The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to get you what you needed and would work with your budget. They didn’t try to sell you anything extra that you didn’t need which I appreciated. The place was clean, bright and welcoming. The staff also sanitized while I visited. They were professional and I’d recommend visiting.

As soon as we walked in, Emanuel was super attentive and knowledgeable on all the mattress options. He answered all of our questions and truly went above and beyond to make our mattress buying experience easy and enjoyable. I honestly would recommend all my family and friends to him and the store. But we went back for an exchange, and with no hassle, she assisted us once again in finding the perfect mattress. Her co worker was also very nice. The attention I received from The young woman who works at this specific location is superb- ( I cannot remember how to spell her name I believe it is Ivanka-don’t quote me on her name) however she is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. It was as if she was a professor for mattresses! She was so patient and descriptive.Her customer service was through the roof and she definitely upgraded me by educating me about the bunky board, pallets, etc. she is so multitasked not only was she a sales person and professor she managed to attend to everyone in the store. Purchased a new mattress for my daughter today. Paid 100 dollars for delivery and 530 dollars for the mattress. Then my wife looks on their website and sees the same mattress for 479 with free delivery. Point is they upsold me about 150 dollars. Pretty bad salesmen ship on their part. I will be calling back tomorrow and price matching for the difference and receive free delivery.

I want to start this review the right way, by giving Manny my sales rep the shout out he deserves. He went above and beyond to make sure I got all the information I needed to make the right decision. We tried many mattresses, frame combinations and every number crunch configuration there was. Once we were all in agreement, he even went one step further to make sure everything was well within my price point. This... in my humble opinion is what shopping for a bed should be.... A Dream. Too busy to answer any questions

Terribly disappointed at the Mattress Firm service in general its pathetic. I bought a Sealy Briar Rose online I waited 5 weeks for the delivery and on Friday 9/18/2020 they told me they had a delay so I called the phone number and they only have an automated system that does help at all it just tells you to go online and fix the issue yourself. So I pressed the other option which is sales and I told them that I wanted to speak to a live person. After I finally get to speak with someone he told me he could reschedule for this week because they were out of stock and they had already charged me over $1,000 ahead of time. So this week I get another email that they are still out of stock. I called again and they told me that they couldnt help me but that I should go to my closest store and they can help me switch to a mattress that they have in stock. Well in the store they didnt want to help me they said they couldnt help me because it was an online purchase. All they could do was cancel the order and request a refund that could take about 10DAYS. So now I have to wait and see if I get my refund or if I still have to jump through hoops to resolve this issue. My advice dont buy online they are rude and dont seem to care about doing business. Matress Firm please dont charge people for items that are OUT OF STOCK!

She did a great job of showing me the features of the mattress and the adjustable base. Caroline was very nice and gave my daughter balloons and crayons to draw with. Excellent customer service. Was in need of a new mattress, my 15 year old mattress was giving me problems and I was getting little sleep. Yvette Lopez greeted and helped me all the way through to choose a mattress that would help me with the issues i have such as numbness. She thoroughly explained the mattress they had and what it offered and allowed me to sleep on the ones she thought would help me and brought in a pillow for me to get comfortable. Because of her help I did end up purchasing a mattress and I feel comfortable and safe with my purchase. Helped me with the financing and the other details. At first I was told my new mattress would arrive on Wednesday and when asked if my old mattress had to be removed, I said no because I removed beforehand. She asked where would I sleep and I told her I would be sleeping on the couch. She found a way to get the mattress delivered on the same day of the purchase. So no sleeping on the couch. Overall excellent service, happy with my purchase. Price is reasonable too. Definitely recommend this place. Great service and great products. Thanks Yvette.

This place has a great selection of mattresses along with helpful staff. Michael & Yvette (her name was just like mine) answered all my questions & concerns. At no point in time did I feel pressured or rushed to pick a mattress.I went in because I was tired of waking up with a stiff neck after sleeping on my old mattress for 15 years. After spending a couple of hours trying out the beds, I ended up picking the Beauty Rest Black Ice hybrid bed. It is a memory foam mattress that stays cool as you sleep. I also picked up the Hyperchill pillow.Let me tell you that you definitely get what you pay for! I spent a pretty penny but I did it because its an investment on the quality of sleep that you will get every night. I have now slept on the new bed for a week & I have struggled to wake up because it is so comfortable! I feel like Im sleeping on a cloud. I dont wake up with neck pain anymore. My back & knee pain has also diminished. Thanks Yvette & Michael for helping me find the perfect bed!
