I went in to get my current vehicle appraised as well as test drive a potential vehicle. I understand I am a younger customer but I was essentially blown off and looked at as If I didn’t belong. Finally someone took the vin and mileage of my car and then proceeded to tell me to sit in the waiting area. I waited about 30 mins before I finally got up and left. I did not feel appreciated as a customer Nor did I feel like my time was respected!
I went there for a VIP experience and I just lose my time, I was contacted by Chase (BANK) and the department of marketing of Maserati USA to test a Maserati in this location, they send me an email with all the information and one pin number for my appointment in this location and the super VIP experience was a cheap coffee! The seller was only interested in knowing if I was interested in buying the car or not! The car wasn’t even at the location, I wonder if the people of Maserati USA know how sellers treat customers in this Chicago location
I am writing this review to state how incredible Carlos is at the Perillo Maserati Service Center on Chicago Ave. I have owned many luxury cars and super cars, and I have never a bad experiences bringing my Maserati into get serviced. Carlos will always go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied, and will work in a very acceptable time frame to fit your needs. People say the Maseratis have a lot of issues, which they do, but Carlos makes it less frustrating. I had the same great experiences when bringing in my Lambo for service, nothing but professionalism. I don’t feel people are always in a good mood when their car is in service, and it’s completely understandable (I hate it as well), but Carlos and his team deserves the recognition on the amazing job they do. Thanks for making frustrating situations less frustrating Carlos!
