This used to be a good shop. I have been going here for 3 years, but it has changed management and is no longer trustworthy. On my last visit, they installed the wrong muffler on my Honda Civic, hung it too low so that it was banging into the RR control arm (see photo of dent on pipe), charged me over $300 for work they did in less than 15 minutes with a $50 part--almost twice what an expensive shop charged me to fix the problem.

They replaced the catalytic converter in my Fit. I checked three shops and they did the job for $400 less than the nearest quote. Job was done in a timely manner. A no frills shop with no waiting room, because of covid. Also parts must be paid for in advance in cash. Odd but it worked out fine for me.

Highest quote among the three shops we took our car to. Can’t say their quality of work because we ended up taking our car to another shop.

They provided very good service, no hassle with mechanic, car was ready in no time .... Good location for me will use their services again THANK ROMEL .....

I took my car to get fix it for my muffler and the guys working there told me tht I need to replace the whole Muffler thing and price was about $$$380$$$$ I tried to get an explanation why so much for a simple fix muffler, they didnt even know what to say, I left, when to another shop and ended up paying 130 for everything. Bad service and over charging prices and they dont even know how to explain it. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE.

My first encounter with them was very unprofessional, the people were very rude and had a nasty attitude. Learn to treat all people nicely talk more of being a customer.

I lived in the neighborhood and got a flat. I drove on the flat from my place on 43rd to them. They were very nice and swapped my tire for a used one. Fair price, nice service, and they didnt look at me too weird for driving all that way basically on the rim.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and will make sure you get professional service at a very affordable price. They are so nice here and I was very pleased. Defiantly worth it.

PLEASE dont DO BUSINESS with them! Ive lived within the community for years and have used them some years ago. This time I stopped by to get an estimate on my car and I was told what was wrong and the price would be $280 to get it repaired. I thought to self that seemed too high and when I tried to get an understanding of why they belittle me as a customer.I then decided to check around and Lord and behold it was good I did. The other place identified the same problem, but they repaired it for $130 which included the OEM.I went back to Victory, shared with them my outcome and showed them my receipt. Two of the workers went off on me and the heavy guy who does not speak English well even started calling me names.Please dont waste YOUR time or money on them. If I could, Id LOVE to share with EVERYONE the place that I went. They fixed it for me within an hour and services rendered was extremely professional.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MORE PROBLEMS. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SHOPS OUT THERE....THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL... TAKE MY ADVICE

BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I WENT TO SEE WHY MY CAR WAS OVER HEAT AND THEY GUY COMES OUT AND TELLS MY FIANCE I NEED ANTIFREEZE IN THE RADIATOR AND THEY PUT SOME IN THERE AND IT WILL BE $60. THEY NEVER GOT PERMISSION TO FIX IT AND I HAD TO GO UP THERE TO GET MY CAR BECAUSE THEY STARTED ARGUING WITH MY FIANCE WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HIM. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY HAD PUT HIM OUT AND I ASKED THE MANAGER FOR MY KEY THEY LET MY CAR DOWN AND WHEN THEY WENT TO START IT UP IT WOULDNT START I ASKED WHATS GOING ON AND THE RECEPTIONIST CAME OUT STATED THEY DRAINED ALL MY ANTIFREEZE AND I OWE THEM MONEY. THE SITUATION THEN TURNED AS I STATED I DONT OWE YOU NOTHING SHE BEGAN TO GET IN MY FACE THE MANAGER DIDNT REALLY DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUSE EXCEPT TELL ME TO BE QUIT AND THAT SHE CAN SAY WHAT SHE WANT. Do not spend your money here. They are racist and will try to get over on you. The whole business is unprofessional, good reviews are most likely from the employees. Avoid this shop at all costs!

They changed the front breaks and did not tighten the wheel bolts, and gave very hard time and bad trip to michigan and I was lucky to be able to reach a place bfore a disaster. I found two bolts broken and 3 loose and rims holes damaged. Do mot go to this ugly mechanic.

I went to this place to get an exhaust touch up. When I rolled up, an employee was talking to a potential customer/young lady about repairing her vehicle. The employee walked away, and the young lady asked myself and my brother OUR opinion on the repair to her car. My brother, who is a mechanic told her what she should do, and how much the job would cost at other places. The employee overheard and refused to even look at my car, and made both the young lady and myself leave. Turns out, they were going to overcharge her for the repairs. Shady, unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy.
