I was looking for a used five drawer chest for my sons bedroom. I received a brand new one in the box never opened. The movers were not in that day, but the salesman was so kind in helping me load the chest into my truck.Quality Piece, Fair Price,Great Customer Service!

I placed an order for quite a few things there months ago. They, apparently, have an inconsistent delivery policy or no delivery policy at all. I paid, fully, for several items months ago. It took them nearly a month to deliver most of the items AFTER NUMEROUS VISITS AND TELEPHONE CALLS. They delivered everything that I paid for after all that time and all my inquiries except one item.. I was informed that the item that I paid for was broken and they would get me another one.. I still waited for another month.They informed me that, they wouldnt have it the next week or the following week. Then their bizarre delivery policy kicks in again. Sounds like a third month. There is a manager there who has very little to NO customer care expertise or experience. Be prepared for an EXTREMELY AWKWARD AND BIZARRE CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE THAT COULD POTENTIALLY TAKE FOREVER!

This place has really good things of high quality. Ive visited here off and on since 2000, the past 20 plus years. Good deals on frames, that I can repurpose with my own artwork. Yesterday I got five new ones for 1/2 the price of one small one. Ive furnished my art studio with perfect finds over the years too.

Great price points in store. Something for every budget with good deals. The staff(elizabeth) was helpful and showed some good values for the buck. I even bought some new items. I am a senior andwill spread the word about this place, againn thank you😀😀😀😃😃😁😁🙂🙂

I highly recommend this store to anyone newly moved to Chicago. I had to get a small desk and dresser (chest of drawers). I got a new looking cherry wood writing desk and a black Ashley Furniture Dresser with the tags still on for a total of $248 before taxes. Adding delivery was the best decision I made because I got it added for $59 and they told me at the latest it would get there Saturday. I got it THE NEXT DAY. If youre good at detailing and DIYs, with a little furniture polish, there may be some unique finds tucked away. They also helped me find exactly what I needed when I told them the specific dimensions that would fit my tiny apartment. Wonderful friendly people, awesome environmentally friendly business.

I love Windy City Furniture furniture the manager always have good attitude and the workers have good attitude to the furniture is used but its in good condition and a good price they will work with you if the furniture breakdown at a certain time

As a returning customer, I was very disappointed in my recent visit. I was looking for living room furniture. Thay had little selection and what was there was overpriced and filthy. 😒

Nice place with a wide variety of furniture for any budget. Elizabeth is very helpful with a cheerful personality and intimate knowledge. Hidden Gems and Luxury Items spread throughout and they have Delivery and Layaway. No wonder theyve been around for 30 years

About two weeks ago I walked into this store on a Saturday.. was greeted very rudely by a young blonde girl. I didn’t have a chance to look as I pleased to do so. Being 1 out of 2 customers in the store, when I had questions she was nowhere to be found, I asked to speak to the manager for some concerns and she rudely responded “he’s not in today”. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Used old hotel furniture for an overpriced fee. I think not. You might as well go to another overpriced store and get it brand new. They get the junk for free and want to highball it to the customers. Great polite staff but the prices are ridiculous

Bought many things out of this store. Glad to get used furniture that can be delivered, unlike the thrift stores. They are being me this Saturday 12 chairs, a sofa table, 2 end tables, 2 lamps and a rocking chair for one low delivery fee. I already bought two couches and three mattress sets. For less than $2k I furnished my entire house. Still plan to buy more. I only wish they were open longer and later.
