I went to get a oil change in June now I have a 1000 worth of repairs. That was not looked at properly while also getting a vehicle inspection. Now I have to pay because they said someone put the wrong plug-in while doing a oil change. Moving forward with other repairs on my car. I have insurance to cover everything else on my vehicle to be repair. But no one have called me back to give updates about my car . Since the video expectation. My car been there since Monday no update still. Call my insurance to see if they put the claim in they stated no claim has been open.
Andrew from the service desk was great. Would definitely work with him again. Very professional, good communication, went above and beyond. He was also willing to work with me a bit on price which is super welcome considering dealer services are always expensive compared to alternatives.Also always nice that they offer loner options and that you dont have to wait months for one to be available.Wish they would have cleaned up the car a bit better. After paying for service it would be nice if I didnt have to take it to another car wash just to get it washed up after the work. If they vacuumed or did the inside at all I certainly couldnt tell.
Worst dealership I have ever been to! They are a scam! Took my 2019 A6 Prestige, an $80k car with only 21k miles on it to have a cup holder clip replaced and they tried to tell me that Audi wont cover it. Come again?!?After mentioning that I will call Audi USA to file a formal complaint against the dealer and Audi for not honoring their warranty, things changed and my cup holder was replaced. However, they disconnected the cup holder lights in the process.. Great job Fletcher Jones!! 5 stars for incompetence!! 👏🏻👏🏻Also, if you need an oil change, they automatically try to stick you with the recommended wheel alignment. Just another scam!I would never take my car and I highly recommend any other dealership but this one!

Wife needed work on her car and Tony was the service representative who handled the visit. A few issues came up, but Tony was a great professional and took care of everything. Tony gets along well with customers and is a great face of the Fletcher Jones Audi Service Center. Please seek Tony out when bringing your automobile in for service. As for the Fletcher Jones Audi Service Center manager who was on duty when we visited, that individual could handle interactions with customers a bit more professionally as it seemed we were bothering him with our inquiry related to a faulty Uber voucher.Update as of 08/06/2021: Wifes car was recalled again and we were promised pick up service and a loaner. Pick up service was on time (Thank you, Carlos, for your help and professionalism), but there was no loaner. Starting to wonder if FletcherJones is really as great as people say. What a disappointment.Update as of 09/12/2021: David M. is a tremendous employee and was overly helpful as we experienced yet another issue with my wifes car. I have never been happier with the service provided by Andrew (The tire guy). It was that time to replace the tires and his knowledge was exceptional. He provided me an Uber so I could go have breakfast. By the time I returned, everything was done! Will definitely come back again! Thank you Andrew and Fletcher Jones!
Called for a quote to install a hitch that I already own for $1,470, no wiring... absolutely ridiculous. Second place I called quoted me $225. Its a 1-2 hour job. They lost my business for life.
Andrew was awesome! Came to him in a maintenance crisis and he had my problem solved in under a day. He was very professional, communicative, understanding, and helpful. Usually I am reluctant to take my car for repairs, but I will be happy to come back to him in the future.
My service Advisor, Jorge Gomez, was communicative about any issues, parts, and the status updates of vehicle while it was at the dealership for service. No complaints and would happily recommend him for any needed service.
I really want to be able to give five stars. But, if I’m being honest, 1 is a stretch. Since purchasing our Audi Q7, we’ve had nothing but issues and FJ Service is wholly incapable of addressing any problem. Most recently, we brought the car in for a fault/ warning light related to the engine thermostat (apparently a known issues with Q7s, though Audi has not issued a formal recall). Well, clearly they did something wrong, because a week later the car leaked all of its coolant in a parking garage in downtown Chicago and was not drivable. When we called Audi roadside assistance the tow never arrived. As of this posting, our car is still trapped where it died. Also, worth noting- we did receive a call from FJ regarding our dissatisfaction with the most recent service. We were promised a call back and resolution to several issues which were never addressed- never received that follow up call. We love our car, but I think it’s time to part ways with Audi and Fletcher Jones.
Great Service!!! I have recently had my Sprinter service here and it was great. Nick was my advisor and his communication was on point, contacting me know any update or recommendations on my vehicle. Very Professional and his assistant even made sure my vehicle was clean on pick up, very polite and hard working gentleman.

Seriously don’t even try to get a loaner car. Even though they sold us on the maintenance package with the loaner car spiel, we’ve owned our car for two years now and they never “have” loaners available. They have how many cars on their lot? Can’t you just loan us one? Really love this car but dealing with this service department has me seriously reconsidering Audi. What you get vs what you are promised isn’t exactly the same.
I have a ‘15 S3 with an open recall - since March of this year. Despite having the problem addressed last year (out of pocket), Audi won’t go on record that the recall was resolved by the repair - which leaves me with an open safety recall on my Audi. Nor have they issued a fix. Imagine my delight. Didn’t realize Audi support ended at the 6y mark. Not to point the shade elsewhere, but having never driven a Honda, I can’t help but think they’re capable of providing better end-to-end support.To top it off, I’m on all the mailing lists for new products. “Build your 2021 Audi e-tron Sportback!” Get bent.

