Erin at Smitten boutique not only created the most beautiful Wedding Invite suite, she also worked with us on my daughters engagement (before COVID) party, the rehearsal dinner, programs, dinner menus, and place setting signage.She was creative, patient, professional, and accessible to me and to the grooms parents. I was recently in town for a family wedding and stopped in at Smitten. They had so many elegant and trendy wedding gift options. I also was able to pick up some lovely Voluspa candles for my own home. The staff were very attentive and nice. I would go back next time in town.

I stopped in on a recent visit to Chicago looking for an anniversary present for my husband. While they have a great selection of products and high quality stationary I was never acknowledged by the salesperson the entire time I was in the store. I ended up putting back the items I had intended to purchase, made a mental note of the title of the book, and purchased it on Amazon. For less money and better customer service...

This place was so easy to work with, for us it was because of Erin, she is hands down the best in the business! We spent a fortune on wedding related paper (menus, invitations, ceremony cards, etc.) but we got what we paid for. Both the quality of our products and the service were phenomenal. They are my go-to boutique for special gifts - teachers, wedding, and baby. I continue to get compliments from my friends on the wedding gift I purchased here. (A custom frame with location and wedding info) Very unique and memorable. I have also used the store for stationary and a baby announcement. They were great to work with and knowledgeable.

I cant tell you how upset I am with the experience here. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE if you are working on a deadline. My husband and I ordered our wedding invitations from this place. We had a small wedding but it was still our special day. My husband just returned from military duty overseas. We had to get married in a small city hall ceremony prior to his unexpected deployment. When he returned we set a date and ordered invitations. We were promised the invitations in 14-21 days. When the invitations were finally printed, 6 weeks later, the date was wrong and our names misspelled. I showed the manager the original and they still refused to take responsibility. We had to use an email invitation and were never refunded a penny.

At first I took it personally that no one said hi or even looked my way but then I realized all the other customers were treated the same. Sad...I’d rather go somewhere elseI appreciate the response so I updated the rating.
