Went in for quote to replace passenger side mirror. Adrian was very helpful and answered all my questions. My husband needs his sunroof looked at and I will tell him about this place.Needed to update review, went in for passenger side window replacement was quoted $425. Due to part having to be ordered I had to put down $100 deposit. Dropped off my vehicle after work the next day and they had it done in couple hours. Took vehicle home and didnt notice until couple days later but part of it is broken (totally my fault for not checking before I left). I take it back that Monday and of course he claims it was fine, all in one piece and it must have gotten hit again. I informed him no that is not true. So my windshield has a crack from polar votex of 2019 so he offers me a deal on replacing it. If you didnt do anything wrong why offer deal on windshield? If you made a mistake then own up to it and make it right, but dont lie to my face. Gave 3 stars because the repair was done but they have no integrity.1st photo is before replacement, next 2 are after with piece that wasnt broken before and they have no idea what happened.

My driver side window was not working, called the Nissan dealership and they told me they would charge $160 just to look at the car, and their estimate was Around $1000 to get a new window motor. Just left Pilsen Auto Glass an hour or so ago, was concerned about getting the right OEM windshield by safelite. After we confirmed the correct windshield for my F-150 the tech assured me it would be installed in 2 hours, exactly 2 hours later the secretary was handing me the paperwork... Impressive, not only the price, but the level of professionalism and attention to detail, even my built in Dearborn MI decal was put back in place along with my city sticker and tollway sensor... I took my brand new suv here to be tinted based on several great reviews for the business. When I took the suv in I explained how I wanted it done, and the associate was dismissive. I assumed based on the reviews I’d get good service. They were done really quick (under and hour). I went home, and about 5 days later I noticed a lot of spots on the windows were debris prevented the tint from adhering. I called the shop up, and explained what was happening, and they said wait another 3 days. I decided to drive back up there, and he said it was bad, and he’d redo the tint, but on the other door he said it won’t be perfect, and some imperfections are to be expected. I explained I’ve never had tint show spots where it didn’t adhere properly, and that before they started work I explained what I wanted. He scheduled an appt, but when I got there they were already working on another car (I was supposedly the first car, and I was 5 mins early), I didn’t say anything. He redid the one door, when the suv was complete no one went over what was done, or even apologized that I had to return, just motioned me to the suv to leave. They all seemed really irritated! And after I left, and went to a gas station I could see how they scraped the tint to get it on, it was covered in scratches, it was hard to see in the shop due to minimal lighting. It looked like a real amateur job. I took the suv to MIDCO TINTING where I know his work, and he stands behind it, I was trying to patronize a business in a neighboring community, but that didn’t work out well at all. I didn’t even go back to complain because I could see where they didn’t use care, and were scratching up my door pilar during installation . Use this place at your own risk! I won’t be going back, or recommending them to anyone!!!

I brought my car to The New Pilsen Auto Glass, Inc because they quoted me the best price ($60; some quotes were as high as $180) and had good reviews. They totally lived up to my expectations.Adrian accepted my car around 5:30pm (even though they close at 6pm) and had my window fixed before 6pm. They even vacuumed out most of the glass from the interior. The total cost was $62. It was a great way to end a day that started so poorly. I will return to Pilsen Auto Glass if another crook finds my next cheap car stereo irresistible.

Someone threw a rock through my cars rear window and I took my car here to have the window replaced. They got me in the same day as I called and had the job done a few hours later. Price was reasonable, no complaints at all. Id use them again.

First Visit - Replaced my windshield on my coupe for $155 all together. Service took about 2 hours to complete and no appointment was necessary.Only issue I have is their handiwork is sub-par. They have glue all over the car and they didnt fix my wires that was on my windshield dashboard. Sloppy and rushed is what it looks like.I guess you get what you pay for.2nd Visit - Much better service. Had to get my side window replaced. $145 including tint. Took about 1 hour to complete.

I was in panic mode when I realized this morning my passenger window to my car was broken and the face of my stereo gone. Went on line and the prices other companies were charging was highway robbery. Happened across Pilsen Auto Glass, called was given a quote over the phone. I had the receptionist repeat the price a couple of times to make sure I was hearing the price right. It took me less than 30 minutes to get there, the price was the same as was quoted and the service fast and friendly. Would recommend. I have some of their cards to pass out to friends. Thank you so much, I did not have much money to work with.

I was so happy to find this place in my neighborhood. My Mercedes C230 2002 suddenly had a hiccup and the sunroof wouldnt close. I needed it done quickly before it rained or snowed. The customer service was extremely nice, the mechanics were ver cordial and the job was done at a nominal fee. They gave me two options to have it permanently shut or to have it working. I chose to have it shut permanently costing 1/8th the price. They had it done in an hour. Highly recommend this place.

Called up several window tint shops. This one had the lowest price, lifetime warranty, and the quality of work was excellent. Paid $110 for my 2 dr tacoma- 2 front windows and a sliding glass back. For reference other shops charged from $140-$200. Pro tip- dont go to tint shops that offer the option of both a regular or premium price for tint. There should be one price only. Dont be fooled into paying more for premium tint options or cleaner windows.
