Hudson Nonstop does not work right. The scanning technology can be inaccurate and you may be overcharged. In addition customer service is very poor. I tried emailing first but there was no response and two days later when I was returning I had to visit the store again. The people that work there think that the technology cannot make mistakes and think that anybody questioning that receipt is trying to scam the system. This is not true, the technology is flawed and makes mistakes.The people standing at the gate of the store have the ability to fix the problem but instead they asked me to walk across the airport to a different store to talk to a manager. When I insisted they call a manager they suddenly became more helpful and looked at my receipt scanned it and issued a refund for the item that was not purchased. Its a great concept but it needs work. It is technically illegal and against the merchant credit card processor agreement to charge customers for items they dont purchase.
Nice book store as airports go everything is a tad overprices.
