Not too bad of a spot to load. Took about 4 hours but that’s nothing to spit at when most Pepsi place take way longer.

Expect at least 4hr here for live load. Checked in at 8:30 am and 3hr later they started loading me. I got the load because i was close for Pu and ratecon said 43,500 on weight and i end up with 45,500.

Easy to reach there from I-90/94, if you’re driving northbound take exit 57 and proceed to 51st St, then turn left and all the way westbound through the “tunnel”. If you are driving southbound take exit 56B to 47th St and proceed to 51st St, and so on. Stop by guard shack and follow their instructions. I had early morning deliveries and they every time held me up for 2-2,5 hours. Overnight parking is possible in the back yard, just notify security about that.

Its OK, got there early, no other trucks in the docks but they made me wait till 30 minutes after my appointment time before they unloaded me. 😟

Sat here for 1 hour 35 minutes and still had no dock assignment. Ended up leaving for a different load.

This f...k place don’t even think about booking load from them they don’t care they’ll take care your when they have free time for you they don’t even deserve one star

Slow. Super slow. Slowest in the city. Expect at least 2-3 hours to load

After 6hrs waiting they told me i have to unload my self because I have broken pallets. I picked up in Pepsi in Wichita KS whole trailer looks like this

Not unloading no communication no appointments time care,appointment time on 3.12 2021 at 2.00 am show up at 3.11.2021 at 10.30 pm receiving clerk cut off seal but not willing to sign the BOL for drop trailer he said then you come to pick up trailer he will sign .he said wait till he call you .At 4 am I went to ask when gonna unload and dock for unloading called them twice and sleepy sleepy said dock 5 lumpers also sleeping never ever again coming to this facility again beware. .

I arrived @1300 here...it is now 2235..i was told upon arrival there was a 5hr wait to load. Normally I would have found a different load, however the total length of haul is 250 mile so the detention time us making up for the shortage in millage.THIS PLACE I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!!

They are not unloaded earlier than the appointed time

First time here as a driver and everything about this place is unprofessional. Appt time is 1pm now going on 6pm and still havent been loaded yet. They dont answer calls thinking about dropping this load for another. Future drivers stay away from here rude and lazy staff here at Pepsi co

They allow drivers to be walk ins on Saturday mornings.Everyone was polite, courteous, and very helpful

I have never seen a more inept bunch of people! Sat for 5 hours waiting to unload! I wonder what this place would do if it had good management? Dont book a load thinking your going to get in and out of here quick

It does take significant time to get unloaded. However I stayed overnight across the street and by the security guard no one was going to bother me. Checked in early morning, way before my appointment and I got door 2 hours later and hopefully will get empty before appt time.

Arrived at 11:45 PM for next day 8 am appointment. Lady at guard shack greeted professionally and allowed to stay overnight. Got call at 6 am & was out by 7. Reciving staff was also nice, no attitude. Keep up the good work

Had a delivery to this location for a 6AM appointment that came out of state. Showed up on time to check in. Got inside and handed them the paperwork to get started. Was told ill receive a call shortly for a dock to get assigned. Waited an hour to get a call and nothing. Tried to go to shipping/receiving but no one was answering. Went back half an hour later and got inside to talk to someone about getting unloaded. Spoke with someone and this guy tried to tell me that its a part of the business to wait for getting unloaded. That part I can understand when a place is busy and no docks are available. But there were 3 open docks that no one was in and somehow I was told those werent for drivers for unloading. Then he told me to be calm when I said I dont got time and I showed up as requested per appointment. 2 hours is the time that every shipper and receiver gets to unload/load drivers. The ELD was ticking and I had to go for my next pickup. Before leaving the building I mentioned that this is unbelievable and he started to talk back to me asking how is it unbelievable. Before walking out I said, an appointment is an appointment that is set to be met. That is the part of this business, meeting set appointments. I showed up on the time that the broker had setup with Pepsi for the load to get delivered. Definitely dont waste your time with this place because you can spend who knows how long before youll be out of there.

Avoid this place at all cost. 3pm appt time got here at 2pm its now 5pm no door yet and the staff are disrespectful and dont care. Act like I have no business inquiring as to whats going on. Its been the same everytime Ive been here!!!

