Not the easiest place to find. Small selection of apparel that naturally was overpriced. The staff was not helpful and seemed not only bothered by our presence but fearful we were going to steal or break something. Which was strange to experience as two professional adults.

Awesome collection of art & architecture books. Wish there was more organization as far as by style or by artist/designer, but amazing selection!

The staff person I got for checkout can drop the attitude to make it a more pleasant experience.

Odd to find. But have a little bit from baby to adult. They are were very helpful.

Solid delivery times considering COVID delays

Very poor services, for a mostly professional audience surprised! Their service is deplorable, rude is the word to describe their textbook manager, this is in 2017.Do not buy books go to Amazon, save money and frustration, the difference can be hundreds of dollars, for struggling students this is significant.Northwestern administration should review their contract with this abusive company if they truly care about their students.

Great selection, but check eBay first.

The staff is polite and there is plenty of Northwestern merchandise to choose from. Nevertheless, they usually dont have the used textbooks that you see online and it might be cheaper to just get them trough Amazon.

It was a bit hard to find, I stopped by to pick my gown for the graduation ceremony. There were a lot of people to help, so there were no line when I arrived. The problem was that in the communication email my gown was supposed to be picked up from Chicago campus bookstore and somebody messed up my order so I had to drive for 2.5 hours in traffic to Chicago for nothing a day before. Also there is no close by parking, if you are driving alone be ready to walk.

Like any university bookstore, prices are high and you wont be getting bang for your buck. Staff were nice and helpful.

The people that work here arent helpful or friendly. The hours are all over the place.

Northwestern Book store has all you need for school and more.

They dont hire according to pleasant personality I will tell you that.
