I would give zero stars if I could. Dont go to this place. They have poor customer service. Their communication skills are horrible. They also think they are the only service around, think again 5 minutes away is E and M and they were fantastic! Best customer service and fantastic work, thanks E and M!

I went in thinking i had a exhaust issue, Jaime checked it out quickly and told me the exhaust was fine, his opinion was a wheel bearing issue. Needed a jump/start - contacted Jaimie Auto Service. They said they would call me in 1/2 hr., called me in 10 minutes, was at my house in 20 minutes & serviced my car all within 1-1/2 hrs. They are the best in the area & precise. My new mechanics.

Took suv in for a estimate, when returned was parked super close to another car, had to go through passenger door . Parked car in home garage . Noticed fresh dent and paint chipping . Unable to be resolved.

The first time I went to Jaimes was to change my ac compressor and get a recharge for my ac, it was a good price. After my ac was fixed I went back because there was still an extreme amount of hot air coming out under my steering wheel (this was there before, but because I didn’t have ac I thought that was normal). I thought it was my ac not working, but Jaime explained to me that there was a missing piece, like a lid. He explained to me that he would take time out of his day to go to junk yards and look for the missing piece. Unfortunately he was not able to find any, but he improvised and used some tools and equipment he had to fix the hot air from blowing. He went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed. They called about two days later to make sure my car was running fine. Overall great Service! The front desk workers are also very welcoming and easy to talk to if you have any questions! Will definitely be coming back for my car problems.

I went to Jaime after getting a quote for brakes at Firestone down the road. He came in well below their price for the same parts/work. He was professional, and polite, the work was done less than a day after dropping it off, and he seemed totally honest with me, telling me what needed to be done, and what could wait. Will be going back.Edit: Went back to Jaime a few months later for the front brakes (got the rear previously), and some exhaust work. Came in without an appointment, but early in the morning, and was out the same day. Reasonable prices again. He has earned my repeated business, and will be my guy as long as I am in the area.

My family and I HAD been going to Jamies Auto Service for the last 10 years and Im sorry to say that I will no longer need Jamies services, most recently I had a brake caliper replaced by Jamie himself at his shop and Jamie made a mistake and refilled my brake fluid reservoir with power steering fluid instead, which then caused all my wheels to lock after a couple days of driving. after the huge expense he cost me he quickly reimbursed me but was determined to not apologize for the (human error) by any means and he literally threw the cash on his counter and wouldnt admit to his mistake, my family and I will never return to your service shop, and I take back all those times that I have defended your service shop at all those auto parts stores surrounding your location because they have nothing but negative things to say about your business and repairs done wrong, GOOD LUCK JAMIES.

Ive been coming to Jamies for about 3 years now, not a single complaint from me. On the contrary hes the first and only good mechanic that comes to mind when I have a problem with my car. Cheap mechanics arent good. And good mechanics arent cheap.

My parents have been coming here for years so they recommended me to come as well. But very worth the drive. They explain everything in detail dont be afraid to ask questions! Jaimes is great

I failed my emissions test and they referred me to Jaime’s, I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED. He did a diagnostic, fixed the problem, headed over to the emissions place, PASSED. In less that 24 hours he fixed my problem, right before Christmas for a very reasonable price! Will be coming back for any other problems! Thank you Jaime! :)

Not a good place at all. When in for break light . Did not find the problem. Pedal was low so he did a complete inspection of breaks. Said needs new everything. Rotors,pads, maybe master cylinder. Paid the 68 bill. Took it to another place by archer and Cicero and the said rear breaks just need adjustment. Breaks still had lots of life to them. People make sure you get 2 or 3 estimates. I went in for an alignment and they took my truck in while I went for a run around Midway. When I returned it was done and ready to go. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had in regards to any other possible maintenance I may have to perform of the vehicle.

Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust, nowadays. Not here. I dont know anybody who works at, or is an owner at Jaimes, but I like to compare prices when it come to mechanics. NO ONE, ever beats their price quotes, and bills usually come in under than their original quote. Plus, I never have had another problem soon after leaving with my car, so,I would bring my,car back and pay more to get that problem fixed (if youve dealt with shady mechanics, you know what Im talking about). If you want a mechanic you can trust, I highly recommend Jaimes. Thats saying a,mouthful when it come to mechanics. Keep up,the good work guys, and youll always have my business!!!

Went to another shop on archer trying to get a cheaper price they said i needed new ac compressor and ac lines also leaking. I decided to go back to Jaimes to get a second opinion and I should have came here from start. They are trustworthy and now i will never take my cars any where else! Come to find out I only needed an 89 dollar ac recharge and not 1000 repair the other shop wanted.

I came here to have my front two tires replaced and they did it pretty fast, but they didnt replace my center caps and then had the sack to tell me I never had them so know I missing two center caps on two tires that they repaired. Go figure. Thanks for the tacos with no tortillas. Bad business.