The guards were nice as was the staff. It’s a park and wait kinda place. You get to a door in a decent amount of time. It wasn’t the fastest but I wasn’t there for half a day. Watch the entrance and swing wide.

I had read a lot of bad reviews about this place last night and I was convinced that I was going to hate being unloaded here. My appointment was set for 9am. I arrived around 7:30am this morning and the young woman at the gate was so friendly and courteous to me and was eager to get me to my dock. I checked in with recieving issued me a door very quickly they had me unloaded and on my way by 8:30am. Great job Pepsi employees!!!

Normal PepsiCo 1 to 2 hour load or unload time from your appointment friendly staff

Many Low bridges around this area .. make sure you have right directions or a good updated trucker GPS.. friendly people

The Joy of Pepsi!!! I am a man of simple tastes. I do not drink any alcoholic beverages smoke tobacco products use recreational drugs of any kind and find places like Starbucks a waste of money and more importantly time. God bless all of you that use the before mentioned items who am I to judge. But Pepsi has earned five stars because they especially the rank and file employees work toil and dedicate so much of their lives to produce load deliver and stock tremendous refreshing soft drinks that provide me great joy and satisfaction. My appointment was 12:00,I came 11:00 and 12:10 I was DONE!!

In the middle of the south side of Chicago, surrounded by low bridges, I arrive early for my appointment, as I knew I would be out of hours by time my appointment time... 12 midnight, I picked up at a noon appointment. I was told that I wasnt going to be let in, and I had to wait for my appointment time. I was instructed to an empty lot across the street that had 2 foot of snow, with absolutely no tire tracks in it since before the snow storm. I was not going to take that chance. I parked on the street instead to wait for midnight.I pull in, and the security guard gives me a look asking me why I am back. After taking my paperwork, she tells me that I have to get receiving to make me a copy, as her printer is out of ink, then gives me a map to tell me where to go. Its not rocket science. I can read.I get back to receiving to find a warehouse that is at a stand still. A sign on the desk reads receiving is delayed.The gentleman at the receiving desk is friendly enough, so I explain that I cant drive until at least 4 to take his time. I will not complain.Since this review is being posted before I actually get unloaded, I cant contest to the unload times.

After of 8 hours waiting for my load, they told me that someone took it already by mistake !! Horrible !

They do not care about your appointment time. Even if you arrived before or on time they will give you a door and start loading after 2 hrs you have been there. Usually average loading time is between 3,5 to 4,5 hrs. In the end they will refuse to put in&out times for detention and provide their names. Without it you are screwed because broker will ask you for controlled sheet or at least persons first and last name who refused to sigh the paperwork. Make sure you or your dispatch calls them and speak with the manager otherwise they will act like they dont see you. Overall not pleasant experience here, long wait and rude people.

Worst place ever, you will feel like you are disturbing them.the guard is good bt The guys in there 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️.they are rude and unqualified, on whatever they thing they do there, wont take you b4 appointment time, and when you check back @ your appointment, they take your phone #, tell you they gonna call you when they get a door . It will take onother four to 5 hrs b4 they give you a wrong dock aftr rechecking and then tell you to change to onother after 30 minutes. I had to go recheck twice again man .

Got here 1130 for 1200 appt got told the call me when the get a dock take a couple hr okay 2 he later I called and they said well call u when were ready and hung up on me okay so here it 4hr later no call no dock no nothing so I would say dont book anything going to here...

The facility in Chicago on 51st ST, Rocks the staff are very efficient with what they do BUTThe one in st. Louis,MO is the inverse ofChicago.

I WISH I CAN GIVE -5 STARS. MY APOITMENT WAS SET FOR 1 PM. I ARRIVED HERE AT 12:15. I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 2 HOURS TO GET DOCK. THE UGLY LITTLE BLACK DUDE THAT CHECKS YOU IN IS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THAT I DONT HAVE WAY TO DESCRIBE IT. NOW IT IS 2:45 AND STILL I AM NOT BEING LOADED. Very bad place. Came at 12 pm, got loaded at 5pm

Picked up a load of mountain dew and did not notice there are no airbags to keep the load from shifting,ended up with ashifted load and lost a day or maybe 2 we will see tommorow.If you pick up a load like this without airbags you better reject it bcos it will cost you a lot of time and hassle.
