This is the second car I buy from Baha, less than 2 years my first car got a transmission failure. The second car I bought came with a transmission failure as well I had to change the transmission in less than 2 months for the second car. I took it to them to fix it and my car doesnt run well. After a year I decided to get my car check and the mechanic said my car is in bad shape. Sucks when I pay $500 a month for a car note and I owe close to 30k on a vehicle.Please take my review seriously so you dont have to go through this. God bless

A few days have passed since I drove off the lot with my new car and I have to say that Mazon, Mike and Bianca were maybe the most professional and customer-oriented sales people that I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t go to Baha to trade my SUV in and drive off with a completely different but beautiful new/used car...but that’s just what happened! This is a scam they sold me a car and 21 miles the engin broke the manager had told me his shop was going to put a part in so I told him i could get the part and then he said he would give me 500.00 off I never thought the part was an engine it cost me 3500 just for an engin plus install I also bought the extended warranty and they denied my claim because the shop that had fixed the car did a bad job the only thing they would do is install the engin I bought but the had done a hack job on trying to fix it the first time so dont buy anything from them the buy crashed cars fix them half as and overcharge and dont stand or help there customers DONT BUY DOBT BUY FROM THEM!!!! The also filled a cracked wheel with fix a flat and sent me on my way it went flat and I caused a 3 car pileup also the manager told me they dont just abandon there customers lol DONT BUY FROM THEM

Responding to Baha AUTO: 1)I agreed to your bogus fee that you wanted to tack on because I was buying a good car. 2) I didnt lose my license plates. They were on the car that I traded in to you. So how does that translate to me losing the plates? 3) I havent received the title to the car yet. I purchased the car March 5. 4)Illinois isnt manufacturing license plates right now so I will be contacting you guys to pay the tickets that I get.Believe all the negative reviews. Assume all the positive reviews were paid for.I had to pay a $300 fee for using my credit card. Chipped windshield was to be replaced as negotiated before purchasing. This later changed to well give you a good deal for it, my manager actually already included this in the price after purchase. The seats were also still wet after they cleaned the car for me.I was told my plates would be mailed to me. Which later changed to keep in my mind we have lost plates in the mail before. When I called to ask about my plates, I was asked why I didnt transfer over my plates on the day of purchase. Why didnt anyone functioning in this business think to do that for me? Why was I told my plates could be mailed to me?These are the kind of people that will exploit a pandemic by saying together against covid on their website but will also tell you to drive to them to get plates during a lockdown.Why did I put myself through all this? I bought a 2016 Honda Fit which should last 10 years. Thats a reflection on Honda, not this dealership. Having dealt with them, Ill feel lucky if it lasts 5 years.

Please be aware of their lies. They might say something for warranty, but they wont provide one. I bought a Honda CRV 2014 from them around six months back. They told me that 1000 miles warranty, So I was bit relaxed after that and didnt ask much questions. I was thinking that if anything happens to vehicle, they will fix it.But within first hour after buying the car and going back to home (Madison, WI), the car stopped in middle of the road on interstate. I opened the hood and tried again, the car started so I went home. I told them the issue and they said you can go to any mechanic and get it fixed. but neither they told me that they will fix it nor they paid for the fix. and after 2-3 days I came to know about one more issue (Windshield water fluid pump not working) and the same thing, neither they say that they will fix it nor they paid the money to repair it. they were blaming all on me that I should have checked all this thing before buying the vehicle. I trusted them and they didnt care. :(

They tell you good things over the phone then when they tell you to come its a whole other story. I left out of there arguing because they try to make it seem like their dealership is better than all the real major name dealerships. Nice cars but bad representation as salesmen, they just care about making a sale and telling you what you want to hear to come in. Save yourself time and money, go to a major real dealership.
