I called this place looking for help because I was rejected 4 times trying to do my emissions test. They took great care of me plus took my car to the emission test. It took maybe two hour but it was a worth it because when he came back I passed. I’m not sure if his name was Ron but I was relieved and glad I gave them a chance. If your struggling to pass your emission test definitely give them a chance.

This place was amazing they did what they said they would do and not once was rude or anything. They were nice and explained a lot of things to me so well. I will definitely come back here.

The service is great! I really like and appreciate their work attitude. You can tell they really enjoy their job. Basically, I just need oil change, but they also checked the main parts of my car for free, and let me know which parts are not good and the price for replacing them. Very professional! I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back again!

Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic test to pass emissions. The admissions fee was very reasonable. However the cost for them to replace one part that had already been replaced and the other part which my personal mechanic checked and said that it was working which was the air filter, was above $700. The mechanic, Tony got a little rude with me after I left and called back to find out what codes were on the diagnostic since they dont have a machine to give you a printout of what you paid for. They told me that they only use dealer parts. My vehicle was over 15 years old, Id like to keep it 15 more. LOL, I certainly dont plan to start putting dealer parts on it when aftermarket parts work just fine.The receptionist Lupe is very nice though.

Roger and the rest of the team were great. They handled my 2005 Nissan Altima like it was a brand new vehicle. Pedro was super welcoming and reassured me that they were gonna take good care of my car and they did!I got a call the very next day and was told my car was ready by midday. Wasn’t disappointed and they had fair prices — I know cause I went around town and asked a few mechanics about their prices after a review of my vehicle and they were by far the fairest and cheapest.Would recommend them to do your vehicle work! 10/10 I also referred a friend for her emissions test repairs that her vehicle was in need of and not only did they fix her car, but they also took the vehicle to the emissions test site and passed the emissions test for her!

I’ve been running around for two months trying to figure out what was wrong with my car which was very very frustrating. I can across this shop and to my surprise they did what I needed to done. Not only were they fast but they also referred me to a very reasonable towing service to get my car to them. Dropped my car off to them on Friday, Saturday I received a call telling me what was wrong with my car and Monday morning I was being called trying me that my car is ready for pickup. Hands down the best auto repair shop EVVVVEEEERRRR.

This place is great! Kept having emission issues. They were friendly and easy to deal with. Fixed my 2005 Envoy and took it to emissions! It passed! I will be taking my other truck there for repairs. Highly recommend. Not overly priced as well.

Highly recommend! We were traveling and started having car trouble. Picked this place because it was close by and had a parking lot where we could leave our vehicle overnight. Roger is the best! I called and spoke with him about the problems I was having with my jeep. It couldnt pass the emission test and I was upset. He assured me that they would get it to pass and they did. I was scared about how much it would cost to be repaired. To my surprise, they were very reasonable for the service that was given. Highly recommend this place! My car unfortunately did not pass the emission test so I brought it here and let me tell you it was the best decision. The staff is very friendly, the front desk is very helpful! They even offered to have my car in their parking lot overnight (because my plate sticker expired) so I wouldn’t get ticketed!! They even took my car to pass the emission test for me!! Once my car was done all I had to do was pick it up and go buy my plate sticker. If you’re reading this just stop and go take your car here!!Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family! They deserve 6 stars not 5.

Positive: Highly recommend this business; informed them I failed emissions test due to check engine light on with error code of P1607 PCM Internal Circuit Failure. They informed me of their process including taking the auto to be tested once repaired. It passed. Every time i do oil change I tell them to inspect the car and let me know if there is anything that needs to be fixed, so I take care of it on time. I had bad experience in the past with mechanics who would told me about the problem that actually doesnt exist or very minor, so they can charge me more money...not these guys. I dont like the fact that you only are limited to a certain amount of dryers, for exple if you pay for 1 washer you can only use 1 dryer. This is a poverty and controlling mentality. I will not be back ever to support this business.

The lady with the red SaturnNow these people are the only ones I go to. They literally did 3 services that would have cost me hundreds of dollars for free And the other service I had they check it free then after the repair gave me half off and I didn’t even ask for the discount. It’s hard finding good repair shops because everybody is out to get you but I don’t feel this way here. Every problem I told them about they fixed and even work with my hard schedule since I work a lot and offered to stay open after hours to get my ac fix. I wish I would have went to this place since I had my car because I would have saved a lot of money I recommend this place to any one in need of repairs!

My wife HAD a engine check light and a state emissions test due in 2 weeks ! We traveled 14 miles to this location, and they took us in rite away . We had 2 major malfunctions and 2 minor malfunctions . They repaired them and took her car and got it passed the Illinois emissions test for her !THEY ARE PLAIN AND SIMPLY THE BEST !

