For this being a meat market I can’t believe they don’t have any knowledge of how much % lean and fat content that’s in ground beef they sell. Also no sense of customer service here. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Just found this place this morning. Im a southwest Louisiana transplant and was looking for my Saturday morning boudin fix and found it here. Great boudin! Was like I was back in Eunice, IL. Picked up some smoked sausage, taso and a pound of raw crawfish while I was there. Figured its going to be a gumbo and étouffée weekend.
