For those who know about car repairs and people who don’t, I highly recommend this shop. I am an amateur mechanic who had recently visited Aztek Auto for wheel alignment. They are very reasonable in prices and honest which was a big reason for me to give them a review because if they had lied in the job they did, my mechanic buddy would have spotted immediately.The master mechanic in this shop is a rare gem who actually knows what’s he’s talking about. Lastly, the tools they use are state of the art! (Snap On)

Took a vehicle for a quote. Originally was gonna fix and sell so I removed plates, after my quote. I decided it was too much for the work I wanted so i told them I would pick up the vehicle by Wednesday. They left my car on the street Tuesday with no plates, luckily I didn’t get towed or tickets. Honestly believed they cared about their customers but nope. I will never recommend or take any vehicle there ever again. No payment plans either

It took awhile for them to find the problem, but with my mini van most mechanics take a bit of time since I had it. The price was good and they took it to the emissions testing place to pass the test!

I always like to give credit when it is earned. More when the service surpasses outstanding. My trailblazer failed the emission test and I was worry on where to take it. I saw this mechanics site name on my test results and I gave them a chance. Not only they did a great job but they took my truck to the emission test and provided me with the passing results. When, I came to pick my truck the person who assisted me was professional and not only explained but showed me all the pieces that were replaced and the work that was done on my truck. All I can say is excellent customer service and great quality work.thank you .

So far so good. Sitting here now. Arrived early. They settled me in. A previous shop installed some parts and didnt do a proper alignment. Hoping they can correct the problem.The gents here are courteous.

DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS AUTO PARTS. Long story short the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They messed up my parts and lied to me about the schedule they will arrive just to make a sale. Then they tried playing me for a fool by bringing me cheaper parts that will fit my vehicle because they were not able to locate my original parts I purchased. Bottom line these guys changed drastically and don’t care about nothing but a sale.

Never again will I deal with this company. I was told to bring my truck in on Saturday so I could get an output shaft bearing on it. When I got there they said they couldnt do it that day after I was told they could and I have a 12 hour road trip to go on now I have to scramble to find someone to put this bearing on in time. If they were not going to be able to do it they should have never told me they could. I could have had this handled on Friday. If I could leave no stars I would.

I took my truck in to switch out my control arms. They gave me a reasonable quote, did what I had asked for, and completed the work on time. Overall I was happy with the service and professionalism provided. I rather work with a shop like this one than deal with a dealership or franchise.

If you want no warranty by here... I dont recommend. If you need to change the part they never find the warranty

Robert is one of the most helpful mechanics Ive ever had, hes always very prudent and fast with repairs Ive needed, always gets back to me within a couple of hours of calling. Robert is one of the few people I trust with getting repairs done to my car, quickly and at an extremely reasonable cost.

The guy that help me tried to get the part I needed, unfortunately the size of the bolt on the new part was not the same size like the old part. Overall I did appreciate the effort he put in to giving a good customer service. Good job!!

They do have good prices and also the delivery is pretty fast to! the problem is the phone service sucks. Most of them have no manners to answer the phone. Customer service is what makes a business flourish to expand. I have a feeling this people do not have this type of vision!

Horrible!! They will charge you way too much for an estimate. On top of that, they have poor customer service skills, they wont show you the problem or educate you like other places will. In addition they tried to screw me over with repairs that were not even close to necessary.. I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO AVOID THIS PLACE

Anything on emission test

If you want great customer care do not go here. They scam you!! They give you parts and say they are under warranty. But when its time to change that part they say your not in the system. They cant find your information. Blah blah blah!!! I bought brake pads and they said had life warranty come to realize they bullshitted me... Brought my bank statements to show them and still didnt get taken care of... What a scam of a place. And to those who gave them 5 stars are either dilusional, friend or family member of this ridiculously scamming place.... Gtfoh! Never going to this place again..Save your time and $$$$ by going to another place... Again they are unprofessional but are very good on scamming people of their money..Check your car parts... Theyre also fake, used parts...

Just 2/24/18 yesterday i had my wife go to get an O2 sensor change on our car and she told me when,she got there the guy told her it was going to be like $200 just to change a O2 sensor and it was going to take like 2-3hrs and he hadnt even looked at the car but,TO CHANGE AN O2 SENSOR THATS RIGHT UNDER THE CAR!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Selling bs like that i hope they go out of business

This happened to me today!A second person picked up the phone cause the girl that was taking care of me in the beginning was all of a sudden busy with another person on the phone.After repeating again the info to the second person he then tells me hell call me back in 5 mins.THAT WAS AT ONE IN THE AFTERNOON, IT IS NOW 4:30 PM AND STILL NO CALL!!!

I was recommended to aztek the first time I went to fix my car, everything was very expensive but it was worth itBut this second time I took my other car and when I go to check the oil I realize that they changed the battery of my car for a smaller oneI spoke to them to complain but they wash their hands saying that they were not people, check their cars when they take them to AZTEK, they are dishonest, be careful with those mechanics, maybe the owner does not know the trades that are taking my eye