I failed the emission test on Tuesday & took my car that same afternoon. I received a phone call after the diagnostics were completed. I was informed it was a big job, given a price quote, and told I could get the car back on Saturday. Well.... I received a phone call on Thursday evening. THE CAR WAS READY TWO DAY AHEAD OF TIME. Besides that, 1 of 2 sensors went bad, which basically means the other sensor was probably going to go bad soon after. The technician replaced that 2nd sensor at no charge to me. HE IS A MAN OF HIS WORD!! He quoted me a price and stuck to it, which meant that 2nd sensor was at his expense, not mines. This was an unexpected repair, so I cant say enough about how grateful I am for what he did. My car is 16 yrs old, so it has had some issues. They also took care of me 2 years ago when I failed the emissions test. They do other auto repairs as well, so Ill definitely go back when I need a mechanic. I also told a friend of the great service, and he said hell try them in the future. Thank you Teloloapan Crew!!

Found this spot on google.....tried them out on OCT 1 2020...had a engine light on...and i needed to get emission test that day so i decided to try them out.....and im glad i did....friendly staff...and i passed the emission test.....when i picked vehicle up they took care of the emission test for me...handed me the paper work that said i passed ...thanks again... you guys rock.....i do and will recommend this spot for whoever has to get an emissions test....i do believe they do more than just making sure you pass the emissions test...THANKS AGAIN....👍👍👍

I took my car today everyone is nice and friendly they fixed my car quickly. They told me what my car needs and how much is going to cost. And one guy name Enrique he also did a muffler custom exhaust for a very good price. I will recomend this shop to my family and friends.

Dont waste your time with these RATAS! Came in for diagnostic which isnt bad for $55. They waive it if you decide to get your vehicle fixed there. Gave me an estimate of $600+ to replace gas cap and vent solenoid. $250 for parts they said and the rest is labor.....looked up parts online...only costs $50...labor no more than $100....these guys had the balls to try to charge me $500 more than I needed to spend...dont give these RATS your hard earned cash. Que verguensa....

Im always a little iffy going to a new mechanic but nevertheless I stopped by for a catalytic converter to pass my vehicle emission test. Let me tell you. This place is incredible. These are the most honest, dedicated, and delightful group of professionals. If you’re worried about your car not passing the emissions this is definitely the place to go. I bought in my ford and they were able to fix my problem quickly. I got my vehicle back the next day. These guys are legit. Im a car guy. I have always done the maintenance on all of my vehicles, but when my 2007 GMC Envoy started throwing codes (P0170...indicating a lean fuel mix, which couldve been caused by a number of issues) I needed advanced scan diagnostics to fix and pass emissions. Before bringing the car to Teloloapan, I had done extensive research on the codes and possible causes. I had a thorough understanding of the issues and possible solutions. I questioned every troubleshoot step they did and the results. I can attest they used sound techniques. Instead of throwing parts at it, Tony zeroed in on the MAF sensor to resolve the 0170 error. In addition, because of a malfunctioning fuel indicator (which did not effect the engine run conditions) the truck was producing a code of 0463, preventing the emissions inspection due to the inability to complete the drive cycle. Replacing the fuel pump/sender required dropping the tank and an expensive part ($1k). Thankfully Tony used ingenuity to complete the drive cycle and the vehicle passed emissions...without having to replace the fuel pump. I was impressed with their ability to accurately diagnose the engine faults, implement solutions, and willingness to think outside the box in order to overcome stumbling blocks to passing emissions. Tony was true to his word that the truck would get through emissions for the fair price we agreed on with a handshake. Im certain he went above and beyond, but when it came time to pick up the truck, there were no additional charges...only what we agreed on. If you need to pass emissions, dont waste your time and money anywhere else.

I am extremely happy with the work they did on my car. I needed help passing the emissions test and I had already went to another place that wasn’t helping much. When I got to this shop everyone was very friendly and professional and they explained about getting a diagnostic done to see what was going on with my check engine light and how I can pass the emissions test. They later went on and explained the repairs and gave me a great turnaround time. My 2003 crv passed the emissions test without a problem. I definitely recommend this shop for your auto repairs. I will be coming back for sure when I need help with my car.

Not only did Tony fix my car so that it would pass emissions test (in the very small window of time that I had), but he even brought it to the emissions testing site and had it tested himself so that I didnt have to. He showed me my car, popped the hood, meticulously went over every detail of what needed to be fixed, what the parts cost, what the labor cost is, and ended up giving me an extremely fair and ethical bill. Tony was rude the whole time and charged me to pass the emissions test after showing him paper that says reasons of the reject the first time I went, he still did not read the paper and begin fixing things that are not necessary And after failing emissions test three times he told me that there’s another issue and I will charge you once again. The worst Mechanic Garage I’ve been in Chicago just overrated.
