I received another bouquet and the it is vibrant and colorful and just stunning, but some of the flowers were brown. My only feedback is to make sure to check every single arrangement before it goes out, because these arrangements are not cheap. Im hoping this was a one time thing, and will be ordering again.These flowers are EXQUISITE! Not only did they arrive in a timely fashion, but they arrived early. A woman who was handing me my order told me I have to wear a mask next time I am in here. I told her that I am vaccinated and she said it doesnt matter. Apparently businesses can now makeup their own rules, going against the states own laws or what the CDC recommends? If you’re vaccinated I suggest you find a different shop to go to for flowers. I wish businesses would publish this sort of information on their website. I wouldve gone somewhere else. Downtown Chicago has plenty of other options that follow Illinois law regarding fully vaccinated individuals.

I ordered flowers for a very special occasion, my niece’s graduation dinner celebration at a restaurant, that I was unable to attend. Margie at LaSalle Flowers was beyond helpful in making sure that the flower arrangement was just as memorable as the milestone. It was stunning, my niece said so many guests at the restaurant stopped by her table to compliment the flowers and all it’s decor. Not to mention, this entire process was done via telephone and sight unseen. The flowers were already displayed (as requested), when my niece arrived. Thank you LaSalle Flowers for everything!

Updated- Lasalle flower shop reached out and swapped out the flowers to better match what I bought to provide great customer service which is appreciated. 4 stars because I had to complain and had to explain to the recipient why the the flowers had to be exchanged.Bought sympathy bouquet of flowers Beautiful In Blue to be delivered and what arrived only had 1 lily instead of 2 and no big blue hydrangea. What arrived was much smaller than the picture on their website in a small 8-10 inch vase not a tall vase 18 high per their website. Flowers should be closer to their website photos or they are misleading customers. Disappointed but they did deliver as stated on the order. Charged a service charge on top of delivery charge.

Called from out of state to order a succulent arrangement for a birthday delivery. I was completely disappointed! It looked nothing like the picture on their website. They offered to pick it back up or to have the recipient come in to get something else. No! I’m embarrassed enough and the florist should be embarrassed as well! I went to Home Depot today and they had way nicer succulent arrangements for $20.00. I should have bought that and paid to ship it! Would have been a way nicer gift and much cheaper. I get florist prices are a bit higher but this was ridiculous! My first thought was that they probably thought I would never see it since I live out of State. Shame on LaSalle!

Its after closing & realizing its a super busy day(Happy Valentines) they still picked up their phone, they were pleasant and were able to execute a complicated order. Its great to see someone whos been around since rhe 1980s at least tough it out thru Covid & ever other crazy thing thats happened in Chicago. If you have special requests, are in from out of town and staying at a downtown hotel for a few days or longer or are new to the city & working downton or near North this is THE PLACE to order a bouquet, nosegay, Secretarys Day or a single red rose from. Theyre pricing is fair & their delivery guys are magicians.

They have beautiful flowers, tons of options and their delivery is on point. Recently had them delivery a group of flowers to some friends in Chicago, I live in FL, the friends live in an apartment. I had no problems which is a HUGE relief. Gotta give them credit where credit is due :)

La Salle Flower did a great job with Valentines Day roses. The roses looked great, the price was fair, and the delivery was timely. I appreciate the fact that I ordered relatively last minute and I still had the option for delivery on February 14. Id recommend using this local shop over national chains.

Easy to order online from out of town, the arrangement looked just like the picture. Beautiful and full of color in the dead of winter! They even had to try delivery twice because of my error during checkout and did so without complaining! I will use them in the future.

Today was heart breaking to see my residents go through a hard time in their lives, I wanted to do a little something so I called Lupe, she immediately chose what she thought would brighten up my residents and even wrote on the card for me because I was speechless and wasnt thinking straight, even got my request delivered in under an hour, in time for me to deliver the beautiful flowers myself before the end of my shift, I almost cried with my resident. I have depended on LaSalle Flowers for years - for beautiful flowers, great customer service and reliable delivery. Today we received another lovely arrangement, with a special request handled and delivery in just a few hours from when I placed the order. I loved seeing a huge, gorgeous, dramatic flower included that I have never seen before !

Sooooo disappointed, my husband has been using them for years and I loved them but yesterday was just. My hubby ordered flowers for me that were supposed to arrive at the AON building for valentines day. My hubby called them to inquire they said they had till 5pm to arrive. I stayed at work kept asking security because he insisted to wait, they NEVER came, I was honestly crushed and embarrassed!!!!!!!!! I had everyone looking for something that never came. We love LaSalle but this time ..ugh...Im still in tears.

