This is my favorite spot! The staff is always amazing every time I come here! The ice cream and brownies are always spot on! Definitely recommend this place to everybody who loves ice cream and nice quick service 😊

Been here for a long time a lot, their ice cream are my all time favorite. I loved their mixed berries ice cream.

Living in Chicago, I know there are so many better places to get ice cre.than this place. Dirty, and unsanitary Im my opinion. Yuck.

Way to expensive! Small Ice Cream Cone $7 😳 plus the Ice cream was melting really bad when the employee gave it to me. The service was very very poor. The employee was very very pushy and yelling even though I was in front of her face.So sad another business who only care about the money and not the service provided to the clients.

Serious gaff! Such a good selection and they catered for my sons nut allergy and my other sons veganism, it was busy but the line moved quite fast so didn’t have to wait long.Whoever is managing the place is doing a good job as all the staff seemed so happy and attentive to their work.

Really good ice cream with a big selection of flavors.The staff were very helpful and the line moved quickly considering how hot it was outside. Definitely would recommend going to get ice cream from there!!

Good, but pricey! $37 for 4 people (2 kids) seems a bit high. Other than that, the staff was informative and quick.

Asked for a milkshake and they said they dont make them today. So I asked if I could sample a flavor, and they said they were out of sample spoons. I asked if they could use a regular plastic spoon, and they said they dont do that... then my friend got two scoops of ice cream, one of them was the wrong flavor, as Im typing this she just pulled a 7 inch curly hair out of her ice cream. I understand restaurants run out of stuff, but they werent even nice about it. Wont be going back.

The only place you can go out for a vegan ice cream cone! Any time we are at Navy Pier this is a must. The caramel almond brittle is a delight.

Many choices but only 1/2 were marked. A little too expensive. Line was pretty slow moving- luckily they were not at all busy. The Death By Chocolate shake was killer chocolatey- so if chocolate is your thing you must have this shake! If you are a Ben and Jerrys fan then you should stop buy for a cone.

My daughter and her 4 friends wanted ice cream. They told them they are not accepting cash- only credit card. When I questioned what that means, they told me they dont have a lot of change left. Its a business. There are also businesses all around it they could get more change from. Just lost 5 customers.

We had this Triple Caramel flavour in big scoop at Navy Pier . It was jus amazing and was within $7. Theres was long que. But worth every2.

I drove all the way from the south side to try their ice cream for the first time, and when I walked in 15 mins before closing time and they were telling me that they are closed, I first didnt mind till I saw 2 African Americans people grappling ice cream and the women didnt wanna charge them. So I went back and said I thought you guys were closed and they were like oh now we are!!! Bad customer service!
