I went to this place cause my alternator wasnt charging the battery. The mechanic working there was able to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. God bless you.Before that my car was misdiagnosed at star auto at Clark for having bad alternator.The staff is friendly, the coffee was pretty good. And they have toys.

Vito was great! I needed to change out my break pads. Vito gave me a break down (no pun intended) on what needed to be done as well as what my options were. I brought my car in around 11am and I was out the door no later that 2pm. I will definitely come back for any of my auto repair needs.

Its finally refreshing to find a mechanic shop who believes in honesty and integrity which are two words I thought didnt go together when it came to fixing cars. I have a lowered car so most shops turn me down. Not this place, they were happy to take me on short notice on a Saturday. There were some regular customers in there so I was worried about the wait time. Luckily they got me out within 30 minutes and gave me a quick diagnostic on my brakes. I was impressed by the quality of personalized service delivered.

I am so impressed by the compassion, integrity and trustworthiness of Vito and his staff! I brought my older car in for major repairs and instead of them taking my money (as other shops have done), Vito and his staff were completely honest with me about the condition of the car and it saved me about $3000-$4000! Not only did he refuse to accept payment for the diagnostic test, they replaced the headlight and didnt charge me! I cant say enough about them! My headlights werent working so I took it to Uno Auto Services Inc and the mechanic did a speedy job finding the problem and fixing it. The man couldve charged me a lot of money if he wanted too and I wouldve paid that but he was straight up and didnt lie to me. It was just a faulty part that shortens the headlights. So in short good service, good prices, and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. I will be going there again for all my minor and major repairs. He has a customer for life. I would even buy a car from him.So apparently you cant add a second review to the same business which stinks. So this is my review of my last visit to Uno Auto Service.I must say great professional service with a wonderful attitude. If you need an oil change, muffler or a new side mirror this is the place for you. All three of those I just got fixed because winter is coming and I would like to see out of my side mirror and now I can. This is a friendly neighborhood establishment that has been around for a very long time. This is not some fly by night establishment that doesnt know what they are doing. All of their mechanics are very knowledgeable and can fix the issues of the car quickly.

Amazing service here. Went in after my car wouldn’t start and brake lights didn’t work. It didn’t take that long for the repairs to be finished. It only took about 3 hours where some shops will take days. Price is reasonable as well. They call you if they have questions regarding an upgrade or something else they might want to add to your car. Overall I highly recommend this place. Super friendly. Also first customer of the year.

After having my vehicle taken to 2 other mechanics, Uno Auto were the only ones that communicated thoroughly on what was needed to be repaired on my vehicle and made sure they kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. These guys are awesome. My car broke down right around the corner. When I called them, they walked over to my car and pushed it to their shop. I had work done by another shop a few weeks before and the guys at Uno Auto told me they thought the other shop probably did something wrong so I should take it back to them to fix it. They arranged a tow for me and let me hang out at their shop until the tow truck came. I offered them money for their help, but they refused. I dont live in the area, but if I did I would definitely go here. Thanks guys!

Went to Uno on the recommendation of a friend and I wasnt disappointed. Vito was very nice and explained exactly what he was going to do, he later called and confirmed everything with me and got the car back to me in a timely fashion.

Stay away from those clowns. I was told $135 to replace a seal, 2 hours later Im told that they cant do it as there is no seal to replace. Still I was charged $65 for their lock of knowledge. If they have no idea what parts are on cars, how can they fix them?
