I met Sarah B. at the Randolph store last hear, and was SO grateful to find her in Lincoln Park. now. She is so great at what she does, so friendly & professional. She makes you feel like a friend. I just had her redo my makeup and she listened, I LOVE what she did and how she added some fun color (I am pretty neutral) without overdoing. She Never makes you feel you need to buy everything, just very customer service/friendly oriented. Love her!

This store is the go to location for my wife (makeup & skin care) and I ( shaving needs) staff is very helpful and friendly. Great place definitely shop here.

Very rude staff, one of the workers was doing her makeup in the mirror the entire time we were there. When asking for help/opinions on products, they seemed to not know anything and did not want to help. Also made us feel bad for trying tester products. Ended up going to a different location on Diversey and the staff were way more helpful and approachable.
