I was visiting Chicago for only a few days, and when I told him I wont be in Chicago for another two weeks and Id pick it up then, he offered an express service without extra charge. I had the lens fixed in 2 hours for a bargain price!

LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE THIS PLACE!! She told me a week to fix my camera after the diagnosis and I was so distraught because I had photo shoots lined up I couldn’t wait that long!!!! She then talked to the technician working on my camera and got it expedited. Super nice woman. Veryyyy affordable not over priced or over taxed.

What a great place to get a sensor cleaning But I was told that my sensor had a minor issue. I said to myself this isnt accurate at all even I no better then that ! The staff is great and very Professional Thanks you so much for your service : )

This is the best camera repair shop Ive ever been to the place is located upstairs and the elevator to get there is a little old but once youre up there its amazing. Theyre friendly and have a great collection of cameras. They also take tax exempt forms.

International Camera is exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service is great - they explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated with pricing, repairs, and ETAs. I got two lenses cleaned and adjusted, two cameras cleaned, and a flash repaired. The father/daughter duo is adorable. I highly recommend them for cleaning and repairs!

Its so nice to find honest repair people. I went in on my lunch hour with a lens problem. Turned out it was just a quick, easy fix. Instead of keeping the lens a few days and charging me for a couple hours of service (which they totally could have done) the guys at International Camera stopped eating their lunches, fixed the lens in two minutes, and sent me off with no charge. Ill definitely be back for any other camera or lens service.

The place is located in a tiny space but all is well organized and clean. We went for a maintenance and cleaning service. Great place, and they do most stuff in-house. And my review is in fact for international camera.

Im a professional photographer and have been using international camera for years. They are always super to work with, they turn things around quickly and do a great job. Ive brought in lenses that I thought where unrepairable to get them back good as new.

I sent them my Canon camera for a minor repair and cleaning. I was charged a very reasionable price for the service. The time for the repair was more than reasionable and it was completed on time. Also the person I talked to was very professional and a pleasure to work with.One inconvient thing, they do not take credit cards.

I dropped off my camera for estimation, and it took more than 2 weeks with no response until i call back. Then they offered a price of $155 for the repair and we end up made it to $140. And it took them a month to get the job done with the same situation( call them or you never get any response). And today when my girlfriend pick up the camera, they charge us $155 saying it is on the record and its not base to what i remember. Now let me see hows the work while they provide 3 months of warranty. Everything was fine just the way they do it was very irresponsible, maybe they do good work on repairing.DO NOT GO THERE or just go read the review on yelp

Last year i took my camera there, to be repair for the memory card port. I waited a whole month, and they broke the camera. It was a Sony a6300.

They fix good and fast but they dont do anything without 100$ even there isnt much to do

They have been holding on to 2 film projectors for 5 months now with no repairs. Everytime I call they make excuses why they have not fixed them.