Pricey but can you really put a price on love.... But seriously this place is nice and is very noticeable on the corner. Good option choices when it comes to flowers and they also give you a vase with water if you dont wanna go through the hassle of going to buy one from another store like most flower shops do.

This flower shop puts all of those in my neighborhood to shame. The flower arrangements are gorgeous. Pricey, but worth every penny. The staff is awesome too.

It seems like they have a pretty good basic floral service and that they are user friendly so long as you are not asking for anything outside of the ordinary. I would use them to send flowers on a birthday or to a friend in the hospital, but not for anything important.I initially contacted them for a small order for my wedding. I quickly ended the phone conversation and decided just to find another florist based on the fact that the woman on the line was argumentative and refused to listen. She kept cutting me off and when I asked to speak to someone else in the shop who I might have better luck with she told me to call back on Monday.

Ordered them for next day delivery, and was nothing but impressed. Timely delivery, beautiful flowers and no complaints.

I received a dozen roses three days ago and they are completely dead now. And honestly, I feel bad that my boyfriend even spent money on these. The leaves of the greens were already browning when I received them and the filler is so cheap looking and sparse. The vase looks like it came from the dollar store. You’re better off buying a $25 dozen of roses and greens from Jewel and making your own arrangement than purchasing flowers from this place.

I go here often. Some really great flowers and the staff was very knowledgeable. I spoke to Lupe about a gift basket for a client. Yes they even do gift baskets...Fresh fruit chocolates and treats. It was the perfect client gift. Thanks Lasalle....

Worst experience. The delivery was so late in the day - after 5 pm. My girlfriend already left her office. I had to call the shop several times to check the status of the delivery. I then had to coordinate with the delivery man himself and ask my girlfriend to come back to the office to pick it up. For the price I would expect promptness in delivery and a better customer service. Wouldnt recommend.

A dozen white roses showed up fully opened and were dead a few days later. The arrangement was way overstuffed with greens. Unfortunately it was a late Saturday delivery. Sunday there was no one on duty to talk with. By the time I spoke to a manager it was six days later and she said, sorry. We wont be using this florist again.

LaSalle Florist was amazing. I called onFriday at 10:30 and had flowers delivered by 1 pm to my daughter. she said they could smell the arrangement down the hall of her office!!! She sent a picture to say thanks and they looked amazing!! Thanks for the great service. Kathy

Place looks great. Small little store front but great selection and my favorite - very friendly quick professional staff. Rarely buy flowers. Always found those supermarket ones to be over priced and dull. My gf likes tulips which are little harder to find. This place had a few beautiful ones to pick from, fresh flowers and surprisingly very reasonanbly priced. Added some nice paper for fluff. Will be coming back.

Gorgeous arrangements delivered for my Thanksgiving meal table. The man who took my order knew exactly what I was looking for and appropriate for my table without me being able to describe it.

Awful flowers that are dead when they arrive. High prices. And they violate your privacy by sending annual reminders to your house with the name of the person you bought flowers for and the occasion. Which has a way of completely ruining any possibility of a surprise the next year. Oh, and they lied to my face about not signing me up for direct mail and spam. Avoid.

I bought the flowers from them last year and it was ok. So, I ordered flowers online again this year and got a message that they need credit card number in advance (although I chose an option to pay at pickup). When I called them back, the lady said there may have been a confusion and I could just pay when I pick the flower up. Somehow received a voice message again today that they need a card number. When I called back, the lady said that it would be an exception and sounded very rude and unprofessional. Canceled the order and would not go back.

I wouldnt order here if you are planning to surprise someone with flowers. I paid 50 dollars to have flowers delivered to my mom on Valentines Day. They called me Valentines Day afternoon and told me they couldnt deliver it for another 4 days. I told them okay, I still wanted them to deliver the flowers but keep it a surprise. On the day they were supposed to deliver the flowers, they misplaced her address so they called my mom and told her about the flower delivery and asked where she lived. They ruined the surprise, despite the countless times I told them not to tell her. Very unprofessional and when I called, they were being extremely rude to me. Wouldnt give them my money again.

The flowers were delivered it under an hour of calling them. Beautiful fall spread. Will be using again thank you!

Please order from somewhere else. I have gotten flowers delivered from here twice from my husband. both times the flowers were subpar and half dead by the second day. I didnt tell my husband the first time because I didnt want to make him feel bad but the second time the flowers were brittle and browning on the day the were delivered. the next morning I came back into work and they were really brown so I threw the worst of them out and let my husband know not to order from this place again. He called in to complain and the lady who answered said they could replace them if I dug the dead ones out of the garbage. Um no! I will not be going through our cafeteria garbage can to get dead flowers out. Terrible customer service, crappy flowers. Will be going elsewhere for sure.
