I had a tire blow on my way back home, and the gentlemen working decided to fix my tire tonight, even though they were already closed, and the lady there gave us Popsicles while we waited. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Very fast! They allowed me to buy the most affordable parts and then just charged me the labor to put them on. Not all repair shops allow you to do this. Their waiting room is comfortable and cozy. They even let u watch Netflix while u wait which really helps if u want to wait for your vehicle and its a significant repair.

I brought in my 2016 Mitsubishi Evo and they did a fantastic job on a brake issue I was currently having. They have the best prices I have seen so far when it comes to any parts you need. Their waiting service is super comfy and homey which I loved 👍🏻

I wait for almost a week because they didnt have appointments in advance. Finally they said my car needs some parts to be replace. My car just left the shop, my mechanic checked and replaced some parts and recommended to do just the alignment. They are scammers.

Every time I have stepped into this place, Ive been greeted incredibly well, and I know Ive chosen the right place to trust in with what I need help with. Freddy was ready to take care of my car and handle everything it needs as I waited in their very very comfortable waiting room, which really helps because uncomfortably waiting is irritating and stressful. The atmosphere can be whatever you make it to be, really. I enjoy that the mechanics and Freddy are all a team and that I can communicate with them easily and receive a reciprocated honesty with whats going on, whats needed, and the cost was affordable and worth it.

Job usually well done but with oil change the maintenance guys keeps putting oil filter too tight. It happen over and over. Friendly place. I am going there for many years and I will continue.

As always, Freddy and his team take really good care of my car and me. We take all three of our cars to Freddy because we trust him. I had my oil changed this week. Didnt take too long. The waiting room is very comfortable - amenities such as a desk and chargers available. Makes the wait smooth.

I have been going to this car mechanic shop for about a year now. I have worked with Alex and Freddy in that timeframe. The service has been phenomenal. Freddy and Alex take the time to explain to you what they are doing prior to you authorizing work which always helps me understand the parts they are fixing on my SUV.I have gone to other mechanics around the Brighton Park area. I always encounter mechanics who seem pressed for time and not too willing to talk with me about the exact parts they are fixing and why they are fixing it. Additionally, the 3 month service guarantees always worries me. First Stop Auto Center guarantees their work for a year.I am always welcomed to the shop with a smile and willingness to consult with me right away. Everyone is nice and you dont feel like you dont belong/are not welcomed there. There is a nice waiting room for the guests stocked with coffee, candy, a tv, couch, and even a computer desk. I always feel comfortable with my family in there because my daughter can run around without compromising anyones safety (including her own).When I need to drop off our car to stay in the shop, Freddy usually orders an Uber for me to go home. This is a fantastic service that I have not seen from any other business, auto shop or not. I appreciate that a lot because its one less thing to worry about regarding me not having a car while they are working on it.I would highly recommend this auto repair shop for anyone looking for a reliable repair shop that stands by their work and provides a great customer service experience at the same time. I will continue going to this location for the foreseeable future!

Freddy and his crew is awesome. My Catylitc converter was cut off and Freddy and his crew did a great job on my 2008 Jeep Liberty. Had everything done on the time was promised completed. Took my 3 cars her 4 times and all 4 times all diagnoses where completed and done right. I referred him to my sister n law and they diagnose and fixed the problems. Great service and great prices. Thanks Freddy looking forward again to future business.

Friday 9-8-17 my car died around 10 am on the exit ramp of I55 southbound and Cicero. Desperate, I walked to the Auto Zone where the manager called Freddy Aguirre at Firestone. Within 10 minutes I was picked up, taken to the car and had it on the wrecker. Once at Firestone, I was able to relax with some coffee, TV, available phone chargers while they figured my options (new alternator). Being from Georgia, they could have really taken advantage of me, but Freddy had me out and on my way by 6 pm.Total with wrecker was $627.00 and my car was washed and vacuumed.Thank you to Mr. Auto Zone for recommending Freddy. Very pleasant experience, under the circumstances.

Helpful service from the staff wasn’t sure what was wrong with my Jeep but they asked a few questions and looked around and they found the problem within a few minutes, all while I waited I was seated comfortably while watching Netflix on the tv.

Took my car in for an alignment. Friendliest staff ive ever came across. They were also honest and quick. I took it to Firestone after Pep Boys refused to do the work because I supposedly had a bent frame. That mechanic looked at the car for 30 seconds and diagnosed the problem. Dont waste your time at Pep Boys go to Firestone. Great service

Didnt find their service good. They didnt fix nothing on my truck. They tell you to go inside this waiting room so you wont see that in reality they arent fixing nothing! Messed up my truck more and they charge a lot. Dude wanted to fix all these Supposedly things wrong with my truck. With all due respect people just go in for 1 certain thing just fix it and maybe if you fix it right you might get recommended. Like that you get more customers and more money.

This is my personal mechanic shop because I always excellent service, excellent staff, excellent warranty’s.

The minute I went inside, I noticed the high potential that was put into this business. The owner seemed very professional with finances, business, and taking good care of my car. The workers all worked hard into the cars, and my car was also given an extra free car wash. There was a very nice seating are outside, and the waiting area was over my expectations. I havent been more comfortable waiting for my car to be fixed. The business was clean, bright, and the bathroom was also very neat and clean. After my car was fixed, I was also given a car air freshener, and It was left clean and better than it was. I would really reccommend this place. I overly loved the professional business and the hard work put into my car, leaving it good as new.

Great deal on alignment breaks and oil change. Didnt like that they charged me to put on the two new tires I already had, good yrar used to do but for free. and the wiper blades are already broke, this was a month ago.

I usually go to main Firestone locations. Last visit i had, they didnt installed my front brakes correctly. New pads would overheat and squeal. Came to this location, they fix my front brakes and oil change. Since. Have not had any issues, plus feel safe speeding. I live up north of Chicago (wilson ave/kimball), Im willing to drive to this location for my car service. Ask for Rudy, i think that was the mechanics name.

Honestly one of the best shops I have been to in a while they actually took the time to show me what was wrong with the car and also they were very quick replacing a part that was needed on my truck they have a waiting area full with couch and coffee table and also with free cold water and cable so at least your not bored staring at a wall or reading magazines.

Sorry wrong firestone

I would never go back. Got referred here from Autozone, car was overheating. I had just filled reservoir up with water. Manager was trying to rush me into fixing radiator for $700+ (2004 Lincoln LS). When I said no, he tried charging me for antifreeze he never added, and never said he was charging for. I know this because the water that I added was still in the reservoir.

Our car hasnt been without issues since first taking it there. Defective parts work parts parts that break after work is done now we have the smell of burning fluids and the power steering pump still seems to not he functioning properly. Gunther has been taking if every issue but there is an inconvenience of going back and forth

Came here after Sears failed to be of help TWICE ... should have came here first. They identified the problem immediately.. 5 stars for the service... 3 stars for taking 3 days because they ordered the wrong part. .... and they washed my pilot before they gave her to me. 😊
