I purchased a very nice futon a couple of months ago. I was extremely pleased with it until some of the springs started to jab me in the back. I was pretty upset, considering that it was still basically new, and I had thrown out my receipt. I called the store, completely expecting a hassle, or a sorry, cant help you attitude. I got the complete OPPOSITE.The gentleman who owns the store immediately offered me a new mattress and couldnt have been nicer about it. He helped me carry the old mattress inside from the car, and even though I originally purchased a floor display model, he gave me a brand new mattress still tied and factory wrapped. He helped me carry it out to the car, too. I was blown away to receive such wonderful service and will return to buy more furniture from him when I move in a few months. Thank you, sir!-J Kelly

Absolutely the best price and quality I could find. Greg or Grieg the owner was top drawer. Came to buy a bed and also got a beautiful high quality futon instead of a couch. Looks better, sits and sleeps great and I can change cover styles at a fraction of what it would cost on a couch. Oh. The Englander sleeps great so far. Thanks Greg.

Fair price. Fewer options than I expected for futons. And it took a bit of effort to schedule delivery, but I was happy with the quality of the futon and the speed of the assembly.
