I have the pleasure of taking photos of Elaine’s balloon creations. But I am also a client and her balloons really are like nothing else in Chicago. They are easy to install, which I did at my home recently on a flower pot:) and they last forever. Also if you need them for a photoshoot or event they make the room, the people, the home, the birthday and the mood so much better.

I ordered balloons for my daughters Sweet 16 last month. The customer service was excellent. The lady that delivered them had a positive and upbeat attitude. She was really nice. The balloons lasted longer than any balloons that Ive ordered from Party City. The number balloons still have not completely deflated a month later. This is my new balloon vendor.

I really struggled with my star rating and wish I could do 3.5 stars so fwiw this is a 3.5 star rated review. I was very hopeful and love their work, I appreciate the owners involvement in and promotion of social justice so I felt good about spending my money with Luft vs their local competition.I ordered a smaller bouquet because I’ve recently become one of many who have lost their job. While the person on the phone was able to help me pick something out in my price range I kind of felt like it was a favor because I wasn’t ordering a huge burst. I was really just trying to do the best I could for my 16 year old.More frustrating was that the person who took my phone order also got my address wrong so the delivery driver had to call me to get my correct address and when she arrived was so flustered that she didn’t even thank me for my order even though I was grateful to her. Then when I was decorating with the balloons shortly before our dinner I noticed they had the sticker on “1” balloon of the “16” backwards. so when attached the 1 was backwards and i noticed too late to fix it. It’s not a huge deal but people have pointed it out when they see our photos. For the price I paid even for a small order I thought things would be on point.They do beautiful work but maybe the smaller projects just aren’t a priority, sadly.

We ordered the Zoom balloon burst for my son’s first birthday. We were able to customize the different colors and Luft dropped off the arrangement the day we needed it. The balloon burst has lasted two weeks already, which we certainly didn’t expect! Love it. Thanks, Luft!
