The company was great until we had couple bottles missing in delivery and I called the customer service. Nicole on the customer service was extremely unhelpful; it is evidently clear that she does not enjoy the job neither does she have any interest in customers needs. Over the past three weeks or so the Chicago Metropolitan Area has been hit with high heat humidly and outwright water depriving conditions that needed addressing quickly and Ice Mountain came to the rescue. The entire staff and team members of Ice Mountain Water should be commended for keeping all area stores stocked and supplied so well during the terrible heat. Your product allows so many people to continue their jobs schooling parenting and organized sports continuing without pause. The product is so perfect with so many sizes and new sparkling water products it makes shopping easy and a pleasure. God Bless All of You Attend!!!!!!
This was the worst example of a delivery service I have ever experienced. The first couple of months the driver could not get the number of 5 gallon bottles he was suppose to deliver to my residence correct. I recently had issues with the cooler and set up a time to replace it they changed my time which made me have to take a half day of work and still did not deliver the cooler. I was home and the driver pulled up in front of my house and pulled off. My neighbor and I witness this. This is unacceptable Im changing to Ice Mountain
Told them upon sign up that it needs to be late in the day for initial delivery and set up due to work. Was told after 2pm would work. Delivery day comes and I get a message at 7am that the driver will be there between 745 and 1045.i called right away and was told that my notes stated after 2pm. I leave work early to be here at 2pm and its now 430.i check the site and it shows delivered at 406pm.i call and was told it is rescheduled for tomorrow. No warning, no call or anything. I had to call and find out. I was told its not guaranteed. Taking my money and promising me things and afterwards saying its not guaranteed is bad business.
IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN NINE YEARS, MOVED FROM OLD LOCATION TO ANOTHER, THEY LET ME DOWN FOR 3 APPOINTMENTS, IVE ALWAYS PAY MY BILL AHEAD OF TIME, THEY KNOW IM A DISABLED VETERAN 100% DISABLE, YET THEY DONT CARE, IM NOT GOING TO BE, KISSING NO BODY BEHIND TO SPEND MY MONEY, FORGET THEM, MR. THERLOW POPE JR.

I be with them from years and all time I found something rong in my invoices there’s add one dollar her or her and play some times in the rent or in the bottle prices and the people in customer services don’t know any thing about the service and when they send you to the super vizier who answer my told me let me send you to the super vizier, to told them about your problems you be in the phone along time and nothing fixed
