Honest quality work done professionally

I made a small car accident(it’s not my fault) 15 miles away from home both of my tires in the front I need a new tires but I’m very thankful because the tire shop was only two blocks away from the accident scene I called them up they had a told in 10 minutes I need a new rims and new tires I’m just glad that bills able to fix it within an hour very frustrating on my side but they did excellent work I was just glad that they did the work and o came back home.

Been going to that shop for 35 years, When its a dealer warranty issue I bring to the dealer and if they dont repair properly, I have Mark at C&R correct the problem. I personally dont trust any other shop. They are awesome mechanics.

This auto mechanic shop came highly recommended by numerous neighbors. So far so good on my A/C repair. And when I originally decided not to have the work done after the estimate, he didnt charge me for the estimate work, unlike what the car dealer where I bought my car wanted to do.

I was referred to this location for my engine trouble and mark was unprofessional and had little to no patience to even hear me out, I had to hang up due to his rude unprofessionalism.

C & R is the most honest repair shop I have ever been to. They only repair what needs to be. They check out your car for what you may need in the future like tires before winter or brakes in a few months. If Mark and his crew tell you what your vehicle needs you can trust them completely. As a woman who has been ripped off in the past I thank God there is still am honest and decent repair shop I can always rely on.

Everything about CNR is spectacular. Mark and his team are everything you could possibly hope for in an auto shop: competent, fast, accurate, courteous, and their prices are the best Ive ever come across. The work theyve done continues to hold up under the wear and tear of Midwest weather as well as the streets and weather of all the remote places my wife and I drive to on our many road trips. Plus, the bills have always been excellent for all the work/time/parts they put in.In short, stop searching because youve found the only auto shop that could compare to having an amazing father-in-law with a garage.

I have been to many car repair facilities. This one is one of the most honest I have serviced with. Each and every time, my vehicle is repaired correctly and promptly. They wont have you bring your car in until they have a slot or parts ready. For some this is an issue, but my opinion is that it makes no sense to have your vehicle sitting waiting for parts. Everytime I have taken it in for any service, it is always back to me within 24 hours. No nonsense. No discovered new issues that a lot of car repair shops try to pull. Plain and simple, quick and easy, and affordable.

Called inquiring on large 4x4 tires for my sons truck. Marc was so helpful and honest, also the best price around. I am dropping my sons truck off, so I will report back with the service results. So, far I am rating a 5 for customer service and for educating me on tires. To be continued.

Probably thee most honest car repair place in Chicago hands down! My whole family goes to Mark to repair our cars. He usually says to leave it and it might be over night but rarely has it ever taken that long and our cars are usually fixed within a matter of hours. A few people on here have said they are rude but thats mistaken for them being extremely busy. What do you expect when everyone wants to come here since theyre honest and efficient? Its a very busy establishment because at the end of the day they are fair, quick and trust worthy.

I stopped by the day before to inquire about repairing a tire [nail]. He said he could fix it. I asked what time he opens the next morning. He said 8 am. I said Ill see you then. When I showed up just before 8 am. I was told Ill have to wait all day or leave car. Was not told that. And to be honest, he was quite rude. Went down the street to shell. Tire fixed in 5 min. Very nice guy.

Always says that they are weeks behind on work! Lol be ready to leave your car thier for 3 days to fix a simple 20 min flat tire.... Didnt fix thier either btw

Unlike the other post on here when I went today they were so nice and friendly the customer service was great they even when I called them they were really friend when answering the phone. Really good service and very friendly people I definitely would go back again if I have another flat tire.

Actually got reffered to from another shop, called to get some basic information and the guy was super rude and not helpfull at all, gotta learn some essential customer service how do you expect to bring in customers if you cant even discuss the operation over the phone.
