The wait was forever, even though we were the only ones waiting. I wouldve given a better rating, but got home and noticed the top of the windshield was already coming out. Tried calling, but they were already closed. My car was the only bad car there... they should prioritize people who are there!

Took my 2020 Honda Accord to get tinted windows, I set up an appointment and they had me in very quickly. They have reasonable prices and are really easy to work with. I definitely would recommend anyone that needs anything done with windows!

I called on a Tuesday to set up an appointment to get my car tinted all around. The woman who answered put me on hold, then told me the ‘guy’ told me to call back Friday to set up an appointment. I called back Friday to set up an appointment again and the woman who picked up told me, “I don’t know why they told you that. You gotta call back Monday to set up an appointment.” What place of business handles business like that? I called a different tinting place right after and set up an appointment with no problem.

They ordered the wrong windshield and failed to tell me while I was already waiting for more than an hour, so I waited much longer than anticipated. Only to come home to find a crack. I dont remember the girls name but her older sister failed me. The younger one talked to me and gave me an understanding of what was happening. She also unlocked the bathroom door that was unlockable according to the other lady. Mixed signals here.

A tree fell on my sisters car this morning breaking 3 windows including the windshield. Once the city rescued her car from the tree I called Archer Auto Glass and spoke with Martin and he was very nice and the prices are totally reasonable!!!! We took the car over and the work was done in less than 1 hour and half. They did a remarkable job!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

They do good work. Reasonably priced. First time i try them. I usually go to Aaron glass. Also a good shop. I will try them again. Hopefully not for a long time.

Pricing is best in the Chicago area for glass but they need to make sure theyre cleaner with how they leave the car after the job. Just take some pride in your work is all.

Took my car in to get all my windows tinted. Great price. Unfortunately the quality of the work that was done on the tint was terrible. Every window had cuts as if the installer held the razor blade while installing. Windows where not cleaned properly causing tint to peel in the rear. Sucks that I have to take my car some where else to be re-tinted the correct way. I Will NOT be returning.

Best price for quickest work, and exceptional work at that. I had a windshield replaced and tint installed all around and it took them just over 2hrs! Price was the same as the quote I was given over the phone, no issues with communication, and everything came out exactly as I asked for. Perfect!

My wife cracked her windshield on her 2016 rogue and I called over 10 places and all were average of 370, I called archer auto glass and they quoted me 195! Service was great and quality was awesome! Ladies behind the counter were polite. They lose a star only because when I called they said they had the part but when i got there they didnt have the part (I over heard the employees talking) so I had to wait an extra hour so do make sure you fall ahead of time and make sure they have the part.

The staff was courteous and they had the cheapest price from the rest of the places in the area. Especially cheaper from the east side and Indiana area. Highly recommend!!! 👍

I had called for a quote to repair a window that would not slide up. Once I get there, I requested a quote again, just in case I find any discrepancies. I was quoted a higher price once I was there, so I decide to leave. I got half the price at another location. My advice is to call several places to compare prices, and inform yourself about the source of your problem, so you can make the most sound decision. I dont blame them though. This is part of the free markets, but you, too, can play the game.

Asked very politely if they carried a certain part, when they asked what type of car I told them what it was and that it was a convertible. They said I had to order the part because they were out. I said that was fine and went there to leave the $20 deposit. I live on 75th and Cicero, I had previously called other locations and was immediately turned down because it was a convertible. When I showed up they were very rude and said I never mentioned the fact that it was a convertible, when I had told him at least 3 times to be sure. He said there is nothing he could do because I had lied to him. The woman at the front counter had the same response, not even an apology they said it was all my fault. Never been so disrespected in my entire life. Would definitely choose anywhere else when looking for service.

Cheapest I could find a replacement passenger-side window for my Saab 9-3 was $120 online. Archer had it for $60 installed, plus they vacuumed the whole car.With prices this low, I invite anyone to break into my car. Its no big deal.
