This use to be a very great place to buy and order furniture.....

They have horrible customer service. This was my first and last time shopping with them. One guy was a little friendly and helpful, but the other guy was very rude, no eye contact, and just didn’t acknowledge you.I even complimented them on their inventory and they didn’t say thank you. Nor when I made my purchase there was no “thank you, come again” or any of that. As well as they lied about certain prices and just have a passive-aggressive attitude.I wish I read the reviews before I went to this place because this experience ruined my whole day.

ONE GUY WAS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.. THE OTHER I FELT LIKE WAS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. BEEN COMING HERE FOR 3 YEARS & NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. USUALLY STAFF WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.. BUT THIS ONE GUY WAS RUDE & AGGRESSIVE. DUE TO HIS BEHAVIOR I HAVENT RETURNED & DONT PLAN TOO. I DESERVE BETTER THAN WHAT HE TRIED TO GIVE ME (ATTITUDE WISE)

Sold me a piece of defective furniture that was in a sealed box, when I called to complain was told no returns. Asked for manager, Rebecca says mgr Seth hardly ever comes in and Owner Samir comes in even less frequently. I left my number and was told that he probably will never call back because he doesnt care about bad reviews. WOULD YOU SHOP WITH AN BUSINESS THAT DOESNT CARE IF IT HAS A BAD REPUTATION??? Be warned!!!

It was OK. I was in the store for 5 - 7 mins before they knew I was there. If I had not of said hello, he still might not of known that I was there.

They say there gonna deliver your furniture at a certain time but dont deliver your stuff until 5 hours later wont do business with them again
