Where do I start? The customer service was beyond exceptional. The turn around time was great, faster than what I expected. The quality of my flyers are awesome! Worked with this company on such a short notice. I ordered a retractable banner from a different company and was informed that my order would not arrive in enough time. I called Sign America on a Saturday afternoon and submitted my file. The representative was very detailed and provided me with feedback on which size would work best, based on the picture resolution. By 2pm the representative had printed my boards and sent me pictures of the final product. When I received my poster boards, I was beyond happy, not just with the quality of the product but the experience too! I would definitely recommend Sign America to my friends and family.Thank you 😊

Exceptional service, fantastic products, superb quality, and very enjoyable to work with. The cost beat the competition. The only con (hence 4 stars instead of 5) relates to the production time for one item, but was able to get everything done with a day turnaround. People, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. they are scammer. they will take your money and will never pick up your call. they took my money and never applied for city of chicago permit. they provided me very bad quality and high cost sign after calling them again and again. IT WAS JUST WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORTS. Please listen to me and DO NOT DEAL with company. THEY ARE SCAMMER.(CHEATERS). Now my attorney will deal with them.

This company is very irresponssible, i would go even further to call them scammer, becuase in 2007 when i hire them to do my store signs costing the total of $3000.00 and the advance deposit of $1500.00. They took money delivered extremly crapy job and then in effort to fix the crappy job they took away the first signs and never delivered the service, nor did they refunded my $1500.00 deposit. I had to go through so many troubles just becuase i decided to save some dollars and go with sign america. Stay away at all cost this a bad company consist of bad representatives. :(
