Would leave zero stars if I could. Specifically came here with my partner after checking out the website and the great reviews. Our last couch didn’t hold up well (not from Cassona) so we were super interested in investing in a custom couch. Especially since we love to support local businesses. However, when we walked in, both of the sales reps completely ignored us. We walked through the entire show room and the sales reps didn’t bother to ask us what we were looking for, nor did they provide any type of customer service. After 15 minutes of clearly waiting to be helped, we left. Absolutely unacceptable. Especially considering the website states “we pride ourselves with personal attention to each and every one of our customers.” Ultimately, this experience showed us exactly why we shouldn’t shop here - because now I can imagine how awful their customer service would be if we had any actual issues with our purchase. Skip this place and go to a business where the sales reps are well versed in customer service, not smug attitude.

We bought a small hutch that we really liked. It was more expensive than what we usually spend but we wanted to support smaller and more local businesses. We had had it only for about a year and the door fell off. I thought it might be an easy fix but when I saw how it was assembled I realized how cheap the design was. The door was attached by tiny nails, that at some point would eventually break. I sent an email to them but never heard back. I will have to hire a handyman to fix it- because these small nails cannot be takne out- they are glued into the wood. There is no way to put the door back on like it was assembled. Feeling disappointed as we thought we were buying a high quality piece of furniture. Disappointed that they never replied to my email.

I bought a custom made sofa at Cassona, and I could no be more satisfied with the quality and the fantastic customer service. 😀

Unless youre a midget (and by that I dont mean little people, I mean other folks who are really really tiny) the furniture here is not for you. I went in looking for a nice chair, looked at every chair on the floor, and walked out. No one offered to assist me.

Alma has been so helpful in helping us purchase furniture for our bedroom. She’s given very helpful advice and help us pick an option that we loved! The store has a large catalog selection and multiple pieces in store. You can pick different stains of the wood for all their products, this was really helpful for us! Would definitely recommend her as well as this store. It felt great to support a neighborhood small business and the prices are definitely reasonable for the quality of the product.

The furniture inventory is always changing. Very modern. Absolute best location for affordable (high-end) furniture. Tremendous customer service. An absolute must visit for the artsy types.

John was wonderful! He helped us pick out the perfect couch and took the time to educate us on the best fabric choices (we have a toddler and numerous pets to consider). Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this furniture store to anyone looking for new furniture and great customer service.

The staff is very knowledgeable, nice and patience, they are able to advise you and give you different options in styles and prices.The quality of the furniture they sell is very good and they work with American furniture factories directly. I have been a customer of Cassonas for over 15 years and they never cease to amaze me. Their inventory is continuously renewed, improved and full of surprises. Even if I am not in the market for furniture and/or accessories, I love visiting the store to find out what is new and what is trending. Their customer service and their affordability is only exceeded by their friendliness. I love that place!

I still have many of the pieces that I bought at Cassona about 12 years ago, including a wonderful book case and some great pieces of art. I recently visited the shop again, and I was absolutely delighted at what I saw. Solid quality, great urban feel, interesting design, and very reasonable prices. I found a great piece of art for my master bathroom, and I am eyeing a pair of ottomans. Still a great place for furniture in the city.

I had been searching for the perfect sleeper sofa for some time and finally found it online at Cassona Home Furnishings. When I contacted the store, Alma, the sales associate I dealt with, could not have been more helpful in securing the purchase for me at the best price. She followed up our discussion in writing and arranged for shipping from the manufacturer. I received the sofa within 5 business days with Alma checking in all along to provide shipping and scheduling updates. She even called after the delivery to ensure everything went well and that I was happy with my purchase. I could not recommend more highly and would not hesitate to buy from Cassona again!!

Great experience at Cassona this weekend. This is the second time, not counting accessory purchases, that I shop for furniture at the store. The first time was a few years ago for my sons bedroom set and yesterday helping a friend with furniture for a new apartment, living room and bedroom. The staff at Cassona is always very friendly and knowledgeable about fabrics and materials. Prices are very reasonable taking into consideration the quality of their products. The owner is a delight to work with, as are the 3 employees there. I recently learned that one of the employees actually is the artist of some of the original artwork for sale. If you are planning to redecorate, it is worth the trip to Andersonville. Check their website as they often have great sales for sofas or other items. There is parking on the back too!!!
