Had two of my Jeeps windows tinted. Show up early! 8:am is best, and theyll take you in immediately. Ive referred my brother and two of my friends. They are as happy as I am with the work and customer service! Is this also done in a timely manner! Fair price comparing to competitors. Worth going out of your way if your not from the area.

Horrible service. People there dont want to work. And leave windows all cracked when they replace them.

Took my Audi A5 to these guys for tints and they did an exceptional job! The price was reasonable and the customer service was superb! 10/10 would recommend to anyone, will definitely be returning if needed for parts, repairs, Etc!

Went to two different locations to get estimates and this place was the lowest price. Also guy told me it would take around hour only and waited about 45 minutes. Definitely recommend

Horrible place I called for tints was lied to. They advertise tints but I was told over the phone they don’t do tints. I also walked over in person and was told they don’t do tints as they were doing tints on a car. This place gotta be a front.

My son called to ask if they had his window in stock they said yes and quoted us a price. We get there not only do they have to order the window, they increased the price and added 2 hours to the installation.

Never had an issue before but took my car in last year for a windshield replacement and work was done at a good price. The problem came after I left. A few weeks later I noticed when on the expressway I heard wind. No windows were down. It would only happen when going a certain speed. Then one day I had water on the floor on passenger side. Thought it came up from riding in a lot of water. Well I now know it was the windshield because I got in 2 days ago to a cup holder half filled with water. Reached up and felt my roof and it was wet only by the windshield. From the middle to the passenger side. Soaked, I used paper towels to get most and the heat and being inside finally dried it. Will be seeing you soon and I wish you would charge me to fix it!

Ive been at least three times over the last ten years. They work fast. Price is reasonable. I dont like having to replace smashed windows, but Ive been very satisfied with Texas Auto Glass.

Worst service ever, they hung up on me before I could get a chance to ask my question about getting tints, I called back again and they didn’t answer very rude I don’t recommend this glass shop, UNPROFESSIONAL & TO THE OWNER THAT REPLIED NO I WAS NOT RUDE WHEN I CALLED I spoke and began to ask my question and got cut off, I could barely even talk before he hung up, stop lying & yes y’all do treat y’all customers rude thanks talk to your workers not me

Expensive & Unprofessional when I called for a quick question they hung the phone up. Also charged me 50$ labor fee for a 15 minute mirror replacement Arrons Auto Glass is Much better by far.

Went there for a review mirror for my driver door and they disconnected wires for other doors and and windows as well...fast service, reasonable price depending on what needs service but inaccurate results.! Id recommend Grand Auto Glass before then any day!

I was in and out and they cleaned all the glass out of my vehicle.
