We had a 30-year old shelf unit fall out and I went to the Container Store to shop for a replacement. I would highly recommend both the Oak Brook Store and the Lincoln Park store as I worked with reps from both. I live in the City so the LP store was where I made the purchase and picked up the items - everyone here was super duper helpful and pleasant...like really pleasant..happy to help and do their job...not an easy thing while wearing a mask all day. Then I use the install team - completely amazing! Matt and Zack were a great team - super efficient, quick and extremely professional. Highly recommended!

Installer service is super. Totally worth the money. Finished our coat closet in literally 45 mins, cleaned up and even did some custom adjustments to suit our needs.
