I went to OK Auto after I had a small accident and they are a few blocks from where I live. A small piece of exterior was bent in by the rear passenger side door and I needed a new tire rim. The anticipated repair time was two days. Unfortunately, because of a personnel issue, it took seven. That being said, they ended up not only doing the work that I was paying them to do but they also painted the door, which I had planned on touching up myself, and they also repaired a rust spot on the other side of the car, all at no extra charge because I patiently waited a little longer. When I went to pick up the car, Nadeem, the owners son, decided that he wasnt perfectly happy with how the work turned out so he asked if I could let him keep the car for a couple more hours. I was happy to do so. The work turned out GREAT. I dont give them five stars because they are a perfect business, I do so because they are honorable and want their customers to be satisfied. They truly care about running a good business.UPDATE: The tire rim that they sold me was a generic one and not identical to the other three. Because it wasnt the exact size for my car, stress was being put on the wrong part of the wheel. Plus, the rim had been manufactured improperly which means that it wasnt rolling smoothly. Im very disappointed with this repair shop.

Typical Mechanic. My Car had a Transmission problem. Instead of being honest with me, they told me i had to fix something else with the wheel,charging me $200 with oil change. Came back to let them know the vehicle is still showing the same issues. They immediately told me its Transmission that needed to be fix.

Not satisfied for there work

I got my truck towed here and as soon as i pulled up the owner got mad because i told him an issue with my car and possibly other issues and he yelled And told me to leave very bad for business and i just noticed 80% of the reviews on here are Fake, Made Up by the owner... PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS With This Auto Body

Affordable pricing and reasonable. There is a guy named Saber who is a great guy and helpful in giving the right advice. I bought oil and brakepads from autozone and got it installed there. Saves time and money. I recommend this guy

The guy here does not let you know what he is working on. He is very shady. I paid a lot to get my car fixed over here. I got issues within a month. Midas Diagnosed this issue later and confirmed his work to be very bad.

I took my broken 1997 Subaru Impreza Wagon here to fix the front left wheel. The staff diagnosed the problem within a couple hours and called me to approve the repairs. I couldnt pick up the car for a week but they stored the car for me and had it ready when i arrived.

This is a terrible place to get vehicle repair work. Please do yourself a favor and do not attempt to go to this shop. The mechanic is rude and if you call in for help or a question he will refuse to help you saying that he is busy for the month. Also, if you look for an old invoice for repairs he will tell you that he cannot help you because he doesnt have a computer and has all of his invoices in a box somewhere.
