Poor customer service skills. I went and order a part for my car, the guy told me that we would have my part delivered and ready the next day by 11:00 AM. I was very disappointed 😞 that I had to wait until 2:30 Pm the same day. Over promises and under deliver!!! Not good! 👎They need to be more transparent with the customers expectations.....

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. I HAD SOME SPRINGS SENT THERE TO PUT BE ON FOR MY BMW . THEY TOLD MY MECHANIC THEY WERE WRONG AND I TRIED TO SEE WHY. THE COUNTER MAN EDDIE GAVE ME ATTITUDE WITH NO INFORMATION THEN GETS LOUD AND STARTS TO CURSE AT ME WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I GOT THEM FROM BMW ELMHURST WITH MY VIN NUMBER . WHAT KIND OF AUTO PART STORE ARE THEY RUNNING THERE. AT LEAST AUTOZONE OR ANY SMALL AUTO PART STORE DONT TREAT YOU LIKE THIS.

Formula may have all the autoparts tht r needed for a vehicle, but thyre very bad on selling over priced items.. I called formula and asked for a motor for my front wiper blades, and was told tht Id need 2 motors for my truck when theres only 1 motor as I stated, the clerk informed me theres 1 motor for the left & the right wiper individually and and wld b $110 each.. After calling another parts store Im paying only $68 for ONE motor for BOTH LEFT & RIGHT wipers!! Formula autoparts wont b getting any business from me ever in life #NoStars
