The employees are great (thats the only reason they get a star at all), they can tell when to leave you alone and let you just shop. The products are garbage, though. Scents are overly artificial, cloying, and straight up gross in some instances. (Sweater Weather is toothpaste-scented. Toothpaste.) And the Wallflower plugs barely work; my space is not large enough for them not to be smelled. They put Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone in EVERY lotion and soap, which are known skin irritants. Its why they dont list any ingredients on their website. Stop claiming all natural ingredients when it is full of preservatives.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in thinking I knew what I want and one of the stuff, (I dont remember his name) showed me open sky, OMG it was amazing. So now I have a new fragrance adding to my rotation. Thanks guys 😊😊

I recently applied here and I got a call from the hiring person and she was mean and rude, she asked me if I was able to answer a few QUESTIONS on the phone before the actual in person interview and of course I said yes then she just asked me ONE question and I answered and right after she said “okay I’ll call you when I do the person interviews” she said it all fast and with a attitude.. of course she never called back, I’m happy that I don’t have to work for someone like this, her name is Jenifeer.. I don’t think people should apply at this location.

I didnt find anything I needed today since I have many bath and body work products at home. Im all stocked up, but you never know when youll need something.

:( This is how I feel when a soap sale is going on and the store is closed on Presidents Day when I have a rare opportunity to go shopping :((This is how I feel when the store is closed at 7pm on weekends :(This is how I feel when the 2nd BBW store in downtown is permanently closed :(I understand that there might be a snowstorm or that employees might want to rest on a holiday, but I cant understand having hired at least 5 people and closing the store on a day when some people have time to shop (some busy working professionals dont have to time to shop on weekdays). The store could be open just with 2 employees, if you expect the foot traffic to be lower. Also, Im certain that itd be easy to find employees who would be willing to work on holidays or till 8pm or 9pm on weekends.Other than that the store is great and employees are friendly. I wish they had a better selection of mini mists.

Everybody was a courteous and lively as always but just more aware keeping everything and everyone santinized. I had not been since they closed down. You must spray yourself with sanitizer at the entrance, still not sure how i feel about that because tho i love the scents i did not want to have it on me, bur i understand the reason and i am thankful for the extra steps they are taking. I dude also cleaned the counter afywr the person ahead of me stepped away. Great job!

The water tower is such a beautiful establishment but the Bath and Body Works inside is just terrible. I’m a huge fan of one of their fragrances which is Frosted Coconut Snowball (They should already have stock since they emailed me about it) I wanted the hand cream which they had a tester for and the employees there said they didn’t have it yet. I also wanted the hand sanitizer which they had a tester for and the other employee was like I don’t think we have that one either yet. Really? I had also forgotten my Into The Night coupon where if you spend $10 you get a free item from that new fragrance and the employees there weren’t aware of that promotion. I was very disappointed in this Bath and Body Works. I walked out. Never returning to this one ever again. If I could give a 0 star rating, I definitely would. Worst experience ever. They wouldn’t acknowledge the coupon because they never heard of the promo and because I didn’t have a coupon. I shop at Bath and Body Works twice a week. I’ll keep going to my preferred location where people know what they are doing. It’s the one at Golf Mill Mall in Niles.
