Honestly if I can give zero stars I would. It’s a frustration with this botanica. Aura has zero patient she literally blocks your number form the botanica using “smart blocker” they want everything paid up front and honestly I’m not even use why I wasted money because Martin nor aura try to keep in touch with you. 3 months hoping to see results and and it just seems as things has gotten worse. Martin tells you one thing and there goes aura telling you another thing. Would not recommend just simply don’t come here. Just in case they try to say I’m not a customer there is a screenshot of me being ignored!!

Had a great experience getting my teenager a mal ojo bracelet. Aura asked her name and prayed on it. My daughter lost hers and now wants to go back and get another. She refuses to go elsewhere. We will be in soon again. Also myself had a great experience with saging and cleansing my apartment prior to moving in. We’ve been really protected here.

Came here for an interview for a class assignment and was able to learn so much from Aura! She was very kind and helpful and her husband, Martin, seems really nice too (he was busy in the back for most of my visit). These people seem to strive to help guide people who seek it - helping them realize their fears and insecurities into a stronger sense of self, or if they are in mourning. They are more like spiritual counselors, but metaphysical healing methods are a large part of their practice as well. If youre interested in candles or incense, their selection is great - I may go back at some point to do a reading with Martin.

I love how knowledgeable the caretakers are. Always willing to help and teach. The prices for things I was looking for were very reasonable. I may not be a Mega but I am not a novice and this beautiful botanica worked for me. Recommend.
