Terrible experience! I approached this group to purchase a Dormeuse mattress in April 2019. The mattress was delivered in June 2019. in two days we returned it as we didnt like it. They gave me return procedures and picked it up immediately. It has been over six months I have been trying to contact them, they still have not returned the funds back, 5889 dollars! They should be giving the full funds without even deducting their 9 pct. No answer or no emails! Their customer reviews on the site is not REAL either! Now going with the legal assistance to get my funds back!

We ordered from the store in Chicago. Jacqueline who took our order made the process quick and easy. She was very pleasant to deal with.We have the classic 8 and love it. The delivery men set it up and were very professional. Would order another Essentia again if the need arose.

I just got my mattress and it is AMAZING!! My back adjusted into place just laying on the firm mattress and I wanted to take a nap at that moment! It seems to be well made too so I cant wait to introduce our growing kids to this healthy and wonderful mattress!!

When it came time for us to buy a new mattress we poured over online reviews for several hours before ever heading to a store. Essentia led the pack for a variety of reasons, namely overwhelmingly positive reviews, eco-friendly products, ambient VOCs, and a variety of comfort options.We went into the store to test a few out with the plan to then test out the competition. We never tested the competition and bought a new mattress that day.The staff was great! They answered all our questions but gave us plenty of time to explore and were by no means pushy.Weve had the mattress for a couple months now and remain incredibly happy. Im sleeping better. I am definitely sleeping longer. Im heading to work without the back pain that once followed me in the morning. All in all, Im a very happy, well rested, customer.

I ordered a mattress and was told at the time of purchase it would ship in 2 weeks. Now they are telling me it will ship in *over* 6 weeks. Who knows when Ill get it. There is no way I would have ordered with them if I knew how long it would take.

I called and spoke with Danny in the Chicago Essentia store and he went above and beyond in researching and answering my questions! I have never bought a mattress online and he made me feel comfortable with my choices and I look forward to getting my new mattress!

Glad this store is here so that people hesitant to buy online without seeing the product first can do so. I have purchased a Jeanius and Tatami for my kids, and they are the best.