I like these guys. I have a 2008 s4 with a manual trans, and they seemed excited to work on it. Engine work was a good price, but a little expensive for replacing control arm bushings, but thats life I guess. Thanks guys! Also shot out to Calvin Dacanay. Seems to have a passion for V8s. I gotta respect that.
Weve had such an incredibly difficult time getting this dealership to accurately diagnose and repair our vehicle. We initially brought our car in for an issue with our fuel gauge. This repair dovetailed into an injector replacement and because Fletcher Joness technicians didnt even bother to refuel the system (diesel) to spec or check if for debris and the result was metal in the system destroyed the fuel system. They had our car for over 90 days.After our car was returned to us, we had dozens of NOX signal high codes and check engine lights. Over several comebacks the technicians never inspected the EGR cooler. THEY REPLACED THE ERG VALVE WITHOUT INSPECTING THE COOLER. This doesnt even make common sense. They finally replaced the EGR cooler after maybe a dozen comebacks and while this seems to have resolved the primary issue, several parts Fletcher Jones has replaced are now leaking oil. This was documented by Audi of Morton Grove and we were advised to bring the car back to Fletcher Jones as their repairs are supposed to be warrantied by their dealership. Fletcher Jones does not think these oil leaks are significant enough to warrant fixing them. What an absolute joke.Oh, and they got grease on the visor of our car which is stained now. That too.Their service manager David is just one of those people who really exudes a sense of how little he cares about you, your satisfaction or anything you are saying. Fletcher Jones failed to load test our battery incorrectly. We ended up buying an Audi battery only to find that our Bosch battery was less than a year old at the time of the replacement. On the next comeback to the dealership, our new battery failed a load test and it was at that point we had the original new-ish Bosch battery load tested independently. It was fine. David had committed to follow up with us about this, never did. He just has this air of complete indifference to you and its disappointing that someone with his temperament and affect would be in any sort of leadership position.Weve had to file more than one case with Audi of North America and this dealership wont even take responsibility for their own shoddy repairs. We have oil leaking down into a belly pan near the union of the trans and engine that Morton Grove has confirmed and documented to have originated with repairs completed by Fletcher Jones. We have resisted writing this review as it is more important to us that our vehicle is fixed correctly and completely, but as that looks unlikely, take our advice: AVOID. Go to McGrath.

I have always been impressed by this dealership. When I had a 9 year old Audi, they treated me like I had the newest and most expensive model! I had two tires blowout on my Audi Q5 2018 two days ago. Audicare sent a tow-truck to my location quickly, towed my car to their service center and quickly fit me into their schedule for a repair. The two tires were covered by Audicare contract also. My service manager Tony is amazing. I had an infant with me at the time. He made sure that the car was fixed quickly and assisted me in finding a spot in their beautiful lounge area to feed him while we waited for the repair to be finished. I chose to buy my 2018 car at this dealership because of the awesome service department.
The Fletcher Jones service and App is great. The work they do is excellent and everything is communicated through texts and easy to use online links. I was really impressed with the new video integration theyve done so that I can see a short clip of the repairs/work they completed.

My wife and I purchased this vehicle from Fletcher Jones Audi. We noticed a sweet smell of coolant coming from under the hood. So we made an appointment to get it checked out at fletcher Jones Audi service center. We got it back the next day.. The system was checked and tested. And they found no issues. For peace of mind as we have warranty they serviced it and told us nothing came back issue wise.

Update: Someone popped an end cap off of my door handle while at the store. But despite knowing what part I need, I cant order it over the phone, because, Im told that per company policy, they dont take payments over the phone. So I have to make a first trip in, then come back a second time when the part is in to have it installed. Its 2021, what business on earth doesnt accept credit card payments over the phone? Why is this such a difficult process?The Car Wash benefit Fletcher Jones offers its customers is likely the most common reason prompting a visit the Service Center - it certainly is for me - but it is more and more frequently inoperable and/or closed, to the point where its unknown when itll actually be available when needed. Employees have told me its not properly maintained when Ive asked whats going on, which is a shame. On multiple occasions Ive gone in for a wash only to have the system push me through with little-to-no functioning water jets, no-doubt scratching my vehicle in the process. I called the service center to let management know about the condition, but it hasnt changed much. Overall a pretty big disappointment. Be careful going through :/
The level of incompetence and ignorance of the staff here are unreal. The employees regularly trying to give you overpriced service and keep on fixing things that aren’t necessary to be fixed at the certain time . I’ve been coming here for years and I think they went from bad to worse past couple of years . All overall horrible experience

Jorge was top-notch in getting my spare blade key ordered. The key actually arrived faster than I thought, however no one notified me it was there (had I not called to follow-up, I’d have been waiting for it indefinitely). When I proceeded to the dealer, there were issues with signage as to where to go for parts vs service. It all looked to be Mercedes Benz, as it’s very unclear where to drive and park for Audi parts. Had I not stumbled on an open bay garage door (unlabeled), I would have not been able to find it. The employees were relatively unhelpful in locating it, and acted like I was more of an inconvenience to them—no apologies given for the confusing logistics.Also, when I asked about my new key they were all too eager to tell me it must be programmed. That makes no sense since I was just getting a replacement manual blade for inside the remote. It doesn’t affect the buttons. Seems like they might be running a scam of trying to make those not aware of Audi’s keys pay extra for a reprogramming they don’t actually need. Watch out!

