I trust them to do right by me every time. Mr. Cleveland took time and had patience to explain to me my vehicle problems and what was needed to repair . Hes a good man that has a heart for people and their circumstances. Many a time he allowed me to pay on my repairs and until I was able to pay bill out. He kept my car protected and didnt charge me storage fees. His mechanis do a great job.

After delaying repair for some time, I decided to try somewhere close and convenient. The dealership was more than a month out for service! I was prepared for the worst verdict. I dropped the car off in the afternoon and got a written estimate via email the same day. The office staff is very organized and efficient. After speaking with the owner, Cleveland, I felt comfortable proceedings with the repair. They had the part in stock and repaired the same day. They even picked me up from home to pickup my car. No surprise, but the price was much less than any dealership Ive been to! They offer excellent price and service. Id definitely recommend their services.

This was my first time as a customer there, and I was searching for a good auto shop, so I stop in to talk to the owner, his name is Cleveland, very nice man and yes he is a honest business man he gets straight to the point about your vehicle. I was very please when I got my truck back they did a wonderful job on it.

I took my vehicle to get serviced yesterday and was skeptical of the facility because it was a word of mouth recommendation from an associate of mine. I got there and talked to a mechanic immediately and I was quoted a decent price and instructed to leave my vehicle. I called back towards the end of business the same day and was told my car was ready for pick up. Overall I was satisfied with the service and the pricing.

The best auto shop around. No need to go to the alley mechanics that hang out at the Auto Zone because C&J also has fair prices. They even fixed things on my car I didnt pay for. I really appreciate the work they did for me, it helped get out of a jam. I just wish they did transmission work.

Someone hit my daughters car in a parking lot causing damage and left. Mr. Cleveland Johnson the owner is a good man. He did a good job at a fair price and it took 2 days. He promised it at a certain day and it was done.

Price gouging.. Got a quote of $86 for diagnostic & approximate tune-up quote of $500 to $600. Last year it was $350. Really????😞😫

Took my car here after a feeling of getting shysterd at another shop C&J proved that they indeed tried to finess me out of $2000 for stuff that wasn’t even wrong with my car. Was told that All I needed was a tuneup! Will definitely recommend this place! Very satisfied with the service and good honest mechanics! Glad I found this place!

Instead of Cleveland fixing the problem, he did unnecessary work, charged me and gave me an estimate for another part of my car. He refused to refund me. I had to pay someone else for the real problem. I got scammed. My case is being investigated by the BBB.
