Kim is amazing. She is energetic and not pushy. We found ourselves going back there often now. We bought out beautiful couches, bed, 2 TV stands and so on from them. Amazing quality, contemporary and very reasonably priced. She is also helping us shop for movie theater chairs now.

Kim is one of the nicest people l’ve met thus far. I was looking for furniture but she didn’t have what l was looking for. She was kind enough to recommend stores nearby that would have it. She even went as far as giving me directions to this place. The next time l went back to her store, l was surprised that she remembered me. It was time for a new couch and this place blew my mind! Not only because of all the options, but most important, because Ive came across one of the friendliest and most helpful staff over at Decorium. They showed me all the options(they have 3 floors full of furniture and they offered to order more in case what I wanted wasnt in store at the moment). At first, I was overwhelmed with all the options, so after sleeping on it, I came back and decided on a new addition to our living room. The guys delivered it quickly and conveniently and it took them only 15 min to get to the 2nd floor of my apartment, remove my 2 old couches, bring the new one, unwrap it and set it up for me.I could not have been more happy!I absolutely recommend decorium to anybody looking for great furniture and the best customer service in Chicago!

The store has a great selection of furniture and all types of styles. Danny was my salesman and he was really funny and helpful. I was looking for a bed that was mid century modern and he helped me find the perfect bed. I was a bit worried by the prices I saw on some of their items but they have a broad range of price ranges.

Decent furniture hard to get assistance in the store

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Not the best selection in the world but the pieces seemed to be of good quality and the price was pretty decent. I had walked by dozens of times and never knew there was a downstairs showroom with more furniture. I bought my entertainment system from them and am pleased with the purchase.I have since gone back to purchase an accent chair. Was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Great service, nice people.

This is where you go to get a really interesting selection, great prices and genuinely nice people to help you. I was on a city-wide hunt for a certain kind of office chair. I found like four here that fit the bill, all for a great price. While there were a couple small glitches with the delivery, they went above and beyond to exceed expectations. This store is very unique with a large selection. This is what attracted me to the store as you drive by. Once inside you can literally spend hours enjoying the assortment and endless possibilities to decorate any house, apartment, office, business or even for a special event. I had purchased a three story town house therefore I needed furniture to absorb 3,800sq. ft. What I love is the more you buy, the more you save. Kim and Tim helped me with the entire process and it was such a pleasure working with them. They were helpful, energetic, fun and had great advice. They are truly experts in their field. A little pricey but fun place to look around at. We brought our bed from a guy name Tim or Tin, he was fun. :)

I bought faux leather sofa. They promise gave me 5 years warranty and confirmed high quality of product for next 10 years. Cracking start after few months. Send them many emails, they simply ignore me. After personal visit at store they denied warranty. Never see tax amount on receipt. Will be reported to BBB, IRS and my lawyer will open case with them. Safe your time, money and never go there. Whoever left them 5 starts looks like fake and also will be reported to google.

They offer the best and decent household furniture at very convenient prices. The staff are very polite and assist you choose the furniture.

I am very disappointed in service that they have provided to me. I purchased 3.5 rooms of furniture from their store a year and half ago. I received a call from my daughter that she heard a loud noise in house. She checked the house out and found out that my foot board to the bed detached from the rails of the bed. I phoneed the company. Remind you that this incident was took place almost 3 months ago. The store manager is giving me a real hard time as to replacing or repairing the bed. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER OR RECOMMED ANYONE NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. I ALSO WANT TO POINT OUT THAT I SPENR OVER 6000.00 CASH WITH THIS FURNITURE STORE.

RIP OFFS. I been their returning customer for over 8 years ( what was I thinking ) . One day I went to purchase a bed for my son, I got the bed (floor model ) and it was not what I expected it. I returned it within couple of hours, yes couple of hours, and they said that bad was damage and they have to charge me. When I bought the bed I asked them to inspect in, Kim (owner ) told me that they are short handed and they nobody to inspect it. following day I received phone call from sales person Rick telling me that they have to charge me. I was advised to call police and file report( at that point they had my money and the merchandise), I was lazy to do so, instead I just disputed charges on my account, KIm went and wrote long letter ( I can attached if you need it ) and make a long story short to this date I am trying to resolve this. It was purchased back in April. I been telling with Rick via emails. PLEASE DONT LET THIS HAPPENED TO U, if u need additional info I can email u letter, fwd u emails. I have bought a bead here at Decorium andI have been shopping in other great stores also, but once i stepped in to this one, oh boy!!! I dont wana even look or think to go shopping anywhere else!!! Bought a kitchen table and chairs in July 2012. Table was not balanced right and had to have the company come out. They sent the wrong part - came out again and fixed it. Then in January of this year we noticed that 2 of the chairs seats were wobbling. We looked under the chairs and the welding had disintegrated. We called and they would not do anything as the warranty expired. Excuse me - I dont think that furniture should go bad in 1-1/2 years. - Give me a break!.
