They have nice stuff there which I love it. Am glad I got all my stuff there still coming back for d bed I need for the 2nd bedroom

Bad customer service bought head board they sent me a damaged one. When I called to complain I was told I was lying.

After paying for a twin mattress and being told it would be delivered that same day I ended up getting a refund. This man took my money but didn’t deliver the bed and I literally live down the street from their store. Never met him, first time buyer. I guess they pick and choose who they do business with. Beats me.

Horrible service. The mattress had hole from the delivery guy carrying it and they are refusing to give me my money back.

If I could I would give these people a double 0 because I bought a king mattress set from them and 5 months ago they brought it to me new but it was folded and now it has a dent in the middle, so take my advice to elsewhere cause I talked to the guy and he said he would give me another one havent heard nothing from him yet

The one star is too much if you ask me...Went there cause several people said they were nice and had decent prices. So I finally go and the ladies were nice placed my order and they gave me a date for 2 wks out, I was cool with that. So now the date of he delivery I call to confirm my delivery date and time and the lady says yes it for 6:30. I waited an hour for them so I call the store and he tells me I said for them to come after 6:30 which I never did considering it’s a work and school night. They finally show up at 8pm and have attitudes. One guy brings up a piece of the box spring then they are taking forever with the other stuff. So they call me down stairs to tell me they can’t get my couch past the first floor and they can’t get my mattress up the stairs because a king size was too big and if he bends it it will ruin it so I snapped. I have thrown all my furniture out and these idiots wouldn’t even try to get it up the stairs cause I was on the 3rd floor, mind you I put that on my receipt so that they will already know that. So I call the store, the guy tried to play me with my refund until I said you can put it back on my card. So they take the one piece of box spring and I went to get my refund and went to another store the very next day and purchased another king bedroom set and another sectional and they got it right up my stairs and in my house with NO PROBLEMS!! I will NEVER do business with this place or refer anyone here EVER! Their delivery people are lazy and didn’t even attempt to get my furniture up the stairs. Don’t go here if your looking for evening delivery or live on a top floor!!

One of few places in the area that sell individual boxsprings by themselves but was disappointed to find out that they are in fact refurbished box springs I still appreciate the fact that they sell the box springs!!!

I moved into my new home June 1st I went to them to get dressers for my kids room they didnt deliver the day they promised so they waived the delivery fee however my daughter dresser had 1 drawer that didnt come with knobs or holes for knobs... I have been battling with them going on almost 2 months for a new drawer I gave them back the one that wasnt right but the have yet to replace it my daughter has a beautiful room with 1 drawer missing from her dresser, when I call or go up there they tell me the same thing we will have it tomorrow but its going on 2 months and tomorrow has yet to come.... Never again!!!!

OT is the best sales man.. I work a crazy schedule he always make sure he work with my schedule .. Even if its same day delivery and the prices and furniture are fab... Love this place been here 3 times and coming back a couple of more times and should be finish decorating