I came in with a passenger side mirror that needed to be replaced and Tony, who assisted me through the whole process, was AMAZING. I had plans to go out of town on a Friday, but this unexpected repair seemed like it might ruin those plans. Tony told me he’d do his best to make sure that my plans weren’t ruined when I brought in my car on Thursday afternoon, and he delivered! Not only did he provide me with an Uber credit to make it home, he was able to have my mirror replaced within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Tony & Fletcher Jones Audi Service Center.
I was very happy that the team here was able to find the cause of vibrations was experiencing. There was a bent wheel that 2 other mechanics had missed. Other services were recommended, but not pushed as others have noted. During this process I was given a loaner car. I asked for the fog lights to be looked at when I brought my car in. One of my lights was out. When I picked up the car the light was still out. I twice texted the representative with whom I had been working with, but got no response. I called in and was told I would get a call back, but never did. It’s a small thing, but I would have liked to get it done all at once with my other repairs and now it’s proving a hassle to just get a quote for a fog light replacement? When I originally called to setup my first appointment everyone was super helpful. Now this week it seems like nobody is responding. I have been calling them for a week straight waiting for ANYONE to get back to me I keep getting told “someone will call you back”

Excellent professional maintenance service (60K mile service) for 2017 Q7 Prestige model. This car is usually kept at our Ann Arbor, MI home but when we are at our Chicago home we always have our Audis (also have a 2019 A6 Prestige) serviced at Fletcher-Jones.
What a great experience! They dropped off a loaner (clean Q3 Sport) and picked up my car. Once the shop received my car the technician texted me to ask about other concerns with my car. I really appreciated the chance to talk directly to the technician. Once they were done with the work I received a video update from the technician of the service performed and a read-out of my tires and brakes (shout out to Rudy for the great camera work). Then returning the car was just as easy. They returned my car right to my garage washed and vacuumed! Truly above and beyond customer experience for what otherwise is a time-consuming and irritating process. Keep it up FJ Team!👍🏽

Nice and clean but One thing that impressed me they served me a Sandwich right in there service center lobby. Very clever. I will go back for a fries and Italian beef again. Work is amazing too.

I scheduled an appointment with Calvin for a transmission fluid service on my ‘15 S4, I requested Alex K as a technician knowing his attention to detail and level of care toward my car. All of my requests were fulfilled; I was adament about my vehicle not getting washed, indoor storage overnight, etc. Extremely nice facility, top tier work, and a service department I can trust in the future to return my car in the condition it arrived in.
They offered insight, professionalism and utmost patience when on the phone and in person.

I have been taking my Audi two times now in the past couple of weeks for the same repair on the suspension. My car suspension is still making noise and it doesnt seem they can fix it. They have been wasting my time, money and they dont even apologize for it. Very disappointing.

The people are nice enough but honestly, this is the slowest dealer service I’ve ever experienced. The waiting area is great but it needs to be; the customers are in for a long haul wait. I came to get a tire check and then changed. The estimated wait time was 1.5 hours. I’ve been here for well over 3 hours and no end in sight. Guess I should have gotten the loaner. :-(
In the past few years I have owned 3 different Audi vehicles, some as old as 2004, some newer. For the most part Ive serviced them with Audi Fletcher Jones. I probably visited them a total of 10 times and every single time their professionalism was exemplar. The experience in dealing with this service center makes you feel important, whether you own an old relatively worthless vehicle or a newer one. In either case, you are treated with the same level of attention. Recently, I took my 2015 Audi S5 for regular service and they detected a leak in one of the shocks. They performed the fix, however the vehicle developed a squeak under certain driving conditions. I had to take the car back multiple times as they struggled to find the root case. Every time I took the car back, they were accommodating and most importantly empathetic to my concern as I was getting increasingly impatient. Sometimes car problems are not easy to solve and while I didnt particularly enjoy having to bring the vehicle back 3 times for the same problem, my trust level and respect for the team members that handled my case increased over time. Finally they found the root cause of the problem and fixed it for good. I appreciate the perseverance and respect throughout the process. While an official service center isnt always the most economical choice for servicing your vehicle, in the particular case of Audi Fletcher Jones I think it is worth it and I will continue to bring my vehicles here as I appreciate the professionalism and trust them. Special thanks to Servando and Alex from the service department who are excellent at their jobs.
