I have been shopping at City Scents for about 20-ish years and they have always provided stunning arrangements regardless if they were planned or last minute. Last week, however, was the latest possible notice they could have been given for wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages - and holy hell did they deliver! I called three days before my wedding, shared the inspiration pictures, and they exceeded my wildest expectations. I will post more pictures but you can see a quick snap of my groom and his crew as theyre adorned by some sexy lapel-wear. The entire group at City Scents deserves all the business for being promptly accommodating, abundantly friendly, and exceedingly professional. I will always give City Scents my business and continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wow! Not only are the flowers gorgeous and so fresh but the service is impeccable! I sent my client flowers while she was on a plane! I totally messed up and when I talked to the Manager they were so amazing and accommodated me by waiting until the following week to deliver. Not only that but...I have been trying to find a flower shop that actually delivers beautiful flowers that looks like the pictures they provide and City Scents Floral has been the best. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed. I had flowers delivered for Valentines Day and they showed up brown. I received flowers from here once before and they were gorgeous. But to show up in this condition on Valentines Day? People are paying too much for these arrangements to expect this.

City Scents Floral & Home was closing when I happened to be walking past. I immediately noticed the owners two dogs staring at me through the glass door. Being the dog lover that I am I asked could I come in and pet their dogs. The owner was so gracious and warm, engaging with me in light banter while letting me say hello to her wonderful doggies. The dogs were so sweet. I feel bad that I kept mispronouncing the dogs names (I’m bad with names). I didn’t buy any flowers, but I did purchase a small perfume which smells wonderful. I’m so pleased I randomly stopped in City Scents Floral & Home. The owner (and her husband) didn’t have to let me in to pet their dogs (Bernese and boxer) since they were closing, but showed kindness and let me in. I appreciate that. I hope to be back soon to pet the dogs again and make another purchase. This is a great store with lovely owners.

While the customer service and delivery was spot on the actual arrangement left me a bit sad. I knew the arrangement would not be exactly as pictured but the final arrangement was lacking for color. There was lot of green and not as colorful of succulents as I thought I was ordering. This succulent arrangement was well over $140 so I was a bit disappointed. I know that in these COVID times however that someone may not know what drew you to place your order so perhaps adding a note for the person doing the arrangement would help me in the future. This way they will know what was the important part for me. Let me add that they called and made good on my order. AMAZING costumer service. I will most definitely use them again.

Friendly neighborhood flourist! I picked out this beautiful all natural color flowers today for less than $50 bucks and it is beautiful and vibrant..makes my spirit happy :)My only request is to get more of these BRIGHT color options and Will certainly be back to get more!

I do not know much about flowers, but the designer was somehow able to decipher what it was I wanted, even though I couldnt describe it well. I tried to describe the person I was giving them to and the general idea I thought might work and the designer pointed out some flowers he had based on that description and ordered a few as well. In the end, the arrangement turned out even better than I hoped and the recipient was overjoyed!I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend their services!P.S. their two dogs are adorable and are just as sweet and welcoming! =)

I signed up for a monthly flower delivery subscription, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s been a few months now, and every bouquet has been gorgeous. They last SO long too!Customer service is also incredible. I changed addresses, but didn’t change in the system fast enough. The delivery person called, then brought them to the new address, straight to my door, no problem. I’ll be a customer for life!

The flowers I ordered arent readily available in other flower shops and it usually takes a long time for others to order them. But, these flower shops only took a day to get them. Ordered an FTD floral arrangement from their online website Saturday 10 am from NJ, and they delivered a beautiful bouquet by 3 pm. My sister said flowers smelled wonderful and brightened up their hospital room in Chicago. Worth the price and very happy with what they did.

Teresa Montana from City Scents Chicago flew in to save the day for our wedding décor! Words cannot even begin to describe how happy and lucky we were to have Teresa as our florist. A bit of background, we had celebrated our engagement at Alinea, and were very much inspired by all the theatrical and otherworldly presentation in its décor and food. We admit that capturing some of the concepts was a bit too idealistic and impractical, but really hoped something similar could be pulled off regarding our centerpieces; we wanted to use the element of dry ice to add an extra effect. Our original florist fell through 2 months before our wedding and we had to start all over, which was pretty stressful. Luckily one of our friends recommended the florist who did their wedding, City Scents. We didn’t get our hopes up too high, since it was only 2 months before the wedding, and we mentally prepared to begin heavy compromising thinking nobody would want to take on dry ice. We were very happy to hear back from them and that they still had availability; and it only got better from there.Not only did Teresa liked our theme, she was really excited about it. She picked up on our ideas and vision really quickly, and said she enjoyed the creative challenge. She was willing to meet with us on a day/time that was convenient for us. She was extremely professional and so easy to work with when it came to planning. The pricing was very reasonable, fit perfectly with our budget, and she helped us tailor and prioritize to make sure we stayed within budget. Finally, she was able to deliver exactly what we wanted. We scheduled a meeting prior to signing any agreement to see a sample, and it was spot on, needed no changes whatsoever, and we signed right then and there. Her pieces were beautiful and extremely unique and creative that aligned perfectly with our vision. I don’t necessarily think the picture do them justice to be honest, just a glimpse. Perfect is the word that keeps coming to mind each time I think about the night, and Teresa’s arrangements were a huge part of making our night very special and enchanting. I definitely recommend City Scents Chicago; we’re so happy we found them!

This is the only flower shop I will ever go to. The smell of all the flowers is intoxicating and so relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised by such a great selection they had, my favorite was the Sun Flowers and Tulips which is very affordable. They have same day service which I appreciated so much.
