After we decided that its a good idea to start a new business while having a full time job and a part-time job, we settled on a beauty salon so we needed furniture and equipment at an affordable price. A friend of ours recommended Genesis and we wound up buying what we needed: 4 styling chairs, a shampoo station, mats to put under the chairs and the shampoo unit, a towel warmer, and a bench and 2 chairs for the waiting area. Mike was the one who answered all her questions and really went out of his way to make sure Denise got everything she needed. I was very impressed.

Never saw a place like this before, a showroom full of hair salon and barber chairs and shampoo chairs along with furniture youd find in a hair salon or a barber shop. Went with a friend of mine who bought a Capone Barber Chair for himself but hes not a barber. He said its the most comfortable chair hes ever sat in (guy down the block has one). Hes putting it in his basement rec room and Im thinking of getting one too.

HORRIBLE! First equipment was not shipped, then it was faulty. Called and called leaving message after after message to no avail. Finally got ahold of someone in the sales dept who said hed ship me a new piece for the unit. Didnt arrive. Called and called again. Finally received it, but didnt fix the issue. Gave up calling after 2 dozen messages left. Just terrible.

I was very impressed with the various types of chairs that are available and their prices are less than what other beauty salon equipment companies Ive looked at charge. I found what I was looking for and Im satisfied with everything so Im giving Genesis Beauty a 5 star review for selection, quality, price, and customer service.

He goes above and beyond your expectations. I was blown away by his service!! I would come back again to this company only because I would find him there. Paid for a salon chair and shampoo bowl in June. Was told it should arrive in 1 week. I live 7 hours away from Chicago. It never shows up. Many phone calls back and forth with excuses. They quit returning my phone calls, emails and quit answering the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

So heres a place that has everything you could possibly want if youre looking for beauty salon or barber shop equipment and at great prices too. A huge selection of barber chairs, styling chairs, shampoo chairs and stations, stools, trolleys, skin care equipment and more in a showroom setting. Needless to say we found everything we needed.

I purchased furniture from here in March of 2019 and was told it would take 6-8 weeks for pickup. It has been over four months and no one answers my call or emails. Finally the owner answers JACK and pretends he is not the owner tells me the license has been revoked from the business due to water damage. I was told my furniture was there in warehouse ready for pickup when I arrived no one was there the place is closed. Again no answer finally JACK answers and promised to deliver my furniture to me and again all lies. I asked for a refund never received one and no one is answering me. This place is a Scam.

This company has a large showroom with lots of chairs and stations to choose from. Their prices are reasonable, the quality is excellent, and their customer service is outstanding. I did not hesitate in recommending them to my associates in the industry.

First time buyer in Dec. 2017 HAD VERY BAD experience UNPROFESSIONAL and they after your money, I like to say think twice before buying from therm. I dont even know what kind of quality of the furniture I got from them the price I paid for. This company do not deserve any star they did not even reply back to my email I sent.
