Rude. Why would you even pick up the phone if you are just going to hang up on people. Honestly they got good prices but the customer service has always been bad

The same EXACT brakes I wouldve paid $50 for down the street at Advance, I paid $30 for here. Not to menton they didnt have them in stock and they ordered them right away, got them within the hour. Advance didnt have the brakes and didnt even try to get them. I will be using them again.

Yesterday I called for a part I was told by one of the employees they would have my part Guaranteed today by 3pm. I never received a called so I called at 3:30pm no answer or options to leave an message. I really needed this part today due to the holidays I also paid them already on top of paying an lot of money for this part! This has resulted in causing me to loss wages, just to get money my life could have an different impact
