Five below is such a great store to go to.I would totally recommend going to Five Below

Found everything we needed for back to school supplies, place is well organized and clean.

They should just call it everything is $5. Its like if dollar tree and Spencers had a baby youd get this 5 below. Its cheap stuff at not quite cheap enough prices (ex. Box candy is $1.25...$1 at mernards, Walmart, target, etc). Also! The music is blaring loud. But if you need to kill time swing on by, maybe Im wrong

Prices are cheap but also bad quality. I had to return half my stuff and the rest is all falling apart already! Not worth it!!
