Fixed my car quick and stuck to their estimate.Ive been using them for years to fix my cars (Volkswagen, Saab, Saturn and Volvo). They first earned my loyalty when they convinced me not to let them perform a repair because for a few hundred more I could just replace the car. Since then Ive used them whenever able.Pros:-Theyre call you to update on progress and discuss any changes-Some staff members are bilingual-Good at finding parts for your car at good prices-They know whos who when it comes to referring you to other services like paintCons-magazines in the waiting room are datedOverall Ill keep coming here

They use to be a great shop and always I’ve recommended them to anyone who needed services for their car. Now they give you cheap parts. They break parts off your car and try to deny it. Last time I came to get a simple tune up. my car broke down the next day.PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. or you will have to buy a new one.

I had a engine light come on got it checked found out I had an oil leak came to pan America for the repairs they said it would be $820 I said ok got my car back 2 days later no engine light thought it was ok that was In April in September my engin light came on again and I got it checked out found out it was another oil leak we looked at it found out the charged me $820 for tape the put some kind of mesh tape over the leak and the warranty for the repairs were only for 90 days I have photos and my recipte I am a real customer dont go here they do not do good work and the warranty for large jobs is way to short a time

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ! Took my car there didnt tell me what wrong with it instead they told me they couldnt do anything and to take to a dealer ! Then why you call ur self mechanic if yall cant even do the job !!

I spent $900 for brakes lines and shoes that put pressure on the front lines that should have been replaced too. Therefore creating a major leak in the front. And because I was recommended by a friend; I didnt check the receipt I signed that said service couldnt guarantee the front end of the van. Plus they told me after they guessed but wasnt sure that my engine was going out by burning coolant. I was told by a different mechanic that my coolant lines was rusted and plus he did a complete replacement of brake lines. Yes it was an older import van but the engine was definitely in good shape. Pan Americana doesnt like working on older vehicles and complex jobs. And they will tell you in a heartbeat to get a newer car. Everybody doesnt want a car note. I just was blessedwith finding a good mechanic. And the vehicle is running without any past problems. Do not go to Pan Americana,!

I asked him to do a job on my vehicle they told me it will repairs would be $900 plus but work was not guaranteed what sum rip offs

I have been using this shop since I first came to the USA over 12 years ago. Honest evaluation, they will let you know when you should no longer put money toward repairs and consider purchasing another vehicle. Fast good service and honest people. They respect and know to make customers smile because they take time to make sure your concerns are answered.

They are fast, the prices are fair and they do a great job fixing any car! Old or new! I like that they are honest about what your car really needs and dont rip you off! Besides the dealer, Panamerican is the only car repair shop I go to.

I had the best and easiest service experience. Javier ordered my passenger side view mirror, called me in days that it arrived and I came in the same day. It took less than an hour for installation on a Saturday. Dealership wanted $880. Another shop wanted $490. Panamerica Auto Body charged $178 for the same mirror and installation.

I have used Panamerican Auto over the past 11 years. The owner, Buddy Lopez, stands by his work, 100%. He employs knowledgeable mechanics and his prices are fair and reasonable. I have no hesitancy in recommending Panamerican to anyone who needs reliable service at a fair and reasonable price.

Warning; I took my car there for a repair and the owner of the shop told me that his mechanics trouble shooted the vehicle and said, the vehicle has to many problems not worth fixing, better off getting rid of it. However, I did not believe him, it drove perfectly before the problem, I then replaced one part told to me by an expert, the car is now running like new. At first, I spoke to one of the mechanics at Panamericana when asked; Do you know anything about cars? His reply was No, I just work here. I then said to him, then why do you wear their uniform.
