I replaced the windshield on my Ford f150 and the same day I got home it was raining and the rain damaged my vehicle.The water flooded my car due to poor installation and sealing from auto glass solutions. They told me to give it a day or two to let it dry.PAY extra and get the job done right the first time with a real professional company.They do not back the warranty they claim is 12 months on their website not even 12 hours and the poor quality installation was falling apart. The lady on the front desk was nice but the owner has poor customer service and was disrespectful telling me the damage is not a big deal. I highly encourage you to look for a reliable company.

I was sent to auto glass by a friend to get my windows tinted. Upon arriving, I was greeted nicely and professionally. The waiting area was clean, other customers were nice. The owner helped me pick out the window tinting, he was very helpful as well as professional. I was told it would be a two hour wait after choosing my tinting. I was out within an hour and a fifteen minutes. They worked rather quickly than expected. I will recommend people to them always!

Professional, clean waiting area and the workers are quick. My first visit with this business was okay until I got into my car and seen the mess that was left from the old windshield being removed as well as dirty like water on my clean beige seats in my impala. I was told to remove the tape 1 day after getting it installed but I decided to wait 3 days to make sure everything was dry and in place. So 3 days later I removed the tape to find whatever black sealant that they used for the windshield was on my Champagne colored impala so I called that same morning after removing the tape to let them know I had black stuff on the top of my windshield but on the actual paint of my car and that I was coming back in to get it removed but it was going to have to wait another day because I have to work they close at 3 pm and I’m not off until 5 pm so I went in early the next morning and I waited for about 30+ mins for the black stuff to be removed then I was told my car is ready I went out to my car to find out that they put some tape back on my windshield (I’m not really sure why) & that the black stuff was STILL WAS NOT completely off and my paint was scrapped off in the same place the black stuff was so I am STILL not satisfied with their business.I am in a Impala club and it’s a MUST for my car to look presentable at all times! They had ONE job only! So I will NOT be returning to get my tints like I thought I would.

The staff here are great.The receptionist is friendly. They replaced a side window for me and they even cleaned the shattered glass up from my floor and back seat. They were much cheaper than the quote I got from safe lite.

Went here yesterday to get my front windshield replaced and they did a great job! I called on Monday and I was quoted a very reasonable price and informed they will order the windshield and it should be in the next day around 11am. I called the next day at 11am and was told they had everything. Once there everyone was very nice and professional. It did not take long to finish the repair.I highly recommend that folks check this place out.

Their prices are a little bit cheaper than other shops. Their service wasn’t the greatest though. The technician that replaced my windshield made a couple errors (mounting a completely different rear view mirror on my windshield. After returning to complain, they then sloppily mounted my correct/ original rear view mirror on the windshield) which forced me to return a few times but after the manger was aware of the situation he resolved it immediately by giving part of my money back. Make sure you keep your receipts so they can rectify any discrepancies with no issues.!!!!!

10!!! This place is great. People there were nice, my broken drivers side window was replaced in short time while I was there and I was more than happy with the price. They cleaned the glass too and made sure auto/power window function was all good.

Fast repair on my window motor and very good price, but I think they put in used parts. Window motor started to go bad after 6 months and the warranty is only good for 60 days. Went back and they wouldnt replace it because I lost my receipt. They said I had to go through accounting which would take a few days. Very unhappy.

This is a business that cares about the customers they serve. I was given two options on the repair of an SUV rear window panel. They are not about taking as much as they can get out of you but repairing the problem to your liking and affordability! Glad I found this place and would definitely recommend!!!!

I woke up yesterday to a find my side mirror broken and dangling from my car door. Im assuming someone broke it off while driving a little too close to my parked car. I took it in to Auto Glass Solutions today and was able to get a decent price for a used replacement mirror. I will recommend to friends.

I called before I came and was told that the glass had to be ordered and would be there by 2pm. I called at 3pm approximately to confirm that it was there before I went. The lady said it was there so I went just to find out 30 min. Of waiting that it still wasnt there and was told to come back the next day. A big waste of gas and time

Ive had my windows done here and they didnt properly replace my driver side window, so i called them 1st, and was told to bring my car in to get that re-fixed, i was told this exactly by a man that answered. Now i get there and a woman at desk asking me for the receipt, well sorry i didnt have it, but wen i was on phone, the man never asked did i hv it; he just said bring it in. i would think a service shop like this would hv computer invoice for their own back up as well. Long story short, id hv to pay for them to even look at it ($30) and still pay again for the actual service. Really???? Mind you, that i once had them replace a windshield that til this day leaks in 2 spots when it rains, and i never not once complained. And here i just want them to adjust the window that they didnt adjust properly in the 1st place so that it wont break as it crackles everytime i put my window up or down.
